Last Thursday night I had a bad experience. I was contacted via email by McDonald's and received a follow-up phone call from Ms. Tammy Livingston regarding my experience. She said the next time I was in the area my food would be remade. I went inside and spoke with a nice young lady whom I felt to be the manager and explained everything. She was very nice. My food was remade correctly. It is hot and fresh. The tea is delicious. This is McDonalds food as I used to know it growing it. I am greatly appreciative. I would definitely return. Absolutely terrible. Let me paint a quick picture: I'm in nursing school, which means I'm on a budget, and we only get a 30 minute break from class. I wanted something quick and McDonald's is usually one of my go-to places, but I probably won't be back to this location. I went through the drive thru to save time, but I probably would have been better off going inside. Employee: "Order when ready" Me: "Yes ma'am, may I get a side salad and a four piece nugget?" E: "A large drink?" Me: "No ma'am, a side salad." E: "Did you say a large tea?" Me: "No. One of your side salads" E: "I'm sorry, I can't understand what you're saying. You said you wanted a large water?" Me: *getting extremely irritated* "A SIDE SALAD!" E: "Oh, a salad! What kind?" Me: "The side salad....." Now, I wanted to get the low fat vinaigrette, but I decided this would have been too much to comprehend, so I just said F*** it and got ranch and I hate Newman's Own brand ranch. Employee: "Okay, so you wanted a large water and a side salad? Can I get your anything else?" Me: "A four piece nugget and that'll be all" E: "Any sauce?" Me: "no ma'am. That'll be all." E: "Will that be all?" Me: *face palm* "yes" I pull up and realize I was charge $1 for a water I didn't even ask for or want. If I was going to pay the $1, I would have gotten tea, or coke, or something else. I could have just filled up my water bottle at the school for free. The gentleman at the window taking my payment apologized, but did nothing to try and take it off my ticket and just handed it to me. My salad was not to McDonald's standards. It had some wilted lettuce and was not crispy or cold. The nuggets were luke warm and were dry. If I had to guess, they had been sitting in a plastic warmer for a few hours. In all, I paid about $5 for a meal that disappointed me. It upset me so much that I did fill out their customer service survey online and left it open for them to contact me, but two weeks later, I haven't heard a word and I don't expect to. This makes me think they don't care at all about their customers and what they serve. Quick Update: I was finally contacted and he apologized for the bad service and mailed a $10 McDonalds credit. I appreciated it, but I was happier they acknowledged the problem. read more

Friendly people , clean restaurant & fast service. What more can you ask for from a McDonald's?

Never have a met more rude drive thru workers. I understand you had a rush after the Christmas parade, but apparently customer service is not something this McDonalds cares about. read more

Worst run McDonalds I've been in in quite a while. Out of change, slow, under staffed and just badly run.

The dollar menu is BS, I ordered 3 cheeseburgers(one for me, my grandma, and my little sister) and I got charged $6.24. Here's the kicker, they charged me for 3 but only gave me two, I was supposed to get 3 small drinks, but got one large, same for the fries! I even asked the cashier if i could get small drinks instead of a large and all I got out of this fat cow was the most rude and flat "no" I've ever gotten. I wouldn't eat here again unless every other food joint was closed, even then I'd probably just move on to the next town. Do yourselves a favor and don't ever eat here! read more

Whenever I swing by the McDonald's to get some fast food I always get the bacon clubhouse with crispy chicken. Always. And this McDonald's obviously has no idea what 'chicken' means since they always give me the burger. I cannot think of a time that they have gotten my order right. read more

This McDonalds in Eastman is the best McDonalds I have ever been in! I go there often and it is always hot and fresh! No one has been rude or mean! This is why it is the busiest place in town! read more

I eat here at least 3 times a week. Always good service. Brand new building! The old building was torn down and new one built just this year. CLEAN!!!! The owner of this franchise is on site and always on top of things. read more
