If you're not familiar, they have their own farms and have their own dairy and beef and pork production. So inside the stores they have a mini grocery with the best milk you can drink anywhere. They also carry a limited amount of fresh produce as well. Biscuits and gravy here are hard to beat! It's something I try to order when I'm in town visiting.

It's more often than not a good experience. It's not a fine dining establishment, but it's generally clean, the prices are great (comparatively speaking to other fast food), and the food is good. They'll generally correct any issues if you inform them politely. People aren't robots, and I'm glad for that. It does mean grace is necessary when things go wrong. I'm somewhat sensitive to cow milk, but have no trouble with their ice cream. I don't believe it's lactose free, but it is probably the A2 variety they stock in the grocery side.

When he returned he gave me my drink, again with no conversation, no apology, no eye contact and walked inside the building. I felt like I was such an inconvenience for being a paying customer. There was no apology, no offer of correction; just some flex about his self perceived work ethic. As a GM of another local establishment I was appalled and embarrassed for our industry. This young man clearly holds himself in such a high regard that neither he nor his staff are to be accountable for any lack lister experience. While this was not my own experience, it was posted in a community group page for all to see. I rarely have issue at that particular location and the staff is usually great, but your toxic manager may just leave a bad taste in my mouth that rivals that of the cold stale fries I often receive.
