Food was pretty good for McDonald's. Got a double cheeseburger and the bun was a little crunchy lol. My chicken sandwich was a little better. Their ice machine was broken and it takes forever to get help these days. I always order on the app and their accuracy was perfect and it was very prompt!! My daughter and I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru line for breakfast. When we finally arrived at the window to pick up our food, the extra large drink (that we were automatically upsized to and charged extra for) was so watered down I could not drink it. I guess it waited 20 minutes to be served to us, almost all of the ice had melted. There was no apology for our ridiculous wait time to get our food. As if it was completely normal there. DO NOT go there if you are pressed for time...and who really has an extra 20 minutes to wait for their food at a McDonalds. So much for Speedy Service, and where exactly is Sir Speedy when you need him??...certainly not at this McDonalds. Next time we will just drive on by. read more

To wait for our food was long. My wife got something completely different than what she ordered, but we were down the road and went with it. I ordered a hamburger without onions, but there were some onions on it and for some reason, a small piece of lettuce. The hamburger was smashed and looked old. We both got fries and they were lukewarm. We heard the manager speaking unkindly to employees. The lady, waiting in front of us had a wrong order too. The bathrooms were less than clean. read more

The dirtiest McDonalds you will find anywhere. Not just the dining area but the restrooms were disgusting. Not cleaned anytime recently. The windows in this place were even dirty. Terrible! read more

The worst and filthiest McDonald's I have ever ate at. Took almost 30 minutes to get our food which was not hot. The ice machine did not work and ice was got from the "back" which the employee touched with their hand. Ordered coffees and they could not make any. Trash cans were over flowing. Was pulled forward at drive through. Sat there 10 minutes or longer before we went inside and the food was sitting there ready. We started to eat it and it was cold. There was red headed girl employee in there yelling about Karen's and managers because I asked for my receipt before I even said there was an issue. She knew she provided horrible service and they messed up with our order and then proceeded to treat the customer in a horrible rude manner. I've seen this same little girl act the same way nearly every time I'm there. read more

Went for lunch, they weren't super busy, steady, which hopefully meant food would be good and hot. I waited at the 2nd window for almost 10 minutes before one of the girls came over and asked me to pull forward because they were waiting on my quarter pounder. I politely told her no, I will just wait because it should be up any second. She closed the window and apparently went and told them I refused to pull forward. A young lady named Layla came over and informed me with eye rolls, hands clapping, and snotty attitude all on display to pull forward because we have everyone else's food ready to go. I asked how long and she said it won't even be a minute. So I did pull forward, went into the restaurant because the last time (over 7 months ago) I was pulled forward, I waited over 10 minutes to receive cold food. By the time I got into the restaurant, the fries they were waiting on were being pulled up and she bagged them and handed me our bags, with an extremely sarcastic "have a nice day" while she again rolled her eyes. It literally took 20 seconds for them to bag the food - so why pull me forward? THERE WAS NO REASON TO DO SO. read more

I decided to try them again today. Ordered a double fish filet sandwich, the new bacon quarter pounder and 2 3-packs of cookies. Learned at the window that they were "out of cookies but could get me some". I asked if they had to run to the grocery store or somewhere but they said "No, we just have to put some in the oven. It'll take 2 or 3 minutes. So, 8 or 9 minutes later I went inside and the girl behind the counter handed me my cookies. I asked "forgot us, didn't ya?" "No - they actually just came out." Well, they weren't warm enough for that to be true but I let it go. Got down the street and found that the double fish was a single fish. The bacon quarter pounder had (a familiar theme here) NO bacon and was NOT warm enough to be "made fresh". I went in and asked the same creepy girl for a manager. She looked at me strangely and just stood. I described the many problems and restated my request as a demand. This time, the "manager" DID apologize, personally remade the food very quickly and refunded. This is how it should be when the service and food are this completely disgusting. So I've elevated my rating by one star and I will try them again when I'm NOT in any sort of hurry whatsoever. I'm Loving it? More like I'm in a depressing spiral of despair and agony that the likes of humanity has yet to see. To call this place an American Classic Burger spot is a sham and disgrace to our great nation. Upon entering the house that beef built i was immediately taken aback by the atmosphere. Dreary, Decrepit, and Sorrowful I had arrived to the establishment in question on the evening of Smash Day. The disgruntled and gnarled workers looked at me and my companions with disdain. We ordered and waited for our meals gifted to us by the Great Ronald. We had ordered some breakfast items and their ire had risen to noticeable level at our particular menu choices. Little did i know of the disappointment that would meet my taste buds, I ordered a McDouble and what came will surprise you.... A single patty burger. How dare they slight me so?!!? I only wished to be blessed by the great clown of my childhood... I may never comeback to this establishment which fills me with a lot of sorrow seeing how it was the best eatery in Linn. The menu says 'All day breakfast items include hash browns & ....' and they won't even give me a hash brown and 8:00 at night. very upset.

Slow and screwed up orders. Employees are so uncoordinated and hardly say anything. Got 2 burgers, a sweet tea, and a pie. Waited for about 15 minutes on 2 cars until I got to the food window because they NEVER use the designated waiting spots. Employee opened the window and stared at me for a second and then handed me my drink and said Diet Coke. I said it was suppose to be sweet tea and he said "oh that's what I meant sorry". The cup was marked tea, so I dismissed it. He told me they had no apple pies at the moment and it'd be a few minutes and offered cookies instead if I didn't wanna wait, I agreed to take cookies. I watched inside while they threw my order into bag a and saw a mess of half completed orders on the table for the couple cars behind me. I eventually got my food and left. The sweet tea turned out to be extremely watered down and not sweet at all, the first burger was okay but no ketchup, the second burger was a bun with cheese half on the bun and half off. The 3 cookies were...okay. Can't say I expect much from McDonalds cookies but these were subpar. Kind of burnt. But...seriously. How do you make a burger WITHOUT THE BURGER and not catch that. Even to whoever put the burger in the bag...the burger was noticeably very thin and light weight. I was already home so I just threw it away and didn't bother with it but I'm not going back because this seems to be very common. read more
