The drive through can be a bit slow at times, but I think the food is worth the wait.

I didn't see the beginning of the interaction but when it was our turn, we were treated to the same attitude. She ended up getting my order wrong. While we were eating, the people sitting behind us called the manager out to complain about the employee and when he asked us how we were I asked him if I could change out the item I didn't like for the item I wanted. He didn't hesitate and didn't even ask me to pay extra, which I offered. The food was hot and fresh. Great value for the price. We would definitely return not only for the food but for the manager. When we left, the employee who had been taking orders was no longer there. The restaurant was clean.

I noticed I received a second text message and it said "Hello Larry, your order from Pizza Hut is being delivered at 8:51 p.m. You can track the status and they give me the link to try to track my order. I noticed that the phone number that the second text message was sent to me was 1-201-462-3980. The text message said "Xavius has picked up your Pizza Hut order and is OTW (it is on the way)! No additional (extra) fees apply." Then it texted me again saying "Xavius is approaching with your Pizza Hut order and will knock or ring the bell when they arrive. Any tip paid during checkout will be passed on to Xavius. Prefer contactless? Reach out to Xavius at 1-302-305-4371." " Thanks for ordering from Pizza Hut. Please take a moment to tell us about your experience. I did not want contactless for my order. I just wanted the Door Dash to deliver my order, knock on my door and get my money after I pay for my order. At 8:40 p.m. I noticed the Door Dasher drove his vehicle to my house. Mr. Xavius did not get out of his vehicle to deliver my food, he chose to tell the woman I think his girlfriend to call my phone number. Xavius and the woman did not get out of the vehicle, instead Xavius blew his horn from his vehicle loud and in the vehicle texted my phone saying "Could you come outside and pay for your order at the car so I can give you your food?" I opened the door but I refuse to walk to their car and pay for my order because they are supposed to knock on my door or ring the door bell and they supposed to give me my food.
