    Said fruit cup

Amanda was so rude. Rolled her eyes at me and I paid more for a side fruit cup and it was under half filled. Horrible service, I'm getting a refund on my fruit cup.

I WILL FIND YOU IN ANY STATE, PANERA! This place was super full, but great! The food was fresh, our server was so nice and polite, and of course we will definitely be back. The "you pick two" is my favorite selection (pick any two items) the bacon Mac And cheese is BOMB AS HELL! we enjoyed our dinner so much we just might be back tomorrow!

No complaints about the pastries, which is the main reason I come here. Drink consistency varies by location. Sometimes the vanilla cold brew is super sweet, which I like. And has a good balance of milk to coffee ratio. Today was a bit milk heavy and didn't have that heavy vanilla flavor I've experienced at other locations. Still tasty just not as good as other locations. The pecan braid? I could eat one everyday for the rest of my life.

I asked the crust to be cut off of my sandwich and they about cut the whole sandwich off. If I pay 7$ for a sandwich I want 7$ worth and then it's burnt. For expensive food it needs to be good food. Do not recommend

First time getting breakfast from Panera. It was awesome.

I regularly hit this panera on saturdays bc we gather at a friends off Andover street. The food is always good and the service quick and friendly. What drove me to write a review finally was what happened with my order tonight. I wanted a B-Green smoothie and a salad for dinner, so I sent my friend to go get some Panera take out. They were out of the B-Green and I had to choose another (he texted me so I chose as quickly as I could.) Even as the store was slammed and short handed the manager jumped on a register, upgraded my second choice smoothie to a bigger size and gave us an extra roll bc they were out of the one that my salad came with. Despite all of this I was told that the staff was consistently polite and friendly. As someone who works in a restaurant, I understand how stressful a meal rush can be. Kudos to this Panera location. This is why I keep going there. :)

Not as tasty as I recalled in the NY stores. Service okay. Friendly but more training could be better.

That teriyaki bowl definitely is way overpriced and not that tasty. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and customer service is subpar.

Panera always provides a quiet place to work with good food and friendly employees. I come here regularly because of those items.

That said, Su's Sub has always been a staple for me since my high school years, so it's nostalgic when I come get takeout from here. The owners have always been great! They are friendly, welcoming, and consistent. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the quality of their food makes the overall quality great. The place itself is small and quaint, not fancy at all, but that's part of its charm. It's just good food without any flashy gimmicks. I usually go for their bulgogi and rice, or the bulgogi sub for my personal order and it always hits the spot. I'll grab other subs for my family when we want a substantial meal instead of the usual fast food in the area. It's not really fair to compare them to other sub shops or Korean spots I've been to, they've made their own niche with their menu options. Some might find it unusual that most of the menu is made up of classic American subs with just a few Korean options, but I honestly think that's part of their charm. In a town where most takeout is mediocre or dominated by fast food and chain restaurants, I can always count on Su's Sub for a reliable, flavorful meal.

I'm glad he chose this spot, because not only did they have subs (which he wanted), they also had Bulgogi! It was really good Bulgogi, but the side of kimchi was so good!! My godson got the spicy chicken sub with only chicken & cheese, and he really enjoyed it- he ate almost the entire half, which also came with fries. The man at the counter was so sweet to him, and my godson really enjoyed their interaction. My godson told the man he really liked the sub a lot. My godson said he will return everyday for a sub!

They don't have an overwhelming draft or canned menu which to me is appreciated. I don't mind choices however when you have a craft beer menu that's deep it can be quite daunting. So to the Heckler crew, thank you for keeping it simple. This visit I had the Fried Pickles which if being honest were good but they're not the best I've had. If I could give a recommendation I would move away from the breading that's being used as I feel it takes away from the actual pickle which for me is about 90% of the taste profile. The breading was a bit overpowering. Sometimes simple is better. But that's just my opinion as a fried pickle enthusiast. Now as for the pizza, I have to give a solid high five. I've been here three times and everytime I've gotten a pizza and none have disappointed. This time around I got the meat lovers and it was fresh, and delicious. Overall, Heckler is a great place to go and one thing I do love about this place is that it's always a chill vibe, with great service.
