so it's Saturday night the weekend before Christmas I pull up to order a five dollar meal which I think is the I normally don't eat fast food for five dollars I asked for extra onions wasn't right actually showed a picture previous because it wasn't I go in french fries the nuggets, hard and cold. Food arrived quickly and service was excellent. Restaurant has modern kiosk ordering or you can talk to the cashier to order. The owner has made an effort to keep safe during covid with signs, employees wearing masks , and even shoe mechanisms for opening doors so you don't have to handle the door levers. Only negative is the bathrooms needed attention -might have been because it was a weekend day? Don't bother going to this location, especially at night. The young girl who took my order charged me for the wrong item, then had a bad attitude about it when I corrected her. She even went as far as to flip me off while I was wanting for the right order. On top of that, the manager was nonchalant when I addressed the cashier's attitude. She even asked me if something should be done about it.......yeah, she probably thought it was funny, too. I've been coming to this location for years and I've never dealt with anything like this, even when being served by the night shift. This new crew that they have is horrible, and this will likely be the LAST time I ever come to this location again. I visited this location purchased two burgers. Once I got ready to drive off I realized that they charged me for other things that I did not order. I inform them of their mistake and they did not want to refund me my money but instead they insisted to state that is what I ordered. They took my receipt and would not give it back to me and then did not refund me the total amount they took. Neat and clean and the new decor is quite nice for a fast-food joint. The kiosks are an excellent addition to help ensure that you get your order exactly right, so you have no room for complaint. Attempted to patronize this location and all of the doors leading to the inside were locked. There was no signage that stated the lobby was closed. I saw a manager outside and he confirmed that the lobby was closed and also stated he was aware there were not signs up stating the lobby is closed. This location is always packed with a line that almost always wraps around the building. They usually get through the customers quickly, however, their communication could use a huge boost. I understand the food service industry as a whole is short-staffed. It does not take a long time to ensure your customers know what to expect when they enter your parking lot. A simple sign in the window or parking lot would answer a lot of people's questions and also show that the restaurant actually values their customer's time and business. I have begun using the app to place my orders here and that cuts down on my wait time; especially in the mornings when I am trying to get to work. The employees who bring my food items to my car are usually polite and kind; I appreciate that because I know they are overworked and busy. My orders are almost always correct when I patronize this location as well. read more

Went through the drive thru today and was missing an order of chicken nuggets and my order of fries was very cold. I called the restaurant a total of 6 times, 5 of my calls were completely ignored. I finally got hold of someone and they took my name and order. I arrived back at the establishment no more than 10 minutes later and no one remembered me calling. I thought maybe they were really busy, that's why they wouldn't answer my numerous calls...but it was nearly empty. All of the employees were conversing amongst one another, basically lolly gagging around. We have been going to this location for over 30 years. Recently every time we go through the drive thru, they cheat us out of items that we paid for yet the items are not in the bags. They always make us pull forward into a spot and wait then an employee brings our order but they disappear before I can check the bags to see if the order is correct. The whole reason for us using the drive thru is to stay away from people in these times of COVID....but we keep having to go inside to get the rest of our food....kinda defeats the whole purpose of using the drive thru, right ??!! Why can't they have one person loading and one person doing quality and quantity check ?....oh, I know....since giving them those huge raises and bonuses....there are less workers on each sift so now the customers gets the shaft. They are taking our money but saving money by screwing me out of my food that I paid for !!! This isn't the only fast food place to be screwing over the customers...KFC, Arby's, etc in Conyers are doing the same !...glad they got their raises but now customers are going to have to stay home and cook !! read more

First off, let me say this. This is a McDonald's, I understand that it's a fast food joint run by people who honestly could care less. I was on my way to a job early in the morning and stopped my this location for a quick bite. Admittedly I pulled into the parking lot right at 5:00 am, when they were opening up. I pulled into the drive threw and no one ever made a noise or acknowledged me. I waited about 2-3 minutes and then pulled up to the window. Multiple people walked past the window, carrying on with their morning. After a few minutes of this, I pulled to the next window. At this point an overweight guy finally acknowledged me on to give me the "cut" sign from a distance. I asked, "I thought you opened at 5?" and he rolled his eyes and again gave me the cut sign. I moved on down the road and found a better breakfast, however now running late. Look, as much as people wish they had a better job than the one at McDonald's, I wish I had better more affordable breakfast options. Unfortunately, all of us are in this mess together. Tighten up, take my order, my money, produce a biscuit. I ordered a caramel sundae at 10:14 pm. I paid for it and was asked to park in slot B as it would be a minute. Someone was in slot A. I tried to call after twenty minutes and the person who answered the phone set it Down and ignored me. At 10:45 pm the person in slot a went inside to see about the hold up. Why does it take so long to get waited on. The last time we were here we set in front of the drive through speaker for several minutes. It took about 20 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food. This was on a week day between 3 and 4 pm so not peak times. Went there again on 6/21 - far right lane - appeared not even to be working. We waited 3 minutes before driving off. The car in the left lane that arrived after us was asked to wait. If there were a minus one, I would choose that! I get coffee and something to eat every single morning that I am in town. While I may not be a big spender, $5 a day for 30 days is money in the pocket of someone. The service at this restaurant has been going down hill for some time, and I think reached some new lows even for them this morning. 20 minutes! no exaggeration, in the drive through line, approximately 7 cars ahead of me. Could not drive off due to where I was in the line, although a number of others behind me did, money lost if anyone cares. Employees are sullen and rude, food may or may not be (more often the latter) as ordered, or prepared properly, gluey oatmeal, etc. I could certainly go on. There are a few, very few bright spots in the crew, but as a whole, customer service is non-existent. This place needs some owner attention.
