Whoever is on the headset in the mornings is unbelievably rude, always has an attitude and refuses to serve me an iced mocha. There have been 3 different occasions that I've asked for "a large iced mocha" and this employee swears up and down they don't have just an iced mocha. The first time i was handed a Carmel iced coffee, second time they gave me a hot mocha coffee, and the third time I was given literal hot chocolate. I'm not usually one to complain but I will be speaking to a manager next time. read more

Service absolutely rude to me and a fellow employee. Young girl at food window read my order to me and I said I'm sorry that is incorrect. She asked a girl named Bailey what to do and Bailey pretty much yelled at myself and the girl at the window because the screen was right and the girl accidentally told me what was in my bag was wrong. Bailey snapped at us both and got defensive with us when we were just trying to figure out the order and what was wrong. The poor girl at window was apologizing and I said not your fault I'm sorry your fellow employee acts like that and the girl said try working here. I felt bad for her. Whomever this Bailey is, she needs wrote up! I've never been yelled at by someone at food place for trying to figure out what was wrong with my order. First of all if I could give 0 stars I would but it would only let me do 1 for my lowest. I got three things and waited 35 minutes for my food and two things were drinks. My first mistake was going there my second was paying with a 20 dollar bill. It came to $4.33 and I payed with a 20 and got $5.81 back in change. When I was waiting I asked to speak to a manger and the employee said NO rudely to me. Then the person that took my money was on crutches. Don't go there and waste your money. read more

I don't think I can ever give this place more than two stars, unless something spectacular would happen, like them maybe learning to count! I ordered a 20 piece McNuggets to go. Got that and the drink. Left -drove all the way home (20 mins away) and gave it to my daughter.....she asked how many I ate before getting home and I said none at all. He was very rude; acting as if he didnt care about anything. Threw our food down. Didnt mix the flurries. They were like hard ice cream with a topping.
