This was a really cute location. I loved the dining room area. The artwork and fonts on the walls were such a nice touch. The restaurant was very clean. I ate in the restaurant and everything was fully stocked and looking nice. My service was fast and friendly. The food was hot & fresh. My nuggets were crispy on the outside and very tender on the inside. My fries were hot & fresh. I also ordered a Strawberry & Cream Pie which was absolutely delicious. I'm also really loving this Gold Sauce! I'm hoping it stays on the menu. Great experience! 10/10 read more

I don't usually leave reviews but this place stood out in a bad way I haven't experienced in a long time. Food wise: Fries were soggy, and the container was barely full, chicken nuggets were soggy, drinks were fine but how do you really mess that up? Besides the fact the cup holder was soggy and the cups fell through and we had to get our drinks refilled. Which they gave us a hard time about but if I had a choice to not have a soggy cup holder I would have chose not to. Burgers were okay but on the burnt side, so it was dry. Customer service on the other hand felt like walking into a place where no worker wants to be there and they'll make sure you know it. I felt like a manager having to keep repeating what was missing from our order. One worker made a gesture with attitude to our faces when we had to stand there until we had all our things. We were being as patient and respectful as we could. Not a good way to make a customer feel by using attitude instead of direct communication. Bathroom was okay, there was a trash can in the middle of the stall way, and a crusty sock left in one of the stalls. There's another McDonald's not too far away from this one, which I would highly recommend trying instead of this one. read more

I have been parked every time I have been to this location. Today was the first time I saw someone in front of me not get parked and they got a large tea only... Been made to wait 10-15 minutes multiple times. It's a 50/50 of the food and service is okay. read more

This five star rating is warranted because Mickey D has fallen by the wayside of Chic-Fil-A dominance in my book. This PARTICULAR site would give any CFA a run for their money. Why? You ask...well the Place: was very clean. It was crowded. The drive through lines and inside were full so it could easily show some serious wear and tear but it didn't even in the bathroom. I watched one employee float through the crowds tidying the entire time I was there (and I was there for quite a while). People: in addition to the tidy fairy, the folks in the kitchen were humming with activity. I used the kiosk to place my order so the worst employee was me. I took forever! But the other folks seemed to be working hard and they were friendly as they doles out orders. Product: It was the food I ordered, the way I ordered it. Well done standard McD fare. This McDonald's wasn't as easy as the one we went to yesterday in the Florida Keys. This one was half the price of what we paid yesterday, but the cashier said the payment didn't go through on the app and if we get charged twice let her know. Right, we'll be 500 miles away by then. We don't have time to deal with it now, we have a long day ahead. At least the cheese wasn't all stuck to the paper on this one. read more

(9/24/2022) was on a road trip and stopped in to use the bathroom and get a snack. Bathrooms were filthy with flies and toilet paper roll was stored on the floor of the stall. There were self-serve and self-pay kiosks available, only one of which was working at the time I was there. You wouldn't ever need to speak to a human being, if you so desired. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was ridiculously dry and puck-like on a stale bun. Not a good choice at all. read more

We stopped here simply for soda & coffee as we travelled along the interstate. Went through the drive-through and ordered a "large Diet Coke and a large coffee." I was asked if I needed sides such as creamer or sugar, to which I replied "no." When we got to the serving window, the server handed me a large coffee, without a heat wrap. The first thing I noticed was the cup was cold, not lukewarm, but room temperature cold. I then took a sip, and sure enough, it was room temperature cold. I then returned it to the server and said, it was cold. She seemed genuinely shocked and surprised that I should even want hot coffee. And even further stunned that I would hand it back to her as it did not meet my expectations. I realize 3:30 - 4:00 pm may not be the most popular time for hot coffee, but as I had been driving since early morning, I really wanted a good hot cup of coffee and McDonalds is usually a good place to get a cup of fresh hot coffee (especially along the interstate). Had I been informed when I ordered, that it would take some time while they brewed a fresh pot, I would have understood that and could have made an informed decision about whether I wanted to wait or not. But when that choice is taken away, and it is only after I paid and was offered the cold coffee (maybe in hope that I would not try it until after I left) that I was told to park somewhere and wait while they made it. Not a customer friendly way to do business. I usually don't expect to get great service from interstate McDonalds, this place really lowered my expectations. Not a good experience. read more

This place was clean. But you couldn't sit down. No one allowed in the dining room. It's the only restaurant we have seen in our trip that would not let us sit. I understand covid and I wear a mask and got a vaccine, but we had to eat in our car. read more

Traveling through on our way to FL and stopped to grab breakfast and use the potty. Beautiful store and restrooms were very nice. Placed our order on the kiosk and after waiting 10 minutes approached the counter and asked a random employee why our food was taking so long. He asked the Manager who was working in the drive-thru and she advised me that 'she was not in charge of my side of the restaurant...she was working in the Drive-thru'. So based on my experience, sounds like you're better off going through the DT to get decent service. Food was just ok. With so many options on 95, I'd skip this one. read more

The drive through needs major help! Management is pushing them for quick window times so when they have more than two customers at the line they park you in one of the 5 designated parking spots to wait. Then the line backs up more because the staff is so slow that now everyone is waiting at least 10-15 minutes from after the time you pay! I've worked fast food and I can recognize what is happening and the cooks and baggers have got to speed it up! The only thing you can count on at this McDonald's is you will have to wait!!! read more

As the person below wrote, they wanted my Driver's license number after they had swiped my card. They refused to accept my military ID first. The reason they gave me was in case there was credit card fraud they can contact me with the license #. So I guess the problem is internal to McDonald's, because my card is obviously not stolen if I show you two forms of gov ID's... Morons!! Never going there again. read more

I have been to this particular McDonalds several times in the past on my way to I-95 and it was just "ehh". However, this time it was actually surprisingly good. The Drive-thru was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly. The food was hot and prepared to order. All in all it was better than expected. read more

If zero stars was an option that's what I'd give this place. None of the employees know the menu or where coupon items are located on the kiosk. The employee said we had to pay at the counter not the kiosk then they forgot the toy then the drink had to turn around to go get it first and last time I will visit this place. read more
