It's been years since I've been in the Davison McDonald's. I'm very impressed. Friendly, courteous, and fast service. I went inside to order and the lady repeated back my order from a previous visit. I was pleasantly surprised. They have the best coffee for a great price: Large, shot of expresso and cream...so good! read more

This is what they give you when you order and pay the extra money for a large fry. As you can see it is at best half full. So they ripped me off for half my money. I do not recommend. read more

I placed a $65.47 order from the mobile app at 4:46 pm. I went to pick it up at 5:15 pm. Not only was it NOT ready, they didn't even have my order in their system. THEN I was told by their manager that without it in their system, they couldn't make it. I showed them my receipt with payment which showed their store as being the location it was sent to. The manager (who I was told was Selena) was rude and unapologetic. She said that they never got the money even though I clearly had a receipt which showed payment. The order FINALLY popped up on their screen. It took over an hour to get my food. So much for 'fast food'. I have told my friends and family about my experience and hope that this helps others avoid the same thing. I would recommend if you use the app to order food, to NOT use this location. I would drive the extra distance to get my order. We won't be ordering from this place again. Definitely NOT customer friendly. read more

1/5 starts My mom goes there 4 or more times a week for Diet Coke, she is a loyal customer. She uses the reward deals and usually buys three at a time because it is a better price and most convent for her as she doesn't have to go multiple times a day. What can I say the woman LOVES Diet Coke. Earlier this night she went to the McDonald's, she is always very friendly and kind, she ordered her usual four large diet cokes with light ice and used her rewards, they gave her ALL regulars which we understand they could have been busy. BUT when she asked to return and get diet they DID NOT give it to her even after she showed the receipt... they made her keep it. AND they were extremely rude!! With rising levels of inflation (pops use to be 1.06 now 1.48 with deal) we WANT our pops!!! I am extremely disappointed my mom deserves her pops and since she is too kind to write a review I will. My mom works hard and deserves her treat!! Will NOT be going to this McDonalds again which is so sad bc this use to be are usual place. :( read more

Today I ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit. What did I receive? A biscuit with just a piece of cheese. The rest of the order was correct. Every single time I order from this location, something is wrong. Correction, I just went to drink my caramel mocha and they didn't even stir it. Absolute laziness at this location. read more

probably the worst experience I have had at a fast food joint. went inside to place my order and the cashier was staring off into space, I finally approached the counter and she told me to hang in and went and started a conversation with another employee about their plans for later, came back after a minute or so and took my order. my food came out relatively quickly but was not accurate in the least bit. read more

The split drive thru set up is a good way to get customers upset with their situation before even ordering food. I've often witnessed people abusing this drive thru set up and it's very frustrating. More often than not I've had to pull forward to the drive thru waiting area for the most common items and always wait much longer than expected. Staff is friendly and grounds are typically clean. read more

The family and I had Mickey D's tonight. I have to say this is the best McDonalds that I go to. They are fast, efficient, clean, and extremely nice. They always have monthly specials going on which is nice. For September - $1.99 for 10 piece chicken nuggets this month and $1.59 Happy Meals on Tuesday from 4 PM. to 7 PM. Had a 5 sandwich, 3 hash brown and 2 large drink order. 3 sandwiches were wrong, drove up there. Got home, 2 sandwiches were wrong. Guy said I could come up (again) for a new order. Not for a third time going, no. Told me to "hang on to the sandwiches for the next time I'm in town". That's disgusting holding on to a sandwich that long. Worst drive through ever. Every time we go though they get something wrong. I once got a cheeseburger with no meat, just cheese, pickle, and onion. Once ordered a hot fudge sundae. It was sitting in the window when I got there but everyone inside was ignoring me and doing other hints. When the girl finally came, she looked at he screen then asked what I had ordered I told her and she handed me a melted sundae. I had to ask her to remake it. Last time I ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals with s&s sauce. No sauce. I asked for it because I checked and was told it would be .27 cents. I told them I had ordered chicken nugget happy meals and she still wanted to charge me for it. I had to ask for the manager to get my sauce. Maybe inside is different I've never been in, but drive through messes up more than not. read more

My father went there this morning to get breakfast since we were staying in the campground close by. Takes about 20 minutes to get there and another 20 to get back. So, he ordered our food and when he got all the way back to the campground, he realized they forgot to put one of our sandwichs that he ordered in the bag and they also rang him up for egg McMuffins instead of sausage McMuffins. So we gave them a call back to tell them about it and we had a very unprofessional manager who had spoke to us. (Mind you, I've worked for McDonald's for 4 years now and I am a manager.) She didn't answer the phone the first 3 times that we called and then when she finally answered, she told us that it was because she was counting the safe. That is something you should never tell a customer. Second, when we told her about our order, she told us that we needed to bring the sandwich back in order to get the refund. Now when I had spoken to her on the phone, she did not apologize at all for the order being messed up, but continued to tell me that "there's no sandwich in the bin." So with that response and another "you need to bring the sandwich back." She continued to practically argue with me. I can't bring a sandwich back, if I never got it in my order to begin with. Not sure the name of this manager but it was very unprofessional of her and I think she needs to go back to training. Had I did that with my customers, I would've been written up or fired. read more

This is the worst fast food place I've EVER been. My autistic daughter only copes well with strawberry shakes. We were on the way back from her only great grandmother's funeral (now deceased) and we decided to stop at McDonald's to cheer her up. It was under construction, but at least the drive through was open. When we pulled up ready to get some shakes and fries I was informed that they could not give me the strawberry shake. Upon hearing this my daughter burst out into tears. Even when I asked if they could take a vanilla shake and put strawberry syrup, they use in ice-cream, and even offered to pay extra they declined and said that was 'unavailable.' I tried to convince her that a strawberry-banana smoothie would be just as good, but she wasn't having it. Defeated I ordered the smoothie and Shamrock shakes for my pregnant wife, two other daughters, and I. When we finally got our drinks and fries after a wait there were no cherries in the Shamrock shakes. My wife had been craving cherries and it was the only reason she had gotten the shake in the first place, but now it was just a waste of money. I would give this review a 0 but I can only go as low as a 1. read more

I'm sorry to say we stopped going here due to habitual mistakes with our orders and an indifferent attitude. It seems to be a fairly recent problem. Micky D's is such a worldwide icon, with a consistant experience almost everywhere you go. It's a shame we have to avoid the one closest to us. read more
