Came here for dinner and it did not disappoint. The staff was very attentive and took good care of us. I have tried lots of sushi spots in the area and this place really hit the spot. The sushi was freshly made and had a sweet touch to them, which I personally enjoyed. As for the ramen, it was full of flavor and tasted amazing. I will 100% come back, especially for their sushi! The most authentic Japanese ramen I've had in Fayetteville. A bit on the pricey side and the area the restaurant located is kinda sketchy. I've been to here a good amount of time and I've seen the cop with all their lights on surrounding the apartment complex across the street more times than I could count. Let me start by saying the Gyoza was AMAZING!! I really love the setup of this place. The atmosphere is so cute! I'm not a ramen connoisseur though I have eaten a variety of these soups from NY down the east coast to FL and I will say, i am not a fan of their ramen. It was my first time here and i just decided to try a random, but simple flavor. The broth tasted different;can't put my finger on it.... I can say the food was fresh because they cook it in the front. I just wasn't a fan of the broth. BUT, I am willing to come back in and try something different. Also, I got the melon milk tea and it was soooo sweet, it tasted like a LAFFY TAFFY on 10! I'm a sugar addict so I love anything extra sweet but there was no way anyone could drink this. I ended up drinking as much as I could and tossing the rest. I took my dinner to go but I wish they would separate the ingredients so everything doesn't swell on the ride home (I only drove about 7 minutes and everything was mushy). I've heard about this place for years for being so good.. so today we decided to finally check it out. I would probably say this was the worst Tonkotsu Ramen I have ever had. No real flavor at all unless you count salt as a flavor. My partner had the Salmon Don with old browned avocado on top and was not impressed by it at all. We also shared the Seared Tuna Roll. It was nothing special. The wasabi was the weakest wasabi I have ever been had. The service was okay not great just okay. Our server gave us just weird energy as if we did something. The restaurant looked okay but nothing fancy. I think it would have been nice to have a sign saying please wait to be seated or something like that. We felt a little awkward when we first walked in and not sure if we order at the counter first or what. And honestly over all way over priced. read more

Great new restaurant in Fayetteville! Their ramen is very flavorful, they have two flavors, Miso Spicy and Paitan (sp?). Then they have some special bowls that add things like pork belly and chicken. I tried the spicy pork belly ramen, it had corn, sprouts, fresh garlic, siracha and half a Soya egg. So good. We also tried a sushi burrito, excellent choice with Tuna and much larger than other sushi burritos... Probably half the size of Chipotle. I don't recommend the honey dew bubble tea. After waiting and not hearing from our server, we drew her attention and asked her how much longer would it be. She stated that they are having issues in the kitchen and she will check up on our ramen. She came back approximately 3 min later to say that it would be a little longer, and right after she said that our food was ready. Once we got our food, we only saw her one more time after to see how we were doing. We needed refills and we didn't see her around. I wasn't expecting much from a ramen shop in North Carolina but, this one was pretty good. The service was great, our server Madison took amazing care of us. We ordered a bunch of apps and sushi and those were all really good. I have only one complaint and that was the corn and the mushrooms in my ramen. They both come directly from a can and you can tell. The corn was more tolerable than the mushrooms but those two things took this place from 5 to 4 stars. My suggestion would be to simply sautee the corn with some butter and a little bit of salt and the mushrooms can be done the same maybe with a bit of soy sauce.
