There food was disgusting we waited for in the drive way and there was only one window and we sit there for at least 30 minutes every was cold there was like a whole onion on the cheeseburgers didn't make the orders right and we couldn't go inside to make them make a knew one because the doors were locked and they had like 3 people working no one had gloves on I will never go back here read more

Worst example of a McDonald's I've ever stopped at.line at the drive thru was very slow and when I got my order,quarter pounder with cheese value meal,fries were hot(that's the only good thing I can say) sandwich was ice cold,not even enough heat to start to melt the cheese. I have lived in Delaware - 6 minutes from this store for only 2 years now. I only go here in desperation, those times when children just don't understand and McDonald's will suffice. That being said out of approximately 13 times coming to this location (every time makes it longer until the next) they have NEVER gotten so much as one... Order correct - ever.... I have complained to them and corporate repeatedly - merely to be ignored. They won't even give me a glass of water when I order a value meal... They insist on soda.... Today. I went to the dive through. I ordered "2 mighty kids meals dbl cheeseburgers both extra cheese, one with just just the extra cheese and pickle." They responded with "I'm confused" I just left at this point. And went to a competitor. read more

This location is near my place of employment, otherwise I would never go here. In fact, all the McDonald's locations in Delaware County are a disgrace to the McDonald's chain. I don't understand how JJRAK, LLC tolerates this kind of representation to their brand. It doesn't matter what time of day you go here or whether you use the drive-through or walk up to the counter inside, it will not be quick. There is a double drive-through that only serves to confuse the workers more. I've seen cars pull out of line in the drive through before paying and getting their food because the wait is so long. Watch your receipts was over charged 3 dollars yesterday going thru the drive thru, course i was told they didn't have paper in their machine and when i looked at my bank transactions it was a different charge then my order and plus i have had problems with wrong orders in the past. read more

This place is a joke. Every time I get food there it's never fresh. If it comes back as fresh I'll be surprised. Nothing but negative people that work there. Some times you may run into nice people that work there but what's the odds. The managers are very negative and down right rude with certain people that I know. They have no respect for who they have working for them. If I had someone ask me about this place I would totally guide them somewhere else to eat not here. Too many problems with this place and on top of that in my opinion I think they should totally go under and close the place down that's how bad I hate the place. read more

I don't have high expectations for McDonald's. I ate here when I was in town for work for a day, and needed something quick and cheap before the drive back. This is probably the worst McDonald's ever. Even when there are only 2 or 3 customers, and at least 5 people behind the counter, they are super slow to take your order and get it out. The worst is that I got food poisoning after eating here. It was a horrible experience. Maybe if they made sure to pay attention to getting food out on time, and to details like hygiene, people wouldn't get really sick after eating here. I don't recommend it, even if you're hungry. The drive thru takes forever and the food is just slapped together and tastes disgusting. The employees don't care about sevice and neither does the manager or owner for that matter. The Mcdonalds on Central Ave is just a bit better but not much still long wait time. The idea of having several drive thru lanes is just stupid and easily confuses the employees and is just a waste of time and resources. Delaware needs a Sonic and an IHOP. I love the food here. Tonight I ordered a fries and a vanilla cone, the guy who took my order got the me the cone and then I sat down. I didn't take a receipt, and I waited nearly an hour, and I didn't get my fries. The waiter guy tried to help me out and when I asked him he told the cook people he needed a medium fries, and they never gave it to me. Went here today, not impressed, and I know not to expect much from a fast food place. I might have been happier waiting almost 15 minutes for my drive thru order if anyone had communicated the amount of time I would be waiting. If they had told me they were completely out and had to make more of what I ordered, as was the case, I would have happily gotten something else. I ended up parking and going in to avoid wasting gas. The employees were clearly having a hard day, running out of things and yelling at each other. The manager was a joke. No apology for wasted time or even acknowledging that I had COME INSIDE to wait on food for the DRIVE THRU. Probably will not be back for a very long time. read more

Bad. 50% of orders have mistakes. No refund unless drive back into the store. Won't give managers name to complain. I see others with same problems. 2017/July something happened. Store went from reliable like 4-stars to suddenly tanked 1-star. Seems like problems are getting covered up. I hear of polices I never heard about before. The food is McDonald's standard fare, but the kiddos love it. The staff was courteous and friendly, and I like the change to having your fiod delivered to your table. Corralling 2 active kids while waiting in line for your food was always a challenge. Manager Doaa and her crew handled a huge dining room and drive thru rush exceptionally well. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any McDonald's. I went to the Delaware location on S. Sandusky st. 7/1/18 at 7:45am to get breakfast. Left at 8:10 with no breakfast! After waiting 15 minutes at the pickup window, I was asked to pull forward. I was at the window, not waiting to get to the window. I could see others peoples orders waiting to be given out. The person had no reason why my two big breakfasts were missing other than he wasn't the one cooking. I asked for my money back and left to go to another location. I then called the first location to talk to a manager. After three tries someone finally answered. I asked for a manager and she said she was one. I explained what had happened and got a single word answer"sorry". I then tried to get a corporate phone # because "sorry just wasn't good enough. The "manager" refused to give it to me. I spent many years managing restaurants and this ranks as one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Especially since this issue could have been easily resolved. I have one star on this because it wouldn't allow me to post without selecting something. 1 star is overrated for this terrible visit. read more

This is for the store located across from the Grady Hospital in the City of Delaware (Ohio). I went to the counter and ordered two cups of coffee to go. My coffee order got skipped over by 5 other orders placed after mine. I finally got tired of waiting and ask for a refund. Guess I'll need to find a new place to get coffee read more

This is my primary McDonald's that I get coffee, quick food, etc. They are also probably the worst anywhere in central Ohio. It doesn't matter how many items you order because something will be wrong. Be sure to take a sip out of your drink before driving away because there is a 50/50 shot of it being correct. I would not recommend having anything put in coffee either, because it will almost certainly be wrong. Just get black coffee, but take a sip because I have gotten home to find that it was black but it had sugar in it (I don't like sugar in coffee). Have them give you everything on the side. That will help reduce (not eliminate) the mistakes. Just realize that if you go here, you will wait a long time and your order will probably be wrong in some way. It is what it is. Don't set any expectations of accuracy or time savings because you will be disappointed. The food and coffee quality is generally pretty good though. read more
