Meh. That's how I feel about this McDonald's. No dollar menu, and I ordered breakfast and was sorely disappointed with my almost pure white iced coffee I received, the stale biscuit, and super hard hashbrown. Glad I wasted $7 on this at almost 8 am when I'd been driving through the night and was really looking forward to a warm meal on my drive cross country. 3.5 stars sounds about right. The service was very friendly (which I don't consider a con like the user below). My food took less than 5 minutes and was slightly cheaper than the menu listed. This McDonald's does not adhere to any specials or pricing. There are no dollar menus. No special deals. No anything. We asked for six french fries and you would have thought we had told them we wanted tickets to the opera. Do not go to this McDonald's if you don't have lots of time and lots of patience. Needed to fulfill a McD's craving, so stopped at this rest stop location. This place is really about a 3.5, but free stuff is totally worth a half-star. GOOD: food was delicious, service was friendly, got hooked up with a free Hi-C orange lavaburst (awesome!) Ordered two unsweetened iced teas. When we went to get them, the container was almost empty. I went over to the other side where I ordered, three employees standing there talking. The one indicated to the other that "it wasn't her job" when I asked for more tea. There was enough to fill one cup but my husband ended up just getting a soda. Total waste of time even stopping at this location. The first, obvious sign was empty fry with no activity at the fryer. The second was the three employees obviously doing everything but work. Finally, when a lady deigned to come up to take an order, she had a mouthful of, apparently, fries. Didn't even say a word and they appeared used to folks not wanting to do business. read more

My rating is based on the kid working the counter who likes to wear his hat sideways, chew on straws, wear his pants too low and flirt with the girls he works with. He didn't look at the order as he bagged it up, didn't say a word, just stared at me and stuck his hand out. I stared back at him until he finally got it and recited my order to confirm it. I then had to point out that he missed an item. I get that there are few people who are excited about their minimum wage fast food job, but you do what you gotta do, so have some pride in what you do, whatever you do, and maybe someone will recognize that and you'll graduate from fast food. "I'm lovin it" my ass. if I could give this place 0/5 stars I would, and trust me on that. I went there with 8 little kids and we ordered the most simple things. fries, happy meals, soft drinks and nuggets. we ended up waiting about 2 hours for those items. there were 5 people working in there and I would say about 2 of them were actually doing their job. every-time we go there the workers are always crabby and seem like they hate you so McDonald's in mantua is not it sis. read more

Even McDonald's is getting a little pricey for their combos, so decided to get a value by ordering a 20 piece McNuggets for 5.75. Some were cooked better than others and a little dry. At least they weren't stingy on the honey mustard. read more

There is nothing fast about this fast food place. You would think a location literally on the turnpike would be well staffed for lunch on the Friday of a Holiday weekend. It took about 15 minutes in line to even place the order, it looked like there was one cashier and one cook working. When we got our food is was lackluster at best. Filet O Fish was cold with a stale bun. Will definitely choose another food court option next time I stop here. read more

This is the worst. We waited 20 minutes with only two small orders ahead of us. Not kidding. Not sure what the problem was. Also, Debit/credit card machine not working so people were upset and walking out of line. The woman taking orders (and there was only one) was not a happy person. Never a smile. Worst McDonald's in the world. Dirty. Slow. Long lines...not everything is always 100% operational. Cashiers fight among each other. Today they dont have any forks.and knives..so enjoy your pancakes with a spoon. .. you'd think a store in a rest area would operate more efficiently. There is however plenty of seating. read more
