Ordered mcdelivery. After 1/2 hour got an "oops trying to find another driver" message. Over 45 minutes after that the food arrived. Packed. We accepted it. On opening the bags the food was stone cold and the frozen drinks melted. I have spent all evening on uber eats customer service. They refuse a refund despite it being inedible. They say it was delivered "in a reasonable time". They will not quantify "reasonable time". The consumer rights act 2015 says you are entitled to a refund if the food is stone cold (it was) or significantly different from advertised (melted drinks are the opposite of frozen). I have now complained to Mcdonalds as well. I await their reaponse. Biggest issue is uber manages the customer service of this part of Mcdonalds.... and uber does not offer customer service! read more

Amazing food as usually from McDonald's he food is worth the que though... It funny there is a gym opposite it the people on the treadmills must be looking through the window liking there lips as they smells the greasy freis and watch people eat it while there on there boring diet.. read more

McDonald's - The drivethorugh - Burgers Near Me - Leighton Buzzard, BKM

The store at Billington Rd, Leighton Buzzard is definitely one to avoid. I placed an order here for my wife and myself. The order was bought to our table but my part off the order was missing namely my sausage bagel and hash brown. I informed the lady that delivered it and she said she would sort it out. Ten minuets later my wife has finished her breakfast and mine is still to show. I went to the counter and they knew nothing about it. I asked for a refund as time was getting on and we needed to go and I had wanted to eat my breakfast with my wife. The surly manager just dropped the money in my hand. No apologies or explanations. I had paid by card and would have preferred this to be refunded but by then I just wanted to get moving. Normally I wouldn't post about something like this but the store was very quite so its not even as if the order was messed up because they were busy. There was not a flicker of interest from the manager as to what had gone wrong and what they could do to fix it. A very poor show indeed. :( read more

Because the manager didn't bring some food out to us straight away he gave us two apple pies and two McFlurry for free.

We went to McDonald's in Leighton buzzard yesterday at around 2pm it was very busy we queued up at the till the young girl took our order she said eat in or take away I chose to eat in and she gave me the ticket number 44 I went to the other queue to wait for my number to come up in the meantime numbers 43 45 46 47 48 49 50 51 52 and 53 all got their food so I asked where was number 44 it seems I was overlooked so the man got another order to match mine without any explanation why I was missed and then he promptly put my food in a take away bag after I specifically said I was eating in when I mentioned this he slammed a tray on the counter and walked off so I said I'll put on the tray shall I . I didn't get the mans name maybe I should have or better still you need to train your staff in customer services and some manners would not go amiss read more

I'm not really a fan of fast food restaurants, but my other half and children seem to like McDonalds, so we occassionally visit as a treat. I usually go to the drive through bit and take the food home because I find the inside of the restaurant extremely plasticy and unpleasant, plu in my experience the toilets are never as clean as they might be. This particular branch has quite a lot of parking, and is conveniently located next door to the petrol station, so you can stop and kill two birds with one stone. Personally I do not like McDonalds food - the meat is of substandard quality, and it is all very calorific, salty and high in bad fats. However the prices are low compared to most food outlets, and I suspect that you get what you pay for. read more

kids love it so keeps every1 happy. drive through ok has got order wrong couple of times tho. but all in all is gd.
