The male worker scanned it to charge us for our 2 Route 44's. He swore he returned it to us. He did not. We moved up from the window and searched every nook and cranny in the Jeep. It wasn't returned to us. My husband walked back to the window and once again asked for it. He maintained he had returned it to us. I don't understand why he would keep it, the reason being that it has mine and my husband's picture on it, so he would likely be questioned if he tried to use it. I called my credit card company from the drive thru and reported it stolen. It was immediately deactivated, so he didn't get anything. I instead had no credit card for the remainder of my vacation and had to change my account number, once a new one was received, on all accounts it had been linked to. It was a royal pain and those route 44's were definitely not worth it! In hind sight, I should have called the police to help find it. Wish I had. Also, I am not the only one he's done this to. This man was rude to customers and cruel to employees. He openly yelled at and berated employees. He fails to understand the basic functions of management, employee relations, and customer service. His inappropriate behavior toward employees is unacceptable. Furthermore, his actions were performed in front of a store with several customers. He was openly cruel to counter staff and delivery drivers - both of which were performing the core customer service functions far better than him. The counter staff and delivery drivers and even the other back of house staff were far more professional and had excellent customer service. Clearly they did not learn anything from the manager on duty. At a minimum he should apologize to his team and undergo basic management training. If he is incapable or unwilling to understand that his customer-facing team is keeping him in business, then he should be removed from his position. Additionally, he should pull up his pants. And wash them sometime this month. The man was filthy, and handling food. His unprofessionalism is endless.

But the cheeseburger I had at White Grill is by far the best burger I've ever had in my life!
