I was going to call the store manager after we left, but we didn't get a receipt with my order. We went through the drive thru on Saturday afternoon. We haven't been to Wendy's in a few years. Our food was delicious!! We got three single cheeseburgers, and a chocolate frosty. I opened my burger and was pleasantly surprised! It looked just like the picture. I even said to my husband, 'Wow, check this out!'. The lettuce, tomato and onion was very fresh and crisp. The burger was cooked perfectly and the bun was very soft. With the price of food nowadays, I didn't mind paying for this at all! I will be back, SOON! Great job, Wendy's! read more

I also just tried to call them Saturday morning @10:12 am 05-11-24 and it rang several times & then "HANGS UP!" I ordered the Chili, triple cheeseburger, "2" Spicy Chicken sandwiches (which weren't spicy at all!) ----- "BIG MISTAKE!" Spicy chicken nuggets --- "BIG MISTAKE!" I again, just tried to call to find out where they are purchasing their chickens from & again, it kept hanging up after about the 5 ring!!! The chicken is "UN-EDIBLE!" Quality is "GONE...GONE....GONE!" I wouldn't have written this until after the outcome of the phone call, but apparently they "DO NOT CARE TO TALK WITH CUSTOMERS!" Anyway... I tried to take a bite of the chicken sandwich & was "TOTAL RUBBER!" Terrible. Cost cutting has gone too far. They are cutting meat patties in half, cutting back on toppings and filling cups full of ice to short fill with coke. I worked for Wendy's several years in the late 90's, so when one of the crew told me I could only refill my soda once during the same visit, I knew for a fact that she was wrong. She also refused to request a supervisor or manager. Right after I left the store not only did I call and complain to corporate, but I called a manager in another store in the same franchise who told me that the worker was wrong. Immediately pulling up to order my food this lady was beyond disrespectful. I couldn't hear her and she just kept giving me attitude. "Oh! There's more than one $5 biggie bag"? "Uhhhh? Yeah?" But she said it so rudely and I was taken back. She made me feel incredibly stupid and embarrassed. We got to the window to pay and she wouldn't even look me in the eyes and handed my drinks to me like she was annoyed and slammed the window shut. Short version of our 30 minute experience on 3/14/20. We placed our order and was told that it would be 4 1/2 minutes. As we waited for approx. 20 minutes, we noted a person making 2 trips to the dumpster to take out trash. We went inside the restaurant following that event, and was surprised to see the person taking out the trash, was the same person making our food, wearing NO gloves. We asked to speak to the Manager. We asked her why NO employee's, especially the cook were not wearing gloves. We were told that none of them wear gloves. We then ask for our money back for the food we did not get, and was told that they don't give refunds. We then asked her for the phone number to complain, and for her name. We were told that they don't give out numbers, and would not give us her name. When we got home we immediately called the Corporate Office, and was told that the Regional Manager would be getting back with us. 8 days later, NO Call from the Regional Manager. We verified days later with the Health Depart., gloves are a MUST for ALL workers. read more

When I went got my chicken burger & fries & chilly & pop I went home to eat my food I used to love eating there but this time I was real surprised what was in my burger as I was eating something real hard so I spit it out God I was happy I did I look at what was in my mouth it was a food tie end for closing up your hamburger buns what I am talking about is a plastic end you find on allot of hamburger buns or bread ties they use to close up the bag with it is about 3/4-of an inch long & about 1/2 inch wide thickness is about 1/16 if anybody swallow this would cut you up badly inside possible kill you or go in surgery because someone is playing around in Wendy's meaning flinging them around at people which in turn got in my food I called up the manger he said come in I would make you a new one I told him I never will trust your site again this happened 2-years ago & I have never went back to Wendy's again I did not know you could publish this so once I found out You could this to tell everybody what happened to me if a child got this in there system I do not know what would happen You need to check your food at Wendy's before you ever eat it Sorry for the bad news. PS: I all told the manager He should fire everybody does play around with food no exception on this because this is people life's you are dealing with He did not want to do that. I stopped there one night in Davison with my grandchildren and their friend.I remember it was around Christmas time because they had rehearsal for a Christmas play. I have disabilities and parked in the handicap space and when I closed the door and started to walked I fell. My grandkids and friend helped me up and we noticed the parking spot was all ice. I filled out and incident report and soon after got a phone call form their insurance company. Pioneer Insurance, Celia called me and asked to meet me so we did. The first thing she said was I want to see the bottom of your shoes. I had black nonskid soles and showed her. She said can't sue them because of the new slip and fall law. I told her I never sued anyone was asking for medical expenses. I had a fractured rib. She asked me to drop off a copy from my doctor and drop it off and I did. Never did hear from her so I asked her if she had a chance to look it over and she said she never received it so back to my doctor's office and I showed the receptionist her business card and she saw a fax number so she faxed it over and I waited so I know she received it. That was a few months ago and never heard from her. She must have thought it was coming out of her paycheck. Any reason for me to eat there anymore? I can't think of read more
