What can you say? It's McDonald. It's been awhile since I had a Big Mac. I love ordering through the app. I am able to customize my order. Too much buns on the Big Mac, but the sesame bun was warm, soft, and light. I ordered no salt for the two thin burgers. I wish the burgers were thicker. I ordered extra pickles and less on the Mac Sauce. I was surprised how good and enjoyable when food is not salty! The cheese is already salty so the burger was just right with the amount of sodium. Overall I would give the burger a 3.5 stars. I ordered the Big Mac because it was free by purchasing $2. Great special! For the $2, I ordered a Mac Chicken sandwich with extra pickles and less on the mayo. The sandwich was ok. The buns were warm and the chicken patty was still tender. The service was quick! I only waited around 3 minutes. Idk why ppl complain about the wait time! Ppl should expect to wait longer during peak hours and when both drive thru lanes are full. The staff inside the restaurant and drive thru are friendly! I never had to wait long or got my order wrong! I give this 3.5 stars but couldn't so I rounded it to 4 stars! read more

Waited over 20 minutes to get our food that was cold. I placed our order at 9:55 pm through the app. We actually did not leave with our order until after 10:30 pm because we spoke with what appeared to be the night leader about why our order took over 19 minutes. The team leader mumbled while he explained that he had to serve the counter too. I said that the drive-thru employee told us to move up and park 19 minutes prior to the crowd of teens that entered the store. Our order was simple (3 cheeseburgers, 2 chicken wraps, fries, a coke, and sundae). I thought the app was supposed to save; what the app saves I don't know. When we drove away after 10:30 pm our food was cold. Come on McDonald's, your food and service seems to get worse. After I spent conservatively over $500k over 60 years buying McDonald's food, this customers deserves better from you. Sitting in a car with my wife in a dark McDonald's parking lot at 11pm is not the safest place and the situation is unacceptable, at least in terms of McDonald's high standards. I frequent this location often and am truly surprised by the reviews. The staff are always incredibly friendly and my food is always hot. I've never waited too long for the food.. but also if you order a whole bunch of food.. i'd rather wait a couple minutes for fresh, hot food than be given cold food. McDonald is right next to the Acme supermarket so its in a very convenient location. The establishment was clean and modern . They also had food kiosk systems ( this process is quick and painless with alot of customization options). Service was above average for the normal McDonald where They bring the food over to your table ( table service ). The employee was nice and courteous and asked if I needed anything else. The food was average for a Mcdonalds. Consistent with the brand, but nothing wowing me. While the food may be what you expect, the service here is not too bad and its in a nice location. read more

WORST MCDONALD'S IN THE AREA!!! The drive thru is just nothing but SLOW service. Almost everytime you do an order (especially for a family), they will have you pull over and wait 10 minutes... 10 DAMN MINUTES!!! How do you consider this McDonald's FAST food if you have to wait more than 10 minutes to just get your food!?! I only go to this McDonald's because it's the closest and most convenient, but each and every experience has been AWFUL. AWFUL and DISSAPOINTING. And just recently, the drinks were WATERED DOWN!!! How could you even let this happen!?! And they have forgotten the fries as well, like wtf!?! How you FORGET the customer's fries!?! Everyone there is just unprofessional (literally some workers have been rude asl in the past) and the place is horribly managed (whoever's in charge need to be replaced, cause this is just ridiculous...). If I order from here again, I will be sure to go into the restaurant. I downloaded and used the app to order while I was at home I paid through Apple Pay. I got my notification that it was approved. Then I went to pick up my order at the drive-through. I had my drive-through code, gave it to the guy and he was a little snotty and asked what I wanted. I told him I ordered through the app, but I had to do it again which I did I get up to the next window. He said I had to pay because it did not go through. First time I'm doing this I said OK I paid cash got a receipt then after I got my food, I noticed that ice did have an approved code from Apple Pay. I went in to the store showed the manager. The manager said I had to wait 24 hours for their system to prove it was paid for through Apple Pay. I'm giving this manager the benefit of the doubt I will go back in 24 hours to get my refund. I'm sure the manager was very pleasant. But the little snot at the drive-through had better learn some manners. read more

Slow service, rude staff, and my order is always wrong!! This is the worst location in middlesex county BY FAR!

The last time I came here my order was wrong and that gets upsetting when you pay for more than what you are given. The only reason I go back is because I like their strawberry banana smoothies but if they keep getting my food wrong it will simply not be worth it. Drive-thru IS NOT open 24 hours. Google search says they open at 5AM. Went through drive thru at 5:15 AM, it was dark. This place basically opens when the morning shift can drag themselves out of bed. If I owned this place the morning shift would be on their laptops filing for unemployment claims. read more

This McDonald's is very clean. I love how nice it looks both inside and out. HOWEVER I went several times and they've been rude. It never seems to be the morning crew, but the afternoon crew is not friendly at all. Yesterday I ordered something they had advertised on the drivethru ordering screen and they told me they don't sell that and never did. After telling them they have the deal advertised and asking them to come outside to see, they insisted they would not come out and if I wanted it I would order it separately. I told them I'd take a picture and show them at the window, and when I did, the guy claiming to be the manager told me that's not correct and they've never sold that so if I want it (the mcchicken biscuit and small fries advertised for $3) I need to pay for each thing separately and it would be $4.55. I refused to pay and left. It's not about the money but the fact they refused to honor their menu prices that are very modern and up to date, and refused to come to some type of compromise for their error. If you see the photo attached, you will see it clearly states what I saw and ordered and the price. What made me most mad is after I asked what it was and the guy explained it to me, when I said I wanted it he told me they don't sell a mcchicken biscuit! The last two times I have gone there, there service has improved a lot. The are friendly and trying to make things right from the wrong. I appreciate that. They rip you off in fries though from other McDonald's I have been at. I use to work at McDonald's a long time ago so I know very well what they are doing. Absolutely the worst McDonald's that I've ever been to!!!! I've gone to this location 6 times within a year and every single time they get the order wrong. The items they get wrong are ordinary menus items without modification. If I order for four(my family) something is guaranteed to be missing from the order, wether it be a sandwich( which they argued when I went back), or ordering a 10 piece chicken nuggets and only getting 6, cold, old chicken nuggets, without the sauce I asked for, and always, always, always, cold, old fries. One time I asked for a cheeseburger without mustard for my son, the window operator argued with me that they didn't put mustard on cheeseburgers, which I pointed out on the website that they in fact did!!
