Newly remodeled McD's! Counter, app, or kiosk ordering. Smallish dining room. Massive parking lot and multiple drive thru lanes. A pretty standard McDonald's with decent food, friendly staff, and easy on-off a nearby throughway exit. Didn't want to roll the dice, so we came home to McDonald's. Would go again if passing this way. No double hamburger on kiosk menu, however. What's up with that? read more

I went through the drive thru to order an egg McMuffin approximately 6am. I could not understand the person taking the order. It was like they were too lazy to speak with any clarity . Maybe they just woke up. I paid $5.23 for an egg mcmuffin that was as cold as a mackerel. I'm done with mcdonalds. read more

food was terrible. it was burnt, and stale. the workers are cracked out and nasty the place was GROSS.

Eat here often, Receive my food quickly and it is always good. Usually go through the drive thru and employees are always friendly.

Breakfast on Sunday 7/22/23. Three sausage McMuffin with folded eggs, hash browns, and a chicken something that my daughter ordered. We went inside because I hate repeating what everyone in the car wants. Only the hash browns were warm. The McMuffins were cold, like right out of the refrigerator cold. The bread was untoasted and dry. They did get my special order correct though, which is rare. Store was clean. The other customers were friendly. It took 20 minutes waiting for my food and then it was cold then we had to wait another 20 minutes and then we saw a worker with his apron on in his car and they don't wear gloves and they had a bad attitude but the worst part was we were the only people there but there was a really nice employee tho and my sisters hamburger was raw. read more

By far the WORST slow food restaurant in Kennett. The night shift is a sh** show and their manager is lazy and rude. It's a teenage hangout. Save your time, half a tank of gas (what you burn out waiting) and money and drive elsewhere. If there was a negative star review, this one wins. read more

i saw rat poop on my buns, service was the most rudest ever, everything looked dirty , saw bugs everywhere especially in the bathroom.

This was by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life.. when we walk in the the workers just stand back and stare at us. we tell the worker what we want, doesn't give us our drinks until our food is done. The fries were very hard. All the tables were dirty, we had to clean them off while a manger watched us and sat eating, playing on her phone. all of them playing on there phones talking about alcohol. They were not professional at all. McDonald's needs to start worrying more about the customer service and less about how fast the food is coming out. Step up your game! read more
