I came here today for some French fries and a frozen coke. The machine was working and a lady Keisha was so nice. She greeted me when I walked in and helped me when the kiosk wasn't working. This place has bad reviews and I'm not shocked. I don't understand how a McDonald's can be so rough. We went inside to use the restrooms, which were gross and covered in urine. Red flag #1. We ordered 2 sandwiches and some fries. That was fine considering I eat McDonald's once a year. There were no napkins or ketchup available near the drink station, (where at every other location in America that is where you find these things) and after asking an employee for ketchup, they "did not have any." I've been to many McDonalds and I really don't expect much but when I came to this location, it was such an eye opening experience. I thought it was ONE time thing, that maybe they were having a bad day but I came here two more times and I realized it was just really poorly managed. #1 - I always had to change the order I had in mind because they never have the ones I wanted in stock. Example, one day they didn't have Coffee Frap, so I said lemonade instead. They don't have lemonade either... 4 mentions of other drinks later and still a NO. So finally, I was like give me whatever drink you have. Another day, there was no nuggets. #2 - Line is always so slow! I came from Cali and everything is always so quick no matter how long the lines were. I thought maybe, everything just moves slower here. I went to the Jonesboro McDonalds one day and wow! That McDonald is sooooo busy and yet they're so quick AND FRIENDLY! #3 - Everytime I get to the window, they always hand me the wrong order. 3 different times. I never had that kind of experience in any other drive thru fast food. They always have a system of knowing who comes next. Anyhow! I think it's really just the management, nothing against the people who have served and gave the food. P.S. Awful service in here. The one girl who is supposed to be cashier came in the bathroom to "get in line" while I was in line - then when I came out of bathroom she was standing in front of the only sink there is in the women's bathroom and texting on her phone - I waited, for a while, before finally asking her if she was in-line to use the sink (knowing she wasn't because she was standing just shy of the sink and no one was in front of her). She was annoyed I asked her that, and then she finished typing on her phone and walked out. She never used the bathroom nor the sink. Not surprisingly, when I got out the bathroom to wait for my order to be ready (ordered ahead in the app), she was supposed to be at the cashier spot but was no where to be found when another guest needed to order so someone from the drive thru crew went to find a crew member to take the order. If I could give zero stars I would. This location constantly gets orders wrong. It doesn't matter if I use there app, go inside, drive thru or even Uber eats. My order gets messed up badly. I either get the wrong order completely, missing items, or get no drink. They leave out napkins, sauce and straws. Tonight was the worst. I ordered through Uber eats. The driver drops off a order with a receipt for door dash and it's completely wrong. Whoever ordered this got no food as well as me. How is that even possible??? No food for anyone tonight. Well guys the reviews are true . I stopped here to grab a quick bite on my way to work. I ordered my food on the app came in and waited at the counter. I got no acknowledgement they saw me but never asked me anything. They just stood around on the phone. Finally a young man comes out with the food and calls out everyone's number . This will be my last time coming here .The staff clearly don't care about the guests . The restaurant looks pretty clean but the staff was awful. read more

What a truly awful experience. Although I guess you should garner that based on the fact that I've never really bothered to review a McDs before... At least the building seems new and the bathrooms were somewhat clean, although the handle to escape the mostly clean space was broken and I almost panicked in fear of having to live in there until another customer could rescue me. I ordered a cheeseburger. Seriously just a cheeseburger. I even did it at the kiosk so that the one guy who was finishing in line wouldn't be impeded by my ever so demanding order. TEN MINUTES. The worst Macdonald's I have even gone to. On 01/02/2021 at 6:08 pm order 726 - I bought 1 macchiato 1 pumpkin pie, 6 apple pies - 2 strawberry pies and 1 iced coffee. They took 5 min to tell us that they didnt have the p. Pie and they said that the machiatto machine was cleaning, which is a lie also because the manager denied that later. Also it took the manager 20 min to give us our money back ans they still did that wrong and a pie was missing feom the order. I have it all recorded the manager did not have a name tag nor did the other employees who were laughing at us. And the manager was not even wearing the Macdonald atire, her belly was showing. The wait was another 10 minute...with ONE car ahead of me. I get to the window, drinks are sweating because they were made a while ago. I asked for a cup holder and what do you know..."We ain't got it. Truck didn't come yet." Okay, check the bag! All food was there. Ordered a hot fudge sundae . It came with regular cold chocolate syrup. The sundae was filled up to the top neither. I went back in and told them that the fudge was not hot nor was the sundae filled like it normally is . They did not offer to fix the sundae and basically told me I get what I get. Today both lines were supposed to be open this morning for breakfast in the Drive-Thru and no one came to the second speaker. I decided just to go in and order my food since it was after 6. It says right on the door that the lobby opens at 6 and I walked up to the door at 6:30 and an employee came to work and said they don't plan on opening the lobby yet. So not only did I not get my food because the line I got in was not taking any orders and it was clearly not marked closed but now I can't even go in and order my food.
