We ordered our food at 3:25 and got it at 3:45 The food was cold, and the service was super slow.

I'm a local here in dexter and this place always gets my order wrong but when it is right the drive through takes 35 minutes

Great chickey nuggeys. Very tasteful, never had to pull that "WhErEs ThE fLaVoUr?" Card. But the worker was very sassy, her sass was sassier than my sass and I don't like that. The only reason I gave 1 STAR, was because it wouldn't let me do a 1/2 star. I have had issues with the McDonalds in Poplar Bluff MO, and told myself I wouldnt be returning. However I was traveling and stopped at the McDonalds in Dexter, thinking Dexter's McDonaldswould be better. I stopped through the drive-thru last night around Midnight-1:00AM. The speed of service overall was not impressive. I mean understand the time of night, but still nothing to get excited about. The drive-thru attendant, Stephanie I believe was the name on her name badge, did not appear happy, there was really no professionalism, and did not present herself in a customer service role. I have experienced issues at different area McDonalds and thought it to be just the ones in my town. However after last night, I realize this is untrue, as it seems that McDonald's as a whole has a problem with professionalism. The food was fair at best. I do not really recommend this location, as the overall wait time, food quality, professionalism are poor. Save yourself some money eat at home or try another restaurant. McDonalds seriously has some training and hard work to do, to get back to how it used to be. read more

I am 100% appalled at the way I was treated Saturday May 4th at the Dexter McDonald's. It was 9:40 PM and I went through the drive in to get 2 large fries. I was told that they were $1 right now. The total came to 6 something and I asked about the $1 deal. The gal taking my order very rudely said that they never have $1 fries. Then goes onto say only with a coupon. I said ok I'm going to pull out and get the coupon. I pulled around and parked to download the app and went in to order two large fries and get one for $1 like the couple said. No problem everything was fine. I walk in, waited a few mins at the register for someone to come take my order. After the polite man took my order and scanned my coupon I hear a group of gals standing behind the counter talking about how I didnt know anything and basically calling me stupid. Then turn around and hands him a bad ans points at me and says its hers. I get in my car filled with anxiety and anger just to find my fries were only a little over half full. Fuck that place. I'm never going back and I'm calling corporate. read more

This McDonald's is doing it right! The play center area is as big as the restaurant portion. Too many times we've traveled across country with our kids and thought McDonald's would be a good stop and they've changed them to the fancy ones with no play center or changing tables in the bathrooms. It wasn't the cleanest but I can wipe my own table down. Food was fast and tasted as it should. We certainly appreciated it. Thanks! read more
