We stopped at this location heading back home from Florida. One of the most saddest situations I've seen. The mop bucket area or whatever it is that's located near the window where they take the money is covered in black mold. The health department needs to go by there and do an inspection. The workers could have some major health issues from it. This is clearly something that has been developing over time due to the size and quantity of it. The guy who brought the food out said the inside of the restaurant was sweltering due to workers working in the roof/ceiling area. The lady at the drive thru was sweet and so was the guy who brought the food out but the cleanliness of this restaurant concerns me. And NO, we didn't end up eating the food purchased (happy meal) but still took it and went across the street and supposed of it because we had paid for it. read more

This location is horrible .. after a 20 minute wait in the drive through I get cold fries and my burger with "extra onions had less onions then you'd normally get.. bun was hard, meat was lukewarm.. I know no fast food is "great" but come on guys., never busting this location again. read more

Stopped by here on the way to Biloxi for a drink and to stretch my legs after a long drive. It's your typical McDonald's location. Nothing really remarkable about it. The staff were all friendly. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Trash bins outside were overflowing, but other than that, the outside was good. read more

I had a HORRIBLE interaction today at this location around 5:24pm. Me and a friend were coming from handling a few errands this way. Enjoying our time out then we stopped by a gas station and realized they didn't have any good food. So I suggested McDonalds because that's definitely a childhood favorite of mine. So I when we pulled in we ordered and we had two orders to be approximate. Order a hot and spicy extra Mayo, a double cheese and small fry special with a sweet tea. Then my friend order four hot n spicy's and two large fries with a drink. The two girls at the front window were excellent. She even made a genuine connection with my friend making her smile. She and I both thought we were going to get our food and continue with our conversation. Then when we paid and got to the second window. The girl that was In the second window open the window and presented the first bag but before I proceeded to get the bag. I asked could I get ketchup and bbq sauce. She looked back and I guess was consulting with her manager about what to do. Sometimes they charge and sometimes they don't. So then as I told her yes I'll get the sauces. Thinking to myself that I wasn't expecting to be charged, yet I still had my money ready. So I guess because I wasn't fast enough for her pace. She then closed the window and I'm sitting there waving my hand and also knocking on the window to get her attention so I can pay for the sauces so we could eat. We were super famished at this point. I finally decided to knock with my ring because it was a little harder and I felt she would hear me if she didn't. So as she opened the window, I briefly told her she doesn't have to have an attitude I was just trying to pay for the sauces. So then she threatened to throw our food at me. I instantly get upset and let her know I'm not one to tolerate disrespect and I would let the appropriate channels know of how she treated me today. I just wanted to share my experience with you everyone. I hope you hire more people like the two girls in the back window there were very polite and complimenting to your business. I stop here often on my way to work. It's probably the best location I've ever been to. And I've been to McDonald's in 12 different states and 4 countries. So that's saying something. They're quick and the food is always hot and fresh no matter what I order. Workers are extremely friendly. Idk who manages this one but they're definitely on their game. Just wish they were open 24 hours because when I get off work early, I'm forced to go to another McDonald's and they are awful. read more

very rude manager, sat there for 46 min to get our food, we finally get our order and the 2 mcdoubles were greasy, the burger they gave us as a replacement had a piece of toilet paper stuck to the bun with the grease. absolutely disgusting. order is messed up everytime and always takes atleast 30-55 min to get your order taken and if your lucky, finally get your food. read more

Never saw a restaurant where cashiers are allowed to sit in the dining room playing on their phone until a customer needs something. They had no soft drinks because the machine was down. I chose to get a small orange juice with my combo instead and got an up charge for it.
