The staff there is WAY to slow , they should be slot faster for as many workers as they have there..Tonight around 5:30ish I waited over a half hour just for a Iced Vanilla coffee and they didn't even get the coffee right , I asked for ONE pump of xtra vanilla and you could clearly taste it was totally "forgotten "...this Mcds makes my Local Do not waste your time or gas list. read more

I don't think I've experienced a slower McDonald's. I went here for a few breakfast items and apple pies. No fancy coffee drinks that take a bit of time to make. Two breakfast sandwiches, two hash browns and two fruit pies. That's it. I waited at least 15min. I swear the McGriddle gets smaller each time I order it but the calories remain the same! The hash browns needed to be drained a little longer...don't rush now! And the fruit pies, well those are the easiest of the bunch. Avoid this McDonald's during any real busy time (which is probably most of the time). read more

Absolutely the slowest McDonald's in the world. I've been to McDonald's literally in every country that I've ever visited and this is the only McDonald's I've ever been at where it averages 10 minutes to get through the drive-through Lane. I've been sitting here for 12 minutes already and the line hasn't moved for the last 6 minutes they are ridiculous. I edited this review to add the following my total time in line was over 20 minutes when I got to the window finally my order wasn't even ready yet I think it was almost 25 minutes from the time I started in the drive-through Lane finally. pathetic read more

This is embarrassing. I can't believe I'm writing a review on McDonalds. Anyways, just wanted to say that I have fond memories of this place. I used to commute a lovely 45 minutes to an hour each way from Pittsburgh to Vandergrift, PA with a fellow intern when I was interning and I remember that if we were good and left early in the morning, we would treat ourselves to McDonald McGirdles. I can say that this is the only point in my life where I really enjoyed eating McDonalds so often, and for breakfast! So there you have it, my fond memories of the McDonalds drive thru in Leechburg, PA. And to note - we never had any issues with anyone who worked here. They were all friendly and the food was quick of course. read more

Literally everytime I come here my food is cold. We all know McDonald's fries when cold are so gross. The only time my food isn't cold from here is around lunch time when they make it fresh. The slowest drive through I've ever experienced. 42 mins for 2 cheeseburgers and a happy meal. The ladies working were swearing with the window opened, while my child was in the car. When they passed the bag out to me they asked me if I had anything else or if I got my whole order. Their guess was as good as mine bc it was all inside a closed bag. Their workers try their hardest to get your order right and if they mess anything up, they will try to make it right. i am a current employee there and we try our hardest so take it easy on us instead of yelling at us about giving you the wrong burger. just politely ask with your receipt and we will make you a new one read more

Two stars for fairly fast service and general cleanliness. I don't really know what happened to the employees here. I assume they went off to college or moved on to other jobs. But the newer hires have literally no idea how to make orders correctly. English muffins have been burnt to the point where they are hard as a rock. I've been given the wrong salad multiple times;Southwest salad instead of my grilled chicken, which is a very noticeable difference. On one recent occasion, we had to pull up to wait on a salad. We were given the standard "Thanks for pulling forward. Have a free apple pie next time you visit" coupon. But we waited for 28 minutes. Pretty sure that they honestly had just forgotten about us. An employee walked out to smoke and noticed that we were waiting, so she went back inside. A minute later, we got the salad. But that was just too long to wait for fast food. read more

Friendly people, typical McDonalds fare but absolutely the slowest Mickey D's I have ever been to. If you use the drive up take the inner lane. 2 or 3 cars get served for every one in the other lane. They have been open long enough to get these kinks worked out. This is a busy place, make sure you give yourself time. read more

They messed up my McGriddle there was just the top and bottom pancake no Sausage and cheese on the McGriddle

There have been many times where they have gotten my orders wrong but I want to say the management staff have been quick to fix that or to comp it the next time I am in there if I have been in a hurry. read more

I have NEVER been to any McD's, let alone any other fast food chain that is as SLOW as this one, multiple times I have left the line after 10 minutes of waiting, and on many occassions I call and complain to them while IN LINE inquiring about what the problem is. Last time, the coke machine broke, and they let us sit in line for over ten minutes while they tried to fix it, they would not pull people ahead to wait, or offer them another drink choice. When I finally got to the window, I told them I refused to pay for an order taking 12 minutes, and they got the manager who comped me my meal. IF you get stuck in the slowest fast food line ever, demand a comped meal, and maybe, by costing them money, they can learn to get their heads out of their asses. Worst part is, I have complained to the same managers here for years, and no heads seem to roll. And yes, every time I contemplate stopping here, I have to decide if I have 10 minutes to wait for a cheeseburger. And usually don't stop unless its empty. And for those of you thinking "GO INSIDE ALREADY", well, they have ONE lane open, and they don't take another order until the first person in line is SERVED, insanity, take our orders immediately, like the drive through, instead of filling one persons order while the rest in line wait. Time for Kiosks to order food inside, that way my order is taken when I walk in, not when twenty cars in line have ordered prior to me, while I wait on one idiotic teenager to fill one order to completion. read more

I very rarely come in for breakfast. Every time I do- I hear managers yelling at their employees and found a long grayish hair in my bagel. I will no longer purchase breakfast food from this restaurant again. When I took the bagel back- I got massive attitude from the manager. It's not my fault they can't contain their hair. I have come in for lunch multiple times and hear the same managers yelling. How can people treat their employees with such disrespect? I notice how annoyed and unhappy the employees are on most occasions. I see a few straining to be happy. It makes me miserable to see them so miserable. I won't be back for lunch until this problem is fixed. My fries were cold. I come in at dinner and there seems to be a lack of employees verses the other times of day. They are slower and more stressed. I don't blame the employees for me waiting 10 minutes for a burger and fries. I asked for only ketchup and got everything except ketchup. I was annoyed at this point because I have already waited so long. I took it back up and one of the girls went back and personally made me a new burger with only ketchup and offered me fresh fries. She was really professional despite how stressed she looked. Maybe other two management shifts should take some lessons from their night crew. read more
