I'd give this McDonald's about 2 stars. It's really hit or miss, but honestly more often miss than hit. Some days the food is decent, but a lot of the time it's not that great or feels rushed. The one thing they do pretty well is the drive-thru--it's usually quick and gets the job done. But overall, the inconsistency makes it hard to rely on this location. This is the closest franchise to my house but after several wrong orders I'm not sure I can justify continuing to use this location. My order today was completely wrong. I asked for a plain quarter pounder (was not plain), ask for bbq for one order of nuggets (no sauce), asked for ranch for an another order (no sauce) asked for coke (they ran out of coke). This place always gets my order wrong but today they really irritated me. I placed a mobile order to pick up inside (because it's usually wrong) but when I arrived the doors were locked. I had to sit in the drive through and explain. They weren't too smart and I was highly inconvenienced. I get home and the 4 piece McNugget has 3 pieces. The service at this McDonald's is not good at all. Very disorganized. Very hard to get a cashier to come to the register if you want to pay with cash. Our tea was so watered down that it was like water. I only eat here for my grandchildren but we will find another one to go to. Hello, residents of Greer, South Carolina! If you're looking to go eat at a local McDonald's, you might want to choose a completely different location from the one in this photo! Between the food taking too long to make, with no clean tables(i literally wiped every single table down before they had my order out...) no food preparation hairnets to be seen anywhere, exposed insulation, more than three handfuls of flies(over 15 spotted), my order not processed correctly, and a manager on duty who is incompetent enough to say she will not fix my order, I'm not only giving this specific location an F grade, but also it's manager. Not only was she unwilling to fix the order, but she was also very rude and acted completely unprofessional towards the other employees THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS THERE!!! Not only will i be reporting this location to the health department, but also to the BBB, and to corporate. It's completely unacceptable. I hope they shut this location down. read more

I think this McDonald's is great, the reviews here are bad but are mainly old farts who have never had to deal with customer service. My food here is always warm and crispy with the exception of a bad day, but it's McDonald's you get 2 cheeseburgers for $4 so if it's cold I'll warm it up myself. I ordered my food at 6:23pm and my dasher didn't get my food and leave the restaurant until 7:34 it's now 7:49 and I'm standing here having to microwave my fries and nuggets. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely need to open the inside as well for delivery drivers so they don't have to wait 30 mins in a line just for them to tell my dasher they didn't have my order then my dasher have to wait an additional 15 mins. So I know it's McDonalds but this McDonalds was the worst experience ever. Ordered 2 french vanilla iced coffees and received 2 Carmel iced coffees. So mistakes happen I get It. I have worked in a fast food environment. However went to go have it remade and the manager at the time decided to close the dinning room and kicked all the customers inside it out because she was overwhelmed. When she goes to remake my coffees I received 2 plan disgusting coffees that the manager made in less than a minute not caring at all. I go back in to get re made again because I didn't order water coffee and refused me service because she was to busy. Yet she was able to yell at the customers but couldn't help them. Extra pickles means extra pickles not none at all. Learn to read, it's happened twice when the sticker clearly says extra on it. I only go here out of convenience. If you go to McDonalds in Greer, please don't go to this one. I've had to go there 2 times in the last few weeks and both times were no good at all. The first time I got all my food correct after a very long wait but the customer service was awful. As I was handed my receipt I said thank you to no response, I then get my food while the man doesn't even acknowledge me at all and no response when I thanked him after handing me my food and drinks. The second time I ordered 4 double cheese burgers 2 with no onions 2 with just cheese and 2 fries. I got 2 burgers with extra onions and one with everything and extra mayo. Have you ever been in a situation where you are handed something at a drive thru window, you look at it and think "wtf" ...... But then pull it into the car and drive away with out saying anything? I did that Sunday morning, and I'm still mad at myself. Now I know the red haired clown isn't famous for it's coffee, nor should it be. I also know, I pass no less than a dozen better options for coffee on my way to church. So, I guess I only have myself to blame. The iced coffee I was handed that morning contained - ice, "milk" & sugar. I've seen newborn Caucasian babies with more color than this drink had. The only thing that salvaged my morning drink was I remembered I had a 2 year old STARBUCKS "Via" pack in my glove box. We drive up to window and sit at speaker for at least three minutes; finally say once more "hello", employee comes on and snaps at us " go on with your order" it gets worse when we get to the window I ask her if that was her on speaker and she replies "yah why"? Every single worker here has the audacity to get mad at the customer because they got the order wrong. I went to go get some food for me and my siblings and they forgot to give me two plain sausage biscuits. So I walked back in and they gave me an attitude like it's my fault?
