Sat down at the table and ordered food to the table, put in the table number and waited. 25 mins later someone carrying the tray wanders around the restaurant looking at each individual table number. I waved to her and said I believe that's mine, no response or acknowledgement. Ordered another meal at the counter separately on the same day, forgot our drink, stood there waiting for them to turn back around and they had an attitude about having to stop their gossip session to give us a cup. That then they questioned we even ordered even though we're the only one standing there and we JUST ordered it and were handed the bag. This location is terrible. I've been here dozens of times and the more I go the worse it gets. Just this week I had an employee screaming at me over a single drink mobile order that the person on the headset confirmed. Instead of trying to solve the problem she snapped on me even though I did nothing wrong. Just last night I made a mobile order for 2 Mcflurries. Well I guess at midnight the machine goes down. The person who I assume is the manager offered me frappes which I didn't want. So I asked can I just get them tomorrow I've done it before when the frappe machine was down. She finally agrees and so I asked for her name so I can give it when I come in. She refused and said no don't worry I'll take care of it. This is my second visit, and I am highly satisfied with this visit. Parking can get crazy busy during rush hour, don't matter to me. I came in a around the 3pm, and the parking was empty, was able to parked right close by the entrance. This visit was for dine-in, luckily, the inside was less than half empty. They just cleaned the inside, I could tell. It was very clean, cleaner than other MCDO locations in the area. The restroom was clean as well. I placed my order using the self-order- and my order was brought to my table, accurate order by the way. I ordered grilled chicken ranch wrap, and 4pcs happy meal with ranch. You see the repetition; I love ranch sauce. Normally, when I go to other restaurants that serve chicken, I would request for extra ranch sauces on the side. I forgot to put order extra ranch on this visit. Actually, they made a mistake on my order, they put extra ranch sauces in my happy meal box. It is a beautiful mistake, however. I love it. While I was eating, one staff checked on me if everything was fine- I love this gesture. Other restaurants do not extend the same courtesy, thy fail to check on you if everything is going fine. I brought my laptop, and had to work on stuff, they staff actually constantly checking the lobby if it's tidy. The inside of the store is amazing. The layout and arrangements of the tables are perfectly emplaced. The paintings in the wall, though simple look beautiful. Guess, who found a new hang out placed to work on computer stuff. I DISLIKE THIS PLACE SO MUCH, and here's why. so, I went to go get myself a kids meal right, and when I got home I only have 3 fries and UNCOOKED chicken nuggets. Ever since the year 2017 I never ate it again.... Before that I even found hair in my food idk what they be doing without hair nets or other body hairs but it is disgusting by far the worst fast food place in this world... if I'm soo hungry I only get a large fry... AND THE ICE CREAM MACHINE IS ALWAYS BROKEN.... I would sue but, that would be sad for them to pay when they don't have that much money anyway. read more

Don't even know where to start. Slow. Slow. Slow. You'll wait in your food from 10-15 minutes. Also, no one wants to work. We have waited at a register before for five minutes before the manager had to take our order and she yells in the back, "y'all need to get your crap together up here.". They look at you like you have to use those nasty kiosk that never work because they feel like now that those machines are there they don't have to work or take your order. And act like it's a huge inconvenience when you interrupt their socializing time to make them work. Drink station is always a hot mess, too. read more

This store is consistently dirty and rarely gets an order correct. I have gone out of convenience on more than one occasion and was left frustrasted pretty much every visit. During my last trip to this establishment, I was on my way to work. There were no cars in the drive thru before me yet, I was asked to pull forward and wait for a medium coffee. I was a bit disappointed at the fact there was no coffee at 6am but things got worse when 5 minutes later I was still waiting. Womens bathroom was toilet paper strewn all over floor, no soap to wash your hands, and something wet UNDER the stall handle that I had the unfortunate experience of finding as I was trying to close the door to lock it! I live right around the corner from this McDonald's, so I visit quite frequently! At breakfast and lunch is always awesome as long as Alesha is there. She's always so happy and pleasant, and the breakfast and lunch team always knocks orders out so fast! The night staff is a different story. I visited this place this afternoon to buy lunch for my kids, ordered a couple meals (nuggets and fries) my son at half of the fries and didn't want ro rest so i decided to eat them. A few fries into it i bit down on something hard. I nearly swollowed it and spit it up. I found a piece of white melted plastic in it. I took it up to the store and spoke with one of the assistant managers who looked at it and said it was a piece of a straw, then threw it away. How does a piece of straw end up melted with the fries? They offered me another large fry, but after finding and almost choking on it would i want another? Never eating at McDonald's again. read more
