25 minutes for a quarter pounder at noon. Absolutely un acceptable.... This place is a joke.

Not the best of experiences at this McDonald's location. Pulled off the interstate for quick refreshment and experienced what I guessed was one of the newer configurations for a MacDonald's. Quite small, obviously set up for electronic ordering and not counter service, self-serve drink dispensers had been removed, skeleton staffing, long waits just for coffee (some folks just left), small poorly maintained restroom. Coffee was stale, which is unusual for a MacDonald's. This might be a good outlet configuration for an urban corner setting, but not for an interstate presence in small town Mississippi. read more

One of the worst Customer Service experiences ever. I placed a mobile order with my app. Nowhere did it indicate that I could choose to come in and pick it up or come through the drive through. When I came to the speaker at the drive-through, I explained that I had a code for a mobile order and gave it to the young lady who then told me that that had to be picked up inside the store. I asked if they could hand it to me through the window, and I heard a male voice in the background tell her no. I then politely asked if she can get a manager and she had me wait for a bit and then came back and said they said you can pull up. On a positive note, a very nice and pretty young lady helped me at the window and was very courteous. But I cannot say that this one nice individual would bump my 1 star for those two employees who gave terrible customer service. I don't think I've ever given one star, but this was so disappointing and this is always the dirtiest McDonald's that I felt it was time to leave a review for this McDonald's. read more

Special ordered 2 burgers...no mustard...add mayo...add tomatoes...add lettuce. Burgers were so dry from heat lamp they were inedible...still had mustard...they added lettuce and tomatoe to old product. Pity I cant give negative stars. read more

This was the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. Nobody was working the counter. I ordered from the kiosk touch screen and waited for like 30 minutes and decided to just leave and loose the $14 bc it wasn't worth my time. The people working here are brain dead read more

Pretty close to I-55, easy off and on. Clean place with fast efficient employees. Most were pleasant, a few quiet. Got my order right with hot McDonald's food. I like their Hotcakes with real butter. The hash brown is always too greasy for me, but most people like them that way. Given the fact this was McDonald's food, this place was really good. Oh, as usual, the coffee is the temperature of molten lava. read more

I only give one star because you have to. I ordered nothing more than a small coke and medium mocha frappe. The soda machine had no syrup in it for anything. Nothing but soda water. After waiting 10 minutes for my frappe I asked for a refund. I asked the manager to explain and was told they were extremely busy but she didn't realize I had been standing there 10 minutes while nobody was at the counter. Their only new business was at the drive thru. Stay away from this place. Rude manager and workers as well. Skip McDonald's and go across the highway to Wendy's. You'll be much happier read more

Horrible service. Would not listen to any requests or give us what we ordered. I've never been treated so badly at any McDonald's ever.

I am giving it a one star because first they did not get my order right and this isn't the first time they give the chicken nuggets in a cookie bag the got the cup sizes wrong I order it with a small cup and I got a large cup and they didn't have what I wanted as always I wanna day and they aren't the nicest you will never see a chick-fel-a worker doing this kind of nonsense. read more

Wow. This place is gross is so many ways. The level of incompetency while taking an order through drive thru, then receiving that order is pretty impressive. The girl was both speed-talking and mumbling, but I managed to order. Waited for a long time to pay, then after the person in front of me pulls off an employee hangs out the window and yells "stop!" The person backs up, almost into my car, and hands back a kids meal box (how do you accidentally take a kids meal box?). After they pull off we pull up to the window and they try to hand that box to me for my kid that I ordered. No thanks. So she turns and tosses it in the trash. Um, that was your mistake, not mine. Then she hands me the kids meal and just stares at me wondering why I'm still there. She asks what else I need and I said my drink and my salad. She then turns to the other employees and asks if I ordered a drink and a salad!? The women who was giving away food moments before to the car in front of me now needs to fact check orders?? Then she hands me my salad, and I kid you not, it was wrapped in saran wrap and was doused in salad dressing like someone had already started eating it!! Seriously, at that point I was over it. I just drove off and thanked the stars above that I was just passing though and I would never have to go back to this location again!! Just awful. read more

When we went to the drive through the lady was very slow and I could barely understand her. I want a iced coffee do you want that cold or hot. Then we asked for a mocha frappe and she says do you want carmal or mocha I said mocha she she said small medium or large it sounded like she said smamelarge. Then she told us to pull up to pull up, it came out of her mouth like pllu when we pulled up she came out 20 min after and we had a 45 min Macdonald's experience. read more

Possibly the slowest mcd in the world. We waited in the drive through over 20 mins for 2 sausage biscuits and 2 breakfast burritos. They weren't busy, just slower than molasses. read more

Not good at all. Cashier got our order completely wrong. We had to wait nearly 20 minutes for my grilled chicken sandwich which, as it turns out, seemed to have been made 3 hours ago. The manager was nice and apologetic, but it was just not good. Too bad the adjacent Sonic is permanently closed. Get back on the highway! read more

went in today for a craving fix. walked in and ordered my usual, double cheeseburger meal. the price seemed steep, but did t really think much about it. i got home and sat down to eat. i have a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. wth? not hoppy at all. i hate QP's. read more
