Buffalo wings. Really big. Very good.

Thoroughly enjoyable. Went here with a group of 7. Our table was almost ready when we got there. Nice. Very nice to not need to wait and wait. We appreciated that. We started out with drinks and appetizers. The mixed drinks were weak. I wouldn't order a cocktail here again. i would stick with beer. They did offer a free shot to the drinks but it should come not watery. So that was a bummer. Now the appetizers were a hit! Pepperoni chips came in a big basket. Plenty to share among 7 ppl. Had a dipping sauce that was rather good. We a reuben pizza which was excellent. For dinner most people ordered a hamburger of some type. All came out huge! Everyone seemed to love them. I ordered french fries and a Caesar salad. The salad was good but not super special however the fries.... Just so delicious. Yum We each really liked our trip in. Would return!

Great dinner once again! We started with the fried banana peppers with the ranch dip. Outstanding flavor and crunch! I had the Son of Thurmandelphia. A great cheese steak, tender beef, cheese and fresh veggies. Great sandwich, comes with kettle chips. I ordered the 9" and had to take half of it home. My wife ordered the Junior Johnny Burger and had them replace the chips with fries. She said the burger was awesome!

Italian sub profile...an inch plus of meat!

Son and I stopped on for lunch to get a quick lunch. Ordered the Italian sub and a Blazin' burger...served hot, lots of meat and very tasty! I got the 7" sub and took half of it home...reheated nicely in microwave a couple of days later. Son enjoyed the Tabasco and pepper cheese...good heat but not overwhelming...though he likes a good bit of heat. No part of that sandwich left the restaurant! Fries okay. Immediate seating (midweek; 1:30 arrival). Prompt service; drinks refilled without asking.

Their BLTs are insane. Their burgers are HUGE. Their onions straws were a big hit with our table. I was a fan that they had a full bar as I was on vacation. Their pizza is not great, do not go for that. But that was my fault ordering a pizza at a burger joint. The wait staff is friendly. The inside area is quite dark and has a very factory, unfinished feel to it. The patrons ranged from families with young kids to bikers to teens to cute elderly couples. It really is a place for everyone. The bathrooms were pretty clean. There is street parking available, you might have to drive around a few blocks to find it, Just make sure someone knows how to parallel park!

Finally made it to the Son of Thurman in Delaware, OH. We order the Onion Straws for an appetizer and they were absolutely Amazing. I decided to order the Thurmanator and it's was the biggest burger I've ever ordered and it tasted absolutely fantastic. The service was quick and attentive as well. The atmosphere was fun and inviting, we will definitely be back!

So glad they now have 1/3 lb burger option, which is plenty for me. Always cooked to order, fresh and tasty. Many burger combination to try. Onion rings and house made chips are both good. Service was good, constant refills, but waitstaff did forget to put our order of Ruben balls in, but once we figured it out, we decided we didn't need them.

Easy parking, nice huge establishment. Service was friendly and quick. This is typical bar food...tho was hoping for more, given the hype. They are known for their burgers and wings. We had the Mushroom, which was good. .nothing exciting, but still good. The whole winga are huge and quite tasty, perfectly fried and still juicy. The son of thurmandelphia was also a good sub, nothing spectacular, but good. Prices were very reasonable and the portions were big. For a good and quick meal, this iconic place can be a good choice.

Came here for Father's Day. I believe they were short staffed because our time here for four people was around two hours. I understand here the burgers take longer to cook, but we waited 15 minutes before we even got to order fountain drinks. The burgers are phenomenal as always, but today mine was no where close to medium rare. That's okay, still hearty. The service has gone down over the years so going to SoT is more a once in a year/couple years type of ordeal.

And I think that might have been our downfall. We went the breakfast route and started with a Cinnamon roll made right on the griddle. It created this crispy char that gave the roll more of a funnel cake texture. Unique, and the icing definitely enhances it (as it does most cinnamon rolls). Their special breakfast sandwich, "The Morning Wake-up" touts a "2x the size English Muffin" and they were not lying. This sandwich had cheese, multiple meats and vegetables, and I needed to take half of it home due to sheer size. What it didn't have... sauce. What it needed... sauce, syrup, aioli or something to lubricate all of those toppings. The breakfast potatoes on the side needed salt/seasoning/sauce, too, to be more to my liking. It was a similar experience with my wife's Reuben and the fries that she ordered; the sandwich had its moments, but it made me wish one of us got a burger like most of the other patrons.

The second time I sat at the bar and waited ten minutes before leaving when nobody would serve me (place wasn't crowded, the two bartenders just ignored me). Last interaction was to reach out asking if they had a certain bottle in stock. I thought it was a harmless request, asking a bourbon bar if they planned on getting a certain bourbon.
