This one is a regular really busy McDonald's. I've been here many times over the years and it's always been a reliable place. Sometimes you have to wait. I've always gotten exactly what I wanted and I can say that the burgers have always been hot, sometimes really hot like just off the grill. Seriously came up in the drive thru with the coupon code but I could barely hear anything from your microphone and you just kept messing up on the order the other lane had five cars go through the other way you used my coupon code and I didn't even finish the order absolute garbage why is it when you got issues we suffer as customers? Just wanna throw it out there thank you yelp for removing the first post but here it is again I will forever boycot this McDonald's until it is gone, I went here one night and I ordered 2 bacon burgers I paid for both and a large fry and only received one burger. Upping being handed the meal it was THROWN into my vehicle and I of course got livid right away. Not only that when I noted the lack of one burger they also threw that in my car. So I pulled forward to get out to chat with the manger and the lobby was locked "due to covid" and getting help through the drive through was hopeless. Virtually everyone working here is too busy talking about their sex lives rather than providing their customers with service. Including the shift manager. The only one doing her job and providing the customers was the cashier. She was prompt and pleasant. I think these people should take a refresher course in customer service. Went through the drive thru and when I received my order the cheese burger had cheese halfway off the burger, the egg McMuffin was extremely burnt, I asked u salted fries and I got what looked like day old dried out fries. I went back through the drive thru and they had me wait. So far as I'm typing this 6 cars have went through the drive thru and I still have not received my order. I think they are deliberately making me wait. It is 11:00 pm so you know they are not super busy. Seriously, get your act together and do your orders correctly. If it looks like crap and you wouldn't eat it, don't let it go through. We just received the order and he said it had been sitting inside for 5 minutes because he didn't know we were outside. Decided to swing in to the drive through for a few things last night and encountered immediate attitude from a obviously irritated employee. I asked for strawberry sauce on our McFlurry and was Told "This isn't Dairy Queen." Then once I reached the window i was asked to pull forward while my small order was prepared. Not uncommon however after 25 minutes my food never came. I didn't dare complain as I couldn't feel confident eating anything prepared by them should I have decided to say anything. $21.00 spent with nothing to show. If I do ever go back to this McDonald's it'll be to see about a refund. Certainly not for lunch though. read more

i used to work here, just so you know if you get any mccafé drink that needs to be stirred(iced coffee, coffee and creamer, lattes, ect) they reuse the spoons. the big long metal spoons that we use to stir your drinks are reused. when i first started working there last year they did not have the disgusting rule in place. but somewhere around i'd say the january-march area this rule got put into place but we weren't even told really, only the managers. one day i was making drinks and i saw that the dirty bin for the spoons was missing, so i did what everyone did when this happened and took a cup and put in the second empty spoon cup. then i got told that we put them back. we are supposed to wash them every 4 hours. but that i don't think has ever happened while be being on 7-8 hour shifts. they said it was bc it was easier and they didn't need to be single use but it is dairy. some people get things with no cream but i still have to mix it for the flavoring. the milk pretty much gets spoiled on the spoons. everyday i worked since then i hated using the spoons. it's not hard to wash the spoons at all, you put them in the dishwasher, close the lid, and bam in like 5 min they are done. i had heard that tanya had put this rule into place and idk at how many stores. they also treat they're employees like shit, except for julian, peter, norma, and that's ab it. nathan and lisa are the 2 top people in the store. lisa constantly purposely doesn't schedule people, will put them at 4:45 hours scheduled so that they are not able to get a break since the limit is 5 hours. nathan is okay, but he doesn't do much of anything to help with the scheduling issues i and many others mentioned to him many times. when i put in my 2 weeks expecting to work, i found out lisa scheduled me for nothing. not one day. i had to cover someone's shift one day out of the 2 weeks bc they refused to let me work at that store on the last week when i asked to come in for a few hours. shitty people. except very few good employees. but brandon and julie, brian, and a few others are shitty people i general read more

This fucking mcdonalds didn't accept card, didn't have the tenders, didn't have ranch for the mcnuggets that I had to SETTLE for, the ordering of the food took 10-15 minutes. After the gruesome ordering process I had to wait at the window for 45 minutes before the passenger in my car had to actually walk into to the store to remind them that there are people waiting at the window. We waited for 45 minutes, then i got up to the window to get our food and he asks what did you guys have? I repeated it again for the 4th time, number 2 medium fry sausage egg mcmuffin. He hands me the bag almost closing the window to say have a good night and i said and i had a caramel frappe, he asks his employee if it's made yet and he started to make it as i watched him pour it in it was darker than the caramel frappe.. oh and the fries were cold, i didnt get a sausage egg mcmuffin and my hasbrown was luke warm and same with our sandwiches then hands me it and says have a blessed day, i said you too and drove off because I was just done. I recieved a friggen chocolate mocha. Yep.. cause thats what i said 4 times. My friend and I ordered two medium smoothies. They gave us two small smoothies. I asked the worker if they cups were mediums and she said no. Then she grabbed two medium cups and poured our smoothies from our small cups into the medium cups, without adding anymore smoothie. We got the medium cups, with the same smoothie that wasn't even filled to make it a medium sized smoothie. This made me sad. read more

But they never give me napkins and I'm gluten free so I get burgers with no buns and they never give me silverware. I've completely stopped going here, it has been one disappointment after another. It starts with fries that consistently taste like they have been cooked in rancid oil, they are awful, and usually they are dumped upside down in your to-go bag. The drive-through service is the worst I have ever seen, anywhere. It's become a joke among my co-workers, they need a third window to fix what they screwed up. I recall ordering a Filet-O-Fish- bread, fish, cheese, sauce. Simple? No! They gave me the bun and the fish, with nothing on it. You had one job to do! The last straw came when I went there at 3AM after getting off of work and I wanted a snack for the drive home. I got there right as they were switching the signs to the breakfast menu. Oh also, it's cash only after 3AM for some reason. I gave my order- a sausage and egg biscuit and an orange juice- at 3:03 AM. I remember the time. After waiting for about 10 minutes at the window for my food, a kid comes up and says that since they just switched to the breakfast menu at 3AM, they were still baking the biscuits. WTF?? If you know you are switching to breakfast at 3AM, why not start doing prep for it at like 2:45AM? Time I got my food? 3:27 AM. 24 minutes i sat at the window, watching the manager run around doing everything, watching the employees lean against the counter, make themselves mochas and jaw-jacking, having a delightful coffee break, while I waited for my food, hungry and tired after working most of the night. I didn;t even bother to complain, I just refuse to go there now, and I laugh at my co-workers that gripe daily about their screwed-up orders. read more

I have been coming to this McDonalds since 1996 so it is due a Yelp review from me. It has been torn down and rebuilt since I started coming here but the atmosphere is still wonderful. The staff is extremly friendly and attentive. They care about the quality of their food and drinks here, not that I never have an issue with my order, but if I do they correct it quickly and with out acting annoyed. This is a gathering place for the older and younger crowed. You see many regulars here and because it is located near two Universities one will see many college age kids along with the old timers. This McDonalds lobby is open 24 hours on the weekend. My favorite item currently is a rather healthy choice, the Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich with a Parfait. On occasion will induldge in with fries and a Big Mac but since this McDonalds is one of my mainstays I try to make more healthy choices which McDonalds has plenty of. read more

Absolutely disgusting. I got food poisoning. There was a cashier who was walking back and forth from the front counter to the cook area with a cup of ice putting ice in her mouth and then spitting it back in the cup. And when her pieces didn't go back in the cup, she left them where they fell, including the counter. There was another employee who was eating by the McCafe counter. Not to mention nit one employee had a hat on or gloves on. This isn't the first time I've had trouble with this McDonalds. I just happen to live close by. But it's not worth it.
