I ordered a plain milk tea with boba and the tea was very weak in richness or flavor, the only thing I could tell from it was that it was a floral tea like jasmine or something similar and not a traditional milk tea flavor. My daughter and I had just finished a hike and wanted something cool to drink. Why not Boba. We looked on Yelp for reviews for this place as I've paused it for a couple of years without stopping. Reviews good so we went through the drive through. Keep going around the building there's bo speaker you go straight to the window. The ataff was very nice and even gave out barking dog a oup cup. I ordered the Thai tea with Boba based on reviews and it did not disappoint. My daughter ordered Taro and loved it. Definitely will be back again to try the desserts and maybe a smoothie. read more

Still 5 Stars, but now that things are open up a bit I was able to venture inside for my latest visit! And what did I find in addition to the fantastic drinks, especially the Iced White Chocolate Mocha? TWO Cases packed full of pastries, cookies, macarons, cakes and muffins. I did like the extra step they are still taking by individually wrapping each item in the case. Keeps them fresher and keeps you safer, so I can dig it! The inside was fitted with a few tables if you wanted to hang out, or you can always hit the patio. The weather is starting to tip 90, so I grabbed my drink, hung out at a table for moment and then hit the road. Interior, including the restroom was clean, well stocked and in good condition. This has been my sister's and I favorite boba place for 4 years now. I am obsessed with their Thai tea and Taro milk. It is better than any boba in my area more south of this location, so when I can I go out of my way to make the distance here. I have always had great experiences aside from one that happen recently where we were denied service, which saddened us greatly. I called the next day and Teressa assisted me, I immediately recognized her voice from prior amazing customer service experiences with her where she has always recommended us new flavor combinations. She resolved my issue with care and concern, I can tell she is a great leader. It is so important to have good management to keep new and reliable customers returning. Was unexpected to see this little spot off the side of the road but I had to stop in. I couldn't tel if the inside was open so I the drive thru I went. It was a little wait but nothing too crazy for boba tea right! They have two different sizes and we got the small which was just enough. I order the strawberry which to me tasted more on the rose side, and my friend got the Thai, which you could never go wrong with. If I ever on this side of town again I would possibly stop by. I love Boba theory. This location is the closest one to my house and the employees have always been very nice and helpful. I was hoping to try brown sugar boba, but the store did not offer it. The employee suggested Thai milk tea and Im glad she did. It wasn't overly sweet but definitely refreshing on this hot day. I've been here twice the first time it was a little confusing the sign says dessert and boba but there was no dessert anywhere. The second time I came still the same I didn't see any dessert. I came on a regular day I ordered a coffee milk tea and two Thai bubble tea and a coconut..the coconut was a little off had sort of a lavender mix in it. There's more milk then some teas. This place is located at the corner of a busy intersection. If you one way in one way out. Very small cute spot modern decor. They have games a lounge chairs to sit and study or have a small meet and greet. Overall I think some of the flavors can be worked on the Thai tea was very sweet. Omg! I have to say Boba theory is my GO TO place for boba! I've been going here for about 3 years now and I've never been disappointed. I always order the Thai tea boba and it is always made to perfection. At the moment I don't believe they allow people inside (I could be wrong). I HIGHLY recommend that you come here for boba :) Side note: if you want you can download their app and order from there since they only do drive through right now. I fell in love with this place immediately. Quiet. Clean. Good boba drinks. What else do you need? Free wifi? Yeah, they got that. Staff was friendly and quick, and prices were good. You can relax on a couch, or commandeer a table to get some work done. I had the black tea, made with milk, and boba. It was fantastic. Easy, caffeinated, and delicious. Totally kept me focused and productive. I wish they had some more substantial food options available at Boba Theory. Perhaps that will come in time. -2 years later after original review- I'm afraid to say my rating has gone down. For the person who doesn't need to study there are better options. If you don't live near here and you need to study you could just go to Starbucks or any coffee shop for that matter. The bad part of this place is that it is so far from any neighborhood. I live 10 miles away and there are no houses near this place. There is another place in Morrow that has less flavors but makes tea faster and just as good as here and also doubles as a restaurant. This place is still a great place with great tasting drinks and a really nice interior; it's just the fact that there are better places to go to. Overall, 3.5 stars. read more
