It's a sigh for sore tired driving eyes! Just located of the Pacific Highway this pit stop food court has all the essentials such as Mcdonalds, KFC, a cafe, information centre and toilets. This place is probably 2 hour drive from Newcastle and we had forfeited the pit stop in Newcastle as we wanted to get to our destination sooner! Big mistake by the time we arrived we were starving! Lots of tables to house over 70ppl at least! read more

A very noisy but fairly quick Maccas. It is in the Taree Service Centre and caters for people travelling with families north and south along the Pacific Highway. read more

A very busy location most of the time that becomes extraordinarily busy during holidays. The McDonalds here is too small, inadequate drive through and generally does not cope well with the crowds. On a quiet day, they served me the wrong burger besides it being stone cold. Have used this McDonalds many times and this was unusual. It's never great, but generally good - you get what you expect. The food court itself is terribly noisy, poor acoustics, so if weather suits and you want to eat in relative peace, sit outside. read more
