WOW FACTOR? Absolutely none! NOT HAVE AGAIN: Don't want to go back. I was asked for my membership code and gave it. I then said I had a coupon for buy one sandwich, get one free. I then ordered the two sandwiches. The clerk said I could not use the coupon because the order had automatically gone to my membership credit card on file and he could not cancel my order nor give me the second sandwich for free. So, I had to pay for both. Really bad experience. read more

The worker at the drive thru was rude. We pulled up to the first window. The interaction was weird. I had to ask for my total before giving her my card. Then at the second window, the guy basically threw my bag at me. No greeting by any of the three workers. We had the same exact experience last week at this location but different workers. My sons food was hot. We went through the drive thru. Not sure what was going on inside. read more

Again same crap service, and this time the manager told me that I was wrong for having to get a refund after being charged incorrectly!! Complete lazy people and employees that a sloppy. Smells like trash inside and out. I don't even know why I bother. I'm surprised they're still in business. Every time I come to this location it's the same, wrong order, wrong charge, or missing items from my order. I'm parked right now outside they're store and two people have had to go in to get a correction on their orders. Seriously! And when you call to make a complaint they hang up. There's no accountability and they don't care about their customers at all. These people are gross!! read more

Absolutely the worst service. How hard is it be nice? Clearly they don't care either. Look at their reviews. One after another of poor reviews except for the fake ones that are obvious based on the verbiage. They need to realize, being that close to the hospital, there is customers going through difficult times and could use some kindness. I will NOT be back! read more

We came by for dinner later on a weeknight to celebrate the kiddo's birthday. Our food came out fast and accurate. The store was clean and the cashier was friendly. The clincher was the kid telling the cashier it was her birthday. I've never seen this done at McDonald's before, so I'm guessing this is a combination of thoughtful employees on duty, my daughter being pretty polite, and the restaurant being completely empty except for us. As we are wrapping up our meal, the cashier and two other employees came out with a big ice cream cone covered in crushed Oreos. They gave it to our daughter as they sang happy birthday to her! It was so over-the-top sweet and thoughtful! It was very appreciated and made for a great end to the birthday outing. read more

Franchise owners need to be ashamed.... !1130p , closing at midnight , and thinking it's ok to SERV fries that's way beyond self life .... lights go off on inside at midnight, SHARP... Oh Micky D's ....get rid of the self serve kiosk. Leading people to use them this morning instead of getting personal face to face service is tacky. They have the ability to replace 6 employees with these things. I won't use self checkout in the grocery. I won't use these. Just another way to cut jobs. read more

Don't use the WiFi here!! I was on the WiFi for 25 minutes and an Angry Manager walked up and asked me if I was going to purchase anything or just use his crap-tastic WiFi...Funny thing was, I wasn't even on his WiFi - I was using my own hotspot. My colleague and I just hadn't had the time to get to the counter while we were on our rushed conference call. He interrupted my conference call to berate me and my clients heard it all.. I will never use this McDonald's again..this specific Manager was very unprofessional and rude ...After looking at the other reviews left on here, plus my own experiences I wouldn't advise visiting this establishment. read more

The worst one in Indianapolis . I haven't been in so long because they are so bad , but my son wanted some fries and this McDonald's was the closes to us. I've been in line 17 mins waiting on FRIES. This has got to be the dumbest thing ever. I wouldn't wait normally but I was just curious how long this would actually take. I'm not sure how this one is still not managed correctly. I purchased at breakfast burrito today and on the inside I found something an item of some sort that looked like plastic/sticker on the inside of the burrito. Obviously this item was cooked with the contents of burrito. It makes you not even want to eat at certain places ESPECIALLY this McDonalds. #GROSS #The customer service is very poor. read more

This location always has such polite employees and gets cars out of the drive thru in good time despite probably being one of the busier locations. And they have the best unsalted fries in town! They must have a fryer just dedicated to no salt because whenever i get unsalted fries anywhere else, there's always some on them. Not very good if one's diet requires low salt for people with medical conditions such as heart failure or high blood pressure. I dunno what they're doing differently, but i appreciate that small attention to detail. read more

They are really great at providing awsome speed and customer service in the morning at this location in and out in a matter of minutes no matter the line length. However after that midday to evening diff people different shifts and way less quality in food and service I stick to breakfast from here when I'm rushing but I don't bother with any other time here now. read more

This place is a real waste of time and energ. They can barely communicate.I reluctantly went there and as I'm sitting in the drive thru. The lady in front of me was taking an extremely long time. So I decided to pull over and go in. As I'm getting out the car I noticed the lady in front of me in line driving away without picking up an order. The line was backed up with quite a few cars. I went in and I had my app in hand that stated buy one get one free expires 5/29/2022 the lady told me that it's now 2 for $6 . I asked her to look at the app and it expires 5/29/2022 she obviously can't read English because she could barely speak it.And kept saying 2 for $6. As I'm leaving another disgruntled customer walks in saying my order is still wrong! I wish you could have seen this show with a lot of miniature workers.I guess that's the way it is in Mexico! read more

Big sign, dining room now open. Sign on door says come on in. Front door locked. Drive thru was open but took forever. I was just a regular customer waiting to get food. Cannot imagine how any of the food app delivery drivers can pick up anything here. COVID has made things difficult yes, and Yelp asks us to consider this in our reviews and saying everyone is trying to do their best. Fine. Considered. Still giving one star because quite simply this business is being dishonest and making frustrations worse. I understand if you can't open the dining room. But then take down the signs. Quit advertising online that your dining room is available. This city has homeless people that are relying on good information when deciding where to go to get a meal. Walking somewhere to find you can't get in is bad. Being told, oh, just use the drive thru, when you don't have a car, is just cruel. read more

I wish I could give less rating but could not. The only reason why I would even bother coming back was for a young lady helping me. Other were just standing around. One young man brought me my food. I said thank you twice and completely ignore me. No smile no emotion. Yes I know it's a Mc Donald's. None the less it requieres absence of costumer service. Those place has none of that. If you can avoid this location please do. I sure hope that the managers read this. Maybe one day they can train the staff the right way. read more

If you want to go to this McDonald's DO NOT me and my niece and goddaughter went to the McDonald's of of 86th Michigan st. And as we were waiting it took like 20 minutes for us to realize our food was done because they didn't say anything nor did they bring our food to us like there supposed to. And our food was so salty. And as we were eating some teenagers were cussing to the point we could hear it in the BACK of the McDonald's. And when they were done they went into the bathroom (Boy and Girl) in the mens bathroom and they came out and went into the girls bathroom and I had to use the restroom so I went in there and the little girl was ( going to town) if you know what I'm saying. This location fails me 2 out of 3 visits. I have really got to stop coming here. The order is never accurate! Then when I called in to complain, the mgr assured me that my name would be in their book for replacement food. When I arrived, not only did they make me get out in the cold & COME INSIDE to have my order that THEY SCREWED UP in the 1st place remade, but my name was not even in their book! Talk about inconvenience to the customer. I'm waiting on a return call from corporate! ***5 months later, never a return call*** HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Horrible service, tried to order a new item that is all over the menu and was told "we dont do those!" I replied "huh" to get some clarity on what she meant, lol. And was meet with the classic response "Hold on". Mind you this all happened after sitting on the line of the drive thru for about 10 minutes when it was only 2 cars in front of me when I pulled up. This review is almost a waste of my time,". I had a concern and the manager on duty started taking orders while I was talking to her. ( why answer the phone ?!) The employee at the window gave me a drink that had be sitting for a while because the cup had become soft. I asked for another fresh drink and he said OMG! What the heck is going on here. I placed a mobile order at 11:00 pm after going to Studio Movie Grill and walked over to come pick it up. The signs clearly say that the dining room is open until 12:00 am yet every door was locked. I walked around the dining room while multiple employees would meet my eyes and then look away. There were other customers in the dining room in line ordering!! I ended up having to go through the 20-minute-long drive thru to pick up the order. I will avoid this McDonald's at all costs from now on. read more

How is something down every time we go to this one? I typically go in the mornings around 2 or 3, and something is always down. Ice cream machine, online system for ordering on the app, credit card system so it's cash only. I can understand the ice cream machine, but the other two are things that should never be down. I've also come by in the middle of the day and the ice cream machine be down. DURING SHAMROCK SHAKE TIME. How can your ice cream machine be down when your popular limited time shake that you know will be in high demand is available? When things work, it's great. I'm recognizable from how often I'm there and people are usually pretty friendly, but why would the card system and the app ordering system both be down when both are usually up? I often wonder if these things aren't down and they just aren't in the mood to use them. read more

If you expect a burger, you'll get it and $500 worth of fraud. I don't use drive throughs for this very reason and on the day I visited I was rushed and had no cash, so I charged it. The employee "dropped" my card, I'm sure the skimmer was easier to hide below the register. That weekend my card had multiple failed attempts for purchases and I terminated the card number. Thanks, McDonalds! read more

I just purchased a Southwest salad and a diet Coke for this location for lunch. Get back to my office and find they forgot to put the dressing in the bag or any eating utensils. Oh and went to take a drink of my Coke.......surprise it is ice tea. Will have to go to another location because this is not the first time this location has messed up my order. read more

I called back spoke to Jamie who was nice and gave offered a resolution. The food was still good and hot! The service along with the professionalism exceeds what I have dealt with at other establishments. The only bad thing I have to say is the telephone number on the receipt is wrong .

When I picked up my food, I stupidly did not check my order before driving the food 45 minutes away to deliver to family. It was only after I delivered the food that I opened the bag and found that an entire meal and a side was missing. Dang it! It was too far away to drive back immediately and get the missing food, so we just ate what food we did get and I made a mental note to stop by Chicken Salad Chick and get a refund for my missing chicken salad and mac and cheese. It pissed me off even more because what I was eating (I got the lemon basil chicken salad) was so delicious that it was difficult to be mad at the restaurant. Chicken Salad Chick knows how to do chicken salad! The sandwiches are great, but my preferred way to eat the chicken salad is with crackers. Anyway, I returned to this location to get my refund for missing food. Not only did they apologize for the mistake and immediately give me a refund, but they also gave me vouchers for six free meals! What! Your girl loves free food more than almost anything, so this was above and beyond. Chicken Salad Chicken not only knows how to make a slappin' salad, but they know how to endear themselves to customers. I will definitely be back.

We rolled through and ordered the larger broccoli salad (ideal for groups) and one serving of egg salad since the craving hit me while ordering. ;) the sizing of the foods was somewhat complicated to navigate - scoops sizes, how you want the scoop, differences in sizes, etc. It seems that there would be a more efficient way. Overall, a positive experience and hard to beat the ease of drive thru.

I got a 8 piece meal with honey mustard and a sweet tea. I was content with the food but my tea tasted like Coke. Like, think about the fountain with the drinks and you put the cup under Coke then remember it was Sweet Tea and then switch. Like a little Coke hit in my tea. lol. Anywho I ain't finish that drink but everything else I did.
