The staff is so friendly and are happy to answer any questions you have. She patiently explained to us what a bingsu was and listed the ingredients. I got the mango bingsu and it was TERRIFIC. The flavor is delicate and balanced. You can taste the mango, the shaved ice was soft and fluffy and the crunch from the toppings was a perfect combo. They also put boba pieces in it and the serving was huge! My sister and I couldn't finish the one. Also got a plain crouffle and it was the perfect sweetness. It comes in different flavors like Oreo, strawberry and red bean...along with other flavors. I highly recommend visiting this place for a sweet treat and a cold sweet treat. Camp Casey? Seoul? CRC or even the DMZ, we have all been to the ROK. There is a dessert called Bap-Bing-Su at the 38th parallel, and it was delicious. I NEVER found it in the states. Maybe once in Killen TX but outside of that, where can I get my Bapbingsu? BAM!!!! they have it here along with a lot of other great selections. I discovered this absolutely delicious Korean dessert cafe' in town! I ordered the coffle topped with fresh blueberries which includes a side of fresh homemade cream. The fresh cream is sooooo good that people eat it by itself! The coffle (shaped like a croissant) has a crisp to it which is really tasty and satisfying! Also, ordered the Seoul coffee with white chocolate mocha and almond milk too! This is my second time here ordering the same items and I must say it is still as good as the first time! This has become one of my favorite places to come for chilled coffee and dessert. The service is warm and friendly. Honestly, I've never received service like this anywhere else in Fayetteville. My wife and I wanted to try the bingshu. We ordered the Mango Bingshu, it was delicious and refreshing. The dish is unique with ice that reminds me of snow, topped with mango ice cream and I assume a mango sauce with Frosted Flakes sprinkled on top for crunch. The interior is clean and cozy, presenting a modern café look that isn't often found in the Fayetteville Metropolitan Area.
