International Falls location...It took 20 minutes to receive my "fast food". My deluxe quarter pounder had five times amount of mayo as in other stores, and a piece of cheese that just came out of the refrigerator/unmelted. Bathroom is out of soap, restaurant garbage cans overflowing , tables were dirty. By the looks of all the people also waiting for their food, they weren't "loving it." I've just driven seven hours and I have to deal with this kiosk created by a middle schooler. They're cutting cost by removing someone at the register, how about free up a person to manage soap and garbage and speed of properly preparing fast food? There are only a handful of food options in town, and it's clear this one does not strive to be decent. read more

We were just left in the drive trough for literally 20 minutes there was one car behind me that left 15 min into waiting. It was 8:30 maybe 5 cars in the parking lot. When I finally gave up and drove up to the first window and asked why I have been sitting there for 20 min? they said that there was a baseball game, no bus. I said we'll I was sitting there for 20 min someone could have said something like it is going to be a while....the girl at the counter told me to leave or she was going to call the cops. I am a 45 year old father and own two buissnesses in International falls. I have never had the cops called on me in my life. This is disgusting and disrespectful. This McDonald's have become garbage in the past few years. The owner obviously doesn't care and neither does McDonald's as a corporation. i was ordering at the counter and one of your employees haylee walked up there shaking her head no and said no to me and multiple times before that she has commented to me and my friend saying "how many times am i gonna see you here" or "ive already seen you here today" i think that is very rude to say to your customers because how i see it she's implying that im fat and it honestly makes me not want to come here anymore because I feel like im being judged everytime i get food here. read more

The service was terrible, they do not let anyone order from the counter and they sit in the back with nobody there to help at the front. Our food took a very long time to come and many others were upset with the service and wait time for a "fast food" restaurant. Is there an option for zero stars? We literally drove more than 4 hours to visit and ate here specifically because we wanted ice cream. It took well over 20 minutes to get our food. Our shakes had to be given back because they were literally liquid. The kid gave us an attitude when we gave them back. Then they even at that point said they were still waiting for our fries, now we are still sitting here. DO NOT GO HERE. Wish I would have checked yelp first. Zero cars in the parking lot, just trying to order 4 things. Waited at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes without them even saying hello after their automated system, to someone else going in the other side and getting their order taken right away. So I switched sides in hopes to get served, and again nothing. So I drove around the building waited a couple minutes and someone finally took my order, and got it wrong. For 4 things in which 3/4 4 were the same things. Mentioned it to the manager and she said nothing just stared at me. Then I asked for Mayo and they were conveniently out. Slowest McDonald's drive thru I have seen. They don't use the drive up areas if an order is taking too long.
