The restaurant is located in the back of the hotel and servers breakfast, lunch and dinner and any food you want out at the pool. They have a lot of staff so the service level is very good. Today we did the Sunday Brunch for New Year's day but we have eaten here probably 30+ times in the past 8 years since we stay here and it's very convenient to roll out of bed and into the restaurant, or grab a waiter by the pool and have them bring your good and drinks poolside. The brunch today was excellent and much larger than the typical weekly brunch. The French toast today was fantastic Large thick slices of bread battered lightly and cooked perfect with that nice soft center of bread that melts in your mouth. I also had some sausage, peel and eat prawns (can never pass up prawns in Mazatlan!) and some of the crisp tortilla with beans and cheese that they make fresh on the grill. The fresh fruit of papaya, pineapple and watermelon was nice and sweet. I only tasted a brownie which was ok, nothing exciting but all in all and very good brunch. Coffee is good here as well. There was so much other food ( like ceviche, sushi, chillaquillas, pancakes, omlettes, tamales, rice dishes ) that you could not possibly taste it all bit all their food is consistently fresh and very good. *important to remember* This is not a fast food or cheap hotel type restaurant. They make everything fresh and to order so it's not unusual to wait 20 minutes for your food. The restaurant is run extremely well and efficient and many of the staff have been here for years.
