You can always count on a calm environment and it's always clean. I love their Sip Club. I get a Dr. Pepper every time my girls are at dance close by and I love having that to look forward to! I just had the best experience at Panera (4807 Ramsey St). I walked in to Panera with somewhat of a heavy heart and met Kyle who literally turned my day around. He was AMAZING....he was knowledgeable about the menu but moreover, he was pleasant and fun to talk to. He was very observant as he recognized I wasn't having a great day. His gesture and kind words lifted me up so much, he made my whole week! He checked on me while I was eating and ensured me that everything was going to be ok. I advised him that customer service, "good" customer service is lacking in many establishments but Kyle is an employee who is representing Panera Bread in the best possible light. I want to thank Kyle for being the kind-hearted and generous person he is, you can tell that everything he says and does is coming from the heart. We need more of that. The food at this Panera Bread is always great, just like other locations. The place is clean and easy to get to, with lots of parking and close to main roads. However, I'm giving it one star because one of the employees lacked hospitality. In a restaurant, making customers feel welcome should be the top priority. Sadly, that wasn't the case here. I asked an employee if he could take a picture of me inside the restaurant. He said no, it's not part of his job. While I understand his point, making customers feel welcome should come first in this industry. I've never had a problem asking for a picture in other places; it's usually encouraged for publicity. Because of this experience, I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this location for team or group gatherings until the staff's attitude towards hospitality improves. read more

When visiting Panera I generally have the pick 2 with soup and a sandwich. In the past my sandwich of choice was the steak and white cheddar with the pickled onions which Panera has now removed from the menu. My soup of choice has always been the French Onion, and it appears they have now changed it as well. French onion is know for having a lot of Gruyere Cheese on the top and this was the way Panera served it in the past. Now, instead of a generous covering, they are sprinkling a tablespoon of a shredded something that doesn't even melt. Seems they ingredients have been trimmed and the prices have gone up. read more

I wonder what has happened to Panera in recent years. I used to be able to eat a decent meal, with decent ingredients for a decent price. Now a meal is $15+? And the portions are not it either. My sandwiches are usually the only thing I don't have issues with but the rest? They give you 5 oz of broth, call it a soup and then ask for $7. It's a shame as they used to be so much better. No complaints about the pastries, which is the main reason I come here. Drink consistency varies by location. Sometimes the vanilla cold brew is super sweet, which I like. And has a good balance of milk to coffee ratio. Today was a bit milk heavy and didn't have that heavy vanilla flavor I've experienced at other locations. This Panera is down the street from my job and across from my gym. That really is all I need to say, right? Okay, as far as chain bakeries go, way above the rest. I love the selection of baked good. Suggestion- try the Almond Crossiant. It is like a mini trip to Paris. I like the soufflés and of course Bagel Tuesday. We eat here at least once a week. The food is very good and the service is just okay. We are vegetarian so we enjoy the options and healthy selection. However, we always ask for no tomatoes and that often isn't honored. We have also had to pick chicken off on more than one occasion. This is EXTREMELY frustrating and tough to address once you've left the window. I'd recommend always double checking your order and be sure to give your Panera number because they don't always ask. read more

I regularly hit this panera on saturdays bc we gather at a friends off Andover street. The food is always good and the service quick and friendly. What drove me to write a review finally was what happened with my order tonight. I wanted a B-Green smoothie and a salad for dinner, so I sent my friend to go get some Panera take out. They were out of the B-Green and I had to choose another (he texted me so I chose as quickly as I could.) Even as the store was slammed and short handed the manager jumped on a register, upgraded my second choice smoothie to a bigger size and gave us an extra roll bc they were out of the one that my salad came with. Despite all of this I was told that the staff was consistently polite and friendly. As someone who works in a restaurant, I understand how stressful a meal rush can be. Kudos to this Panera location. I love good customer service and this Panera has excellent customer service so you know how this is gonna turn out, right? They've got the baker's dozen bagels Tuesdays which I was in the mood for. I zipped over to the location on Ramsey to place my order at the drive thru window. Too early and too cold to get out the car and I figured I'd find an equally frosty employee speaking to me thru those impersonal drive thru mics but I knew what I wanted and didn't care what they sounded like I just wanted my bagels. I got more than I anticipated or bargained for. The associate was friendly beyond measure... She separated my Everything bagels from the others because she didn't want the garlic flavor to ruin my other bagels (have YOU run across an associate who did that to your order? Hmmmm?) by placing them in a plastic bag AND she made sure I got my order correct. Don't forget I'm not expecting any of this level customer service I'm just expecting to do a snatch and grab and get home... but I got much more. Sorry I didn't get her name otherwise I'd shout it out to you. She deserves a kudos/an 'attaboy... 'attagal for above and beyond. Those folks are up at the crack of dawn dealing with cranky people like myself, who don't want to get out of their cars or even say hello. Panera this happened on a chilly Tuesday morning at 7:10. I normally like Panera, however I just had a terrible experience. I can forgive them for being out of the bread I like - that's just bad luck. The pickles they served with our sandwiches were dried out and nasty, but that wasn't even the end of it. We ordered a cup of soup to go in the cup was only half-full, when I complained that this wasn't $4.50 worth of soup they insisted that it was. Terrible customer service, if I owned this restaurant I would've fired the manager on the spot. You charge people $19 for two sandwiches, five dollars for a cup of soup and then short them on the soup. read more

Often because: - something is toasted that I didn't want toasted -something isn't toasted that I did want toasted -they toasted it, but it's beyond toasted and has blackened edges that I stop and scrape off outside my car door -something is missing, like butter, cream cheese, a knife, fork, spoon, or napkins -there's no salad dressing on the salad and no container of dressing that came with the salad - there is dressing, but only one teeny container for a whole size salad -the side of bread is sooooo tiny and I feel jipped and totally sad -it's evening and they're "out" of the first 3 things I tried to order -it's afternoon and they're already out of my favorite bagel - there's hardly any cheese topping on the asiago cheese bagel, leaving me to feel like I'm eating a cardboard and cream cheese sandwich. So yeah. It's that 1 out of 10 times that keeps me coming back for more. That rare, perfectly cheesy bagel holds all the cards. read more

Went to Panera Bread in Fayetteville. It was my worst experience at that Panera Bread. First off it was late and the drive through line was long and slow. My daughter ordered a smoothie and a pick 2 with the turkey bacon brava sandwich. We got the smoothie and it had a strong banana smell, she ordered mango. Told the young person at the drive through and she said they would remake it. We waited and waited and waited. My daughter finally went inside and they looked at her as if she had three heads. She get the smoothie remade and we drive off but she tasted it and it still tasted like banana. We get home and her sandwich is just thrown together with no BACON. That is one of the ingredients so how are you going to make the sandwich without bacon,especially when it wasn't ordered that way. I was so disgusted by the point I didn't want to try my food. I got the chicken sandwich which would have been good if the bread was not so dry. It was so dry I choked on it. This Panera is normally very good and I have enjoyed it in the past, even met friends there for lunch in the past but this visit was the absolute worse. read more

My second trip was much better. I even became a member of the Panera club and got a card. lol The Napa Valley chicken salad sandwich is amazing, and the treats/sweets are as well. I guess they switched out the staff, and so far everyone is so nice! I love going here for lunch now. read more
