This McDonald's has the slowest service all the time. Hate going here. Stay away from this location!!!!!!!

Hands down the worst McDonalds I've ever experienced. They don't know who's working where.. Lane 1 may take 20 mins to take an order while lane 2 is like an Easy Pass. They are famous for moving you out of the drive thru just to keep their time down and somehow manages to forget you even ordered due to the reserved parking being on the opposite side of the restaurant. read more

Horrible drive-thru. Too mamy options to deal with a place that doesn't care. Arrived shortly after 6am. 1 truck at the drive thru window and 2 waiting to order. Took over 5 minutes to move up to place My order. Ordered a Steak,Egg and Cheese Biscuit. Before I could order the rest of My food I was being quoted a price. Had to interrupt to make sure I could order the rest of My food, 2 Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuits. Pulled up to the window, paid and got My ticket. Waited and was asked to pull forward because, "We're waiting on steak." It's 6:19. Was brought My order at 6:29. No apology for wait, just Here you go. Order is wrong. Received a Steak, Egg and Cheese Bagel. By now the drive-thru line has grown too long to wait for a fix. So, had to wait to order. Was rushed when ordering. Spent 15 minutes in the drive through with no response, so I pulled up to the window where someone just said "somebody's at the window." I assumed this would mean I would get service, no. However, there is another McDonald's 5 miles in a different direction that I gave five stars to so it is possible to have a decent McDonald's. This is not the one! Drive-through worker is clueless. We come here regularly and there is always a good chance of getting decent service. This time was the worst I've had in fast food in awhile. I was the 9bly 9ne there when I ordered and several others came in behind me. I watched as they made food items that I had ordered and sent them out with people who ordered after me. I finally said something and told they are working on it. It took 15 minutes to get my food. One big Mac was put together wrong. Another had condiments and toppings dumped on it. I was missing a double cheese burger and given all the wrong items in my kids meals. Just atrocious service and total display of not caring about the product they produce. read more

I wish I could give this place 1/2 a star. Service is terrible. Manager and supervisor ordering people around and blaming stuff on the staff and it is clearly them making a mess of every ones orders! I ordered in the Drive through and I asked for a sweet tea no ice the young lady name Quanisha her name was given to me by store manager at 11am on July 9. 21. This lady took it upon herself to exhibit poor customer service skills by turning and talking to another employee about the customer which was about me. Quanisha stated I don't know why people come here and order a drinks with no ice but then ask for a cup of ice. What this young lady fails to realize is she should not question someone else's order when it's not something that she is purchasing or eating. I have worked in retail for years and I have NEVEREVER in my life experience a staff member talking about a customer in front of their face. I asked Quanisha what was that you just said she stated in a very aggressive tone "I ain't say nothing to you". I was rather disappointment simply because all I wanted was my drink and ice. She made this a very poor experience at McDonald's on Raeford rd. I have been to this McDonald's for years and the service has been wonderful until today. I will not recommend anyone to ever go to this restaurant because of her service. Im left at an away because she also state you better gone as if I was in her personal space. Almost got my order right this time. Ordered a hot fudge sundae and got vanilla ice cream.

Sat in line at the drive through for 25 minutes. I understand, it's busy. Finally was able to get to the speaker to order. Sat there and no one says anything for five minutes. THREE vehicles pull up to the other speaker and order and pull foward. We say "hello hello hello" someone says "we'll be with you in a moment." Now, another vehicle pulls up to the other speaker and orders! At this point we are pretty much trapped and can't even get out of line. Sit in the line, call the store, all they can say is "We are doing the best we can." Okay, why is the best you can meaning the people in the other line gets service? When I ask why is the other line getting service and not ours, all they can say is "we are doing the best we can." Sorry, I worked in fast food for several years.
