I'm a masculine-looking biological woman and I stopped here to use the women's restroom. An employee kept making transphobic remarks under his breath while staring at me. He implied that I was preying on children, stared at me relentlessly and hovered near me while I was waiting for my food. He was deliberately making me uncomfortable and trying to intimidate me the entire time I was there, even though I ignored him. If you are LGBT, or if they even suspect that you are, you will not be welcomed here. Disgusting and completely unacceptable, I will absolutely never be back. Edit: After sending a complaint, the store manager very kindly apologized, offered compensation, and even suspended the employee for a week, but seeing as he still works there, I can't in good faith recommend it. read more

Sadly, this location is a far cry from what it used to be. I've been going to this location since the 1990s. The seating is limited now, the service is slow food isn't ready on time. When they asked me if I wanted fresh fries I said yes, but they hesitated to do it. They just dumped the old fries in with the supposedly new fries mixed them around handed me "new fries." read more

I've been coming in here from time to time (when this was a different address) and upon today's new experience, I was invited to a much-darker side of this location. Yes, things worked pretty well, but what I didn't like was that their shake machine was "broke" and no matter what items I had ordered they tried to find me and my location-finding "tent" to almost no avail. At one point during one of my orders, they screamed out the order (this was one cookie tote) when I was directly across from them a little ways away near the windows when they came out from the "kitchen". I didn't really like the Styrofoam backing for these location-tents. Unless there's an antenna inside the tent (like all others in other locations uses) that tries to track the person's whereabouts, having Styrofoam will continue to help you loose track of your customers. It wasn't very busy when I got here, but it was starting to hop by the time I was exiting. When I come here, I generally use the drive-up teller, but I thought things would've changed since my last experience (before this) in 2013 (when this was under a different address that I documented and recently deleted from Yelp), but apparently, I was misled to believe that things changed. It's clean, but the experience was disorderly in terms of accuracy and finding your customer with these faulty "tents". I can't say I'm not coming in again, but, I think it might be quite some time before I document other experiences here again. Sorry. The one Big Mac I had was not too warm, but at least you were able to salvage the pickles and onions I asked for to be removed, and as for the fries, well, let's just say that the ketchup machine didn't work well and was "full of air" that took me too long to get stuff out and when I did get it back to use it, didn't taste right at all. read more

Would give 0 stars if possible. Tiffany was very rude when we tried going inside. We came after an event at about 10:49. We simply wanted to go inside because we were all paying separate. When we parked in the parking lot Tiffany was smoking a cigarette and told us in a very rude way that the inside was closed. We didn't plan on dining in we just wanted to pay separate. My car broke down, lost a client at, and all I wanted was a juicy, succulent, cheap Travy Patty, seeing as nothing warms and lightens the soul more than the La Flame Hamburger. When I saw this o bountiful meal on the MickeyD's menu, I personally knew instantly that I had to purchase it. I then asked for the J Balvin Meal, and thankfully I recieved a "Is that it?" I purchased my upcoming harvest, and headed back to my bungaloo only to find out that the McFlurry accompanying my burger didn't consist of the usual chemicals and ice cream, but pure camel's milk. My boyfriend and I went here for lunch. The food tasted like normal ol' mickey d's, so there's not much expectation with that. I got a happy meal, with a cheese burger in it, loved the toy. My complaint is, there was only ONE pickle on my cheeseburger, when there is supposed to be two. Super disappointing. I feel as if any McDonald's employee should be required to watch the Founder during training to know how a McDonald's burger came to be, and how it's made. The staff was very rude and inconsiderate. The lady with the very long nails not only embarrassed me in front of friends, but also embarrassed one of my friends. That same lady, who I believe is the manager, was yelling at kids when we couldn't hear her. She belittled us, and made us feel stupid. It was a very unwelcoming environment. Today I was at this establishment and had to wait 1 hour in line on the drive-threw and then had to wait twenty more minutes. Just to get home and realize that my food was frozen and they also gave me a size small soggy fries when I had paid for an extra large fri. I must say that McDonald's is a very good establishment with okay food for when you are hungry but it is also very fattening. I would suggest only eating her one or twice a month. Thank you.
