Consistently had issues with this place, specifically the one manager who is a woman but has a mustache. She has always messed up my orders and tried to be greedy Today, i witnessed her accidentally give my order to someone else, put it back onnthe counter, then try to give it to me. Clean location with a good amount of seating for the size of the spot. Food was as ordered - nothing was missing. Tried the new snack wraps and was a bit disappointed that there wasn't as much chicken as expected (or as much chicken as there was in the original snack wraps). The service could be more efficient. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and I've been to some bad ones. I went on a hot day, the AC wasn't on. We waited way too long. This is terrible service but the food was good if it matters after waiting almost 50 minutes. We ordered on the kiosk because there was nobody at the register, which is really bad service. It looked like they had so many online orders that they weren't paying attention to the in person customers. There were around 7 people waiting for their food and waiting for just as long as us. One lady even waited 30 minutes and had to ask for a refund. I can't believe I waited this long to get some drinks, sandwiches, a burger, nuggets, fries and cookies. It is not FAST food anymore if it takes this long. If you really want your order, order in advance online. Do not walk in and expect to get served quickly. Note: they recently had a renovation and it looks so much smaller inside, and you can't even get napkins or drinks yourself. It's pretty bad. Kudos to this McDonald's they have a large American flag in the parking lot and they have it at half mast. Now on a better note is a small corner location with a triangle shaped eating area with only a few tables and chairs I only purchased a coffee but the staff was helpful and polite in my coffee came out perfect I give this location of McDonald's a solid four stars read more

The workers are lovely but the manager is a real piece of work. Towed my car after 5 min when I WAS LITERALLY RUNNING A QUICK ERRAND AND THEN BUYING A HAPPY MEAL. If she had waited 5 min she would've got my business, but instead she wanted to make a cut from the towing company. Please reevaluate your business practices. The food here is just as good as it as it is in any other McDonald's. The service isn't bad at all and my food is always nice and hot when I get it. The only thing I can say that I don't like is that this particular location has a very small seating area and there have been times that I had to wait a few minutes for a seat to open up so that I could enjoy my meal. Every time we come here there's a problem. The staff is rude! The general manager condones their bad behavior and doesn't do anything about it. My husband went in to get the food and I went in to use the bathroom as I'm pregnant and the kid behind the counter isaiah not only was disrespectful but rude to me. I was only half way in the door before he even turned to me and said the F****** bathroom is closed. Not even knowing if I was in there to order or not. My husband went in to speak to the manager about it and instead of handling it she stuck up for him. Horrible customer service and team does not know how to ring the register. Recently renovated and self service machine broken. No drive-thru, but to be honest, they would not be able to handle the traffic. I was given the wrong order this morning. Stopped in on my way to work...asked for sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and gave me bacon instead. I ate it because I was already 30 minutes away, but paid big consequences as my stomach ached all day. I returned to the same location after work and the manager Sonya was called from the back by an associate while still taking a personal call and told me I have to wait and speak to a manager in the morning. She stated that there was nothing she could do because she works the afternoon shift. Unbelievable. I will be following up. Don't go at night as gang members both work here and hang out here. Once at night, I witnessed a gang fight and fortunately cityy, state, and county police showed up. I agree with most of the previous reviews of this location. The service is very slow & there is usually only a handful of people working. The waiting area is cramped & they never use the number system on the receipts, so that leads to confusion galore. This is after their remodel!!! They should reopen their drive thru but I would be frightened to see how long & home much gas one had to burn before your order was delivered. The parking lot is dark & the warning on the door about hoods makes this location kind of sketch. read more

The older blonde manager is rude. Came for icecream she says the machine might not be cold so I say its okay I dont want it. No biggie. She makes us get it anyway saying itll work. So we pay and wait. I see her wipe her hands on her butt. No hand sanitizer after and holds the cone at the bare part to fill them. Theres a wrapper on all the cones why do you feel the need to give me your butt germs on my icecream. She gives us this small melty mess. I can't believe this is my first check-in at this location as I have come here on last ditch efforts many times. Well anyhoo... aside from the fact that there is no drive thru (but this location would just add to the already massive traffic jams that pulling into and out of the parking lot cause) plus the wait is horrible. It doesn't matter if you are ordering for yourself or a group, you will wait about 10-15 almost 20 mins. It's increasingly bad on days when it's the teenage staff running the show. They will stop and have a conversation with one another and then get upset if you let them know you've been waiting. They are very loose with their language here so be careful if you bring kids with you. They never have the happy meal box here and my lil one is usually upset if we come here. I understand about the environment and being cost effective but McDonalds advertises this thing and thats what my kid wants. Sorry to say it like that. If I could improve on this location it would be the wait time and most of all the calamity that ensues in the parking lot. One of the things that really blows is that no one abides by the "DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY" so be forewarned. read more

This place is a joke. 1. During monopoly time, i asked an employee for a monopoly board - he told me they dont carry them there but he thinks Target does. 2. During monopoly time, my friend ordered a Big mac specifically because its the only thing you can win the million dollars on. We got home just to find out there was no monopoly pieces on it. We went back the next day bc they said we could get the pieces they didnt give us and then when we got there the employees acted like we were the most ridiculous people they've ever met. Then they tried giving us hashbrown monopoly pieces and like gave us such an attitude when we asked for big Mac pieces - the employee didnt know you could only win a million on a big mac. 3. Employees constantly made comments to my friend and i for going there everyday when it was monopoly season - were not obese or fat or even chubby - who fucking cares how many fries we eat. 4. My friend and I had a craving for a mcflury so we drove to this mcdonalds. They locked the door in our face at 9:48 when they dont close until 11pm. What the fuck. 5. My two friends and I went here and got mcnuggets and fries, of course this couldnt go smoothly. They were out of sweet &the sour, bbq, ranch, & honey mustard. If thats not devastating enough we look over and the midget manager is scooping and preparing our fries with her nasty un-gloved nasty bare hands. - we called to complain about this and they didn't care, they hung up after denying the un-gloved fry making midget existed. read more
