I was very impressed with this McDonalds this morning. We are on vacation and stopped in while passing through and it was easily one of the cleanest not just McDonald's but fast food places. The bathrooms were clean. It was so clean I asked how old the place was and they said 6 years which shocked me. The food was hot and delicious and the service was great. The reason I gave them only four stars was because they forgot the sauce. I usually pull off to the side to make sure my order was right but there was no where to pull off. Over all was a good experience and I would recommend. read more

The last couple I got are just a dry burger with no toppings and the poor thing was smashed so flat that I should've had it delivered so they could just slip it through the mail slot. Some good food but they are terrible at making sundays. Half of the Sunday was hot fudge and all of the ice cream was basically a liquid and overall just not a great shake. Fantastic food tho. read more

I went to this McDonald's drive-thru around 10:25pm with my friends and it took us 10-15 minutes to get our food. We then realized that they forgot our large fry so we went through the drive-thru again and Zach said to go to the second pickup window. One of the burgers we ordered was supposed to be a double hamburger plain with nothing on it. Instead, it was a double cheeseburger with ketchup, pickles etc. When we got the fry we told them about the burger and they said that they would remake it. We waited about 20 minutes at the pickup window. We tried to go in, but all the doors were locked even though there were people inside. We go through drive through for the THIRD time and Zach gave us an attitude when we asked for a manager. We explained our situation and we did get our money back, but the manager (who was an african american woman, i forget her name), closed the door right after we got the money, being rude. Also, we did not get the burger. We spent around 40 minutes there when the trip should have been 10 minutes at most. I've been to many McDonald's and I'm from out of state. I am disappointed about my service about how my friends and i were treated by the third shift employees. read more

I should start by saying it's McDonalds. If you don't know what you're getting into I don't know how much this will help. McDonalds are all basically the same. Unless you eat the one in Parsons. For some reason that one is awful. But this one is a good representation of McD's. For the most part they are clean, quick, and professional. If you don't like it, you probably don't like McDonalds. This write-up of the El Do McDonald's restaurant is late in coming. Firstly the Staff. I know that the restaurant is an entry-level position for the most of the staff. But there are folks working there that have been "around the block" more than most people and they still do their best to make my stop-over pleasant & enjoyable. I look forward to seeing them again & again. They're real people! Secondly the food service. The store, by law, must prepare the various meat & vegetables at precise temperatures. They have the worst customer service. The food is never fresh, last few times I went there even different times of day and a long amount of time between visits the bread was stale and the food tasted bad. They have this one girl who works there that takes 10 years to answer headset and then is a complete rude snotty girl at the window and generally doesn't say anything unless she likes you. It's sad that she's still working there and can't even do her job right. At least the managers are nice. read more

Not the first time I've had issues with this McDonald's. My food yet again is barley warm. The big Mac was supposed to have no pickles, there was pickles on it and it was barely warm, lettuce was soggy and bun stale and tough like it have been sitting on their hot shelf for a while. The fries cold and stale. And the chicken nuggets where barley warm as well as slightly soggy. They seem to have more off days then good ones. Having actually hot and good food from this location is a rare occasion. read more

So far every time that I have ordered any kind of food. Since the new remodeled store opened back up. Not once has any of my orders been exactly right. 99% of the time I went thru the drive thru. They majority need a lot more training with what they call (their safe handling of food). Very very disappointed with the new opening. Also with the part of the safe handling of food. I even witnessed the manager themselves don't even say anything when they watch it happen in front of them. read more

The new location they just opened gave a strong first impression. The place was so packed, I could barely even find a place to park! You should just see how long the drive thru line was! When I walked in, a manager kindly shook my hand and gave me a warm welcome. The two cashiers that helped gave me just the service I needed and then some! One thing I've never seen before is the touchscreen drink dispenser. It still has the same basic choice of drinks just like any other McDonald's location, but this one even has some flavor shots. As I'm typing this I'm enjoying a Dr. Pepper with raspberry shot. I gave this a 5-star review because of the good service, the good is just as good as it always is, and overall I would recommend this to anyone needing someplace to eat for lunch, especially college kids. read more

Worst McD's ever... seriously terrible. Last time I ordered 4 fries and 3 drinks my wait was over 15 minutes. Then I didn't get straws even. Service is good during the day if you go inside but drive thru not so much & gets progressively worse through the evening. Unbelievable. First time going to this McDonald's and my order was disgusting. After waiting, what seemed like an eternity, I received a hash brown that was as hard as a brick, and a cold sausage burrito that tasted old and as if it had been sitting out for days. Second time I went, hoping my experience would be somewhat better, I ordered a small chocolate shake with no whip cream and a small fry. The fries were cold, and tasted again like they were sitting out for awhile. The shake had to be redone 4 times! Just to get it right! First time they put whip cream on it, then they came back and I could obviously tell they just scraped it off with a spoon! Then they came back and tried handing me a shake that had ice cream smeared all over it, and then I asked if they could clean it and they rolled their eyes and muttered "oh my god". This McDonald's is much better, than any around this area. If you go to Wichita their employees don't care at all about customer service. But in eldo you can for sure tell they care about their customers. If they mess up the managers are usually very understanding and correct the issue right away. The breakfast crew is better in my opinion, however the dinner crew is still friendly. Whenever I'm low on cash and looking for good customer service is always go there. read more
