i genuinely cannot believe a year later from my negative review this place is STILL HORRIBLE. literally everything about this place sucks. EVERY single time i come here it's always something. today i went to get ONE ITEM, a mocha frappe. just that. it took at least 10 minutes to get to the window and talk to a person because the menu mic just wasn't working for whatever reason and met with attitude and soft spoken, how you can pull both of those off is beyond me. i finally get to the window to get my ONE ITEM and it's melted. im buying ONE THING so its going to be right. i swung back and tried opening the door, they're locked and isnt a big deal but if someone is STILL at a locked door obviously they need something, i was ignored by the same man who handed me my melted drink. i didnt catch his name but there was an EXTREMELY NICE gentleman who opened the door and asked what i needed and understood my problem and fixed it for me. he was a taller, blonde man with glasses and a smaller frame, i unfortunately didnt catch his name but he is the ONLY nice person ive EVER spoken to at this location and ive been going here for YEARS. i understand you guys have a management issue but this seriously needs to be fixed NOW or yall need to genuinely closed down and start completely over. this is almost the exact same poor review i gave yall over a YEAR AGO and yall still haven't fixed a damn thing. yall please don't go here. i would genuinely give this place negative stars if it were possible. that nice man also let me know that multiple people QUIT on the spot today so, OBVIOUSLY yall are doing something wrong if you have people quitting on the spot read more

This is the worst McDonalds , I have ever been to. They were very slow and they were not concerned about finishing my order with a quickness. The team members were standing and laughing . I was in line for almost 30 minutes . The wait time should not be that long at a FAST food establishment. And they had a full house so I'm confused as to why it took so long. But today when we ordered breakfast (@10:28am) it took over 30 minutes to receive the order, half the order was missing at l this time it's now 11:20am and they "are out of the other half of the order" which we spent $40 on. My wife and I stopped in for lunch between church and Choir practice. We placed our order using the app, gave them our table number and waited for our food. We heard our number called just to be told they don't sell two strawberry cream pies for $2.xx even though the app clearly states it is available for sale. The app states what items are not available for sale at certain locations when placing your order or I would not have been able to place the two pies on my order to begin with. The manager in charge was yelling at the employees the whole time while we were there. The store wasn't the cleanest either. What I found the most displeasing was the state of the manager in charge when I was talking to her on the way out. This manager reeked of marijuana. I couldn't stand too close to her because of the level of order coming from her. This is not the type of management needed to run a store of any kind. read more

One of the slowest, if not the slowest, McDonald's in Cumberland County. For starters, no one ever greets you upon walking in. No one is ever at the front counter. Seriously, you could be standing there for 5+ minutes before any of the employees acknowledge your presence. Make no mistake, they'll see you standing there, but will pretend they don't & keep moseying about in the kitchen... They do it so blatantly which is what really rubs me the wrong way. The workers at this McDonald's are truly worth the minimum wage. If I could give a zero star rating, I would!!! The lady who was taking my order at the drive through was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I was behind a gentleman who was placing his order. The lady took his order, and he waited in her to reply with will that be it, thank you, please pull forward, is your order correct on the screen, SOMETHING, but nothing. He said three or four times, "hello". Finally, the lady replied and asked if she could take his order. He says, "ma'am, I just placed my order with another lady. The lady says, "ok pull forward". Anyway, I'm thinking to myself that his order will not be correct. I pull forward to the window and I wait and wait. This McDonald's has two lanes, so I was seeing people in the other lane steady place their order and move forward. Finally, I was asked to place my order, which I did. I watched my order pop up on the screen, which was completely wrong. I waited for her to ask if my order was correct, pull forward or something, so I could inform her of the mistake on the screen. After a few min. I began to say "hello, hello" with no reply. This is a busy area and traffic is a bit loud, so after a few seconds and still no reply I raised my voice a bit, but not in an over loud tone. The lady finally responded with "quit yelling" I replied "ma'am you were not responding to me, and she stated "why? because I'm doing my job? I replied "ma'am, you did the same thing to the gentlemen before me and now you are being rude to me. I told her to cancel my order and that I would be calling the general manager. Her reply was "OKAY"! I'll be honest, I let my temper flare and did call her an ugly name before pulling off, which I am ashamed of myself for doing that and lowering myself to that level. This lady just had me so upset because of the way she spoke to me. I work for the public too and I know customers can be difficult to deal with but in this situation, I did nothing to cause her to act the way she did towards me and the man ahead of me also did nothing. It's possible that she was having a bad morning, but you do not treat people like that, especially your customers. The ones who you need to keep happy and returning back for you and your co-workers job security. Also, with the way fast food chains are replacing their employees with computers who take their orders, this is not how you prevent McDonald's from following this trend. I will say that I have been to this MacDonald's multiple times in the past as I work around the corner, and this is the very first time I have ever been treated badly. This happened the morning of 05/31/2024 around 9:05am -9:15am. I placed an order for this McDonald's on April 21st. I had to cancel the order when I pulled in and the line was so long that I would be late picking up my customer. I called the store and canceled it, as the money had already been pulled from my card and the app said that I had to call them. I have been calling customer care almost every single day since that day to get my refund, as it still has not been given to me. They keep "escalating" it to the store, GM, Regional, and Franchise Owner. I have not received any type of response from any of those people. I've even asked for a supervisor and was told that they would email them and they would contact me. That was a week ago and nothing. I don't want to go into the store because I don't want to cause a scene, but if I don't hear back soon I will have no choice. Similarily, I had an issue at a different store and they got back to me same day, so why is this one being so difficult? I've had it. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since I cancelled and the money should have been refunded right after I cancelled with them, but it hasn't. Get your act together and contact me or refund my money. I was there last Friday. I ordered my meal instead of using their cup I had brought my own. The cashier and the line lady said I could use my thermos. When I was filling it up an employee grabbed my arm and started screaming at me. I showed her my receipt and she kept screaming at me. She started screaming for the manager, the manager made excuses for her saying it was her job. If I couldn't use my own cup someone should have said something. I hate to even review a fastfood joint however this location is a joke! I took my mother to get a 2 cheeseburger value meal. We sat in drive thru for 10 minutes before i got asked to park. 10 more minutes goes by when finally a manager shows up with our food as well as 3 other cars that was parked before me. My spouse was on his lunch break, he stopped thru McDonald's because it was convenient. Ordered a BACON mc double, strawberry banana smoothie & a caramel frappe. When he got to his destination, he opened his sandwich to eat it & it was a mc double with no bacon..
