Chicken was black bun was black the 2 cheeseburgers were-dry and over cooked and the buns were black. I should have to Wendy's and I will from now on. Placed a mobile order and pulled up to the drive through and was told to "hold on a minute I'll be right with you" after wait 10 MINUTES I decided to pull around and go inside to see what the issue was. So I started to walk in and the girl in the drive through (purple hair) yell to me "the lobby is closed" told her I placed a mobile order and just trying to get it. She replied by saying "I was just about to take you order then you decided to pull around"... well of course after wait 10 minute without anyone communicating with me I felt like that was the best option. She then told me to get back in line....unbelievable. So I return to line and finally get to give them my code for the order. Pulled around to the window and waited another 35 minutes to receive my food. A total of 45 minutes in the drive through for a mobile order. When I was pulling up to the window I saw them swilling my drink around as if they put something in it. So now I'm questioning if they mess with my order due to the interaction I had with them. After inspection of my food every thing seem fine by the eye but the burgers buns were harder than a rock and were edible so those went in the trash along with the questionable drink. Who knows about the nuggets but with them being fried I figured they were safe. I will definitely not be returning to this location and contacting corporate in the morning read more

Food is meh. We ordered the breakfast burrito meal. The tortilla was not fresh and had been heated too hot so that when it cooled it was hard and stuck to the paper. Ended up eating paper because it wouldn't come off. Not pleasant. Customer service is also meh. Just go to another exit! read more

Horrid service. Very slow moving and absolutely no systematic approach to the task at hand. Hardees .25miles down the service road can have a biscuit from order to eating in 1-3 minutes on average. I've never been to this McDonald's location and not waited 10 minutes plus for my food after ordering. I stop once a week or so and attempt to get something just to change things up and give this McDonald's another chance but at this point it's beyond fixing. Pulled up to the drive through and was immediately told "no carbonated drinks right now" I was given several options to choose from. After I placed my order of several meals that included a drink, I noticed that I had been up charged for every drink. I asked the girl why they were up charging for drinks that were the only option available? The girl told me "I'm not responsible for the prices" when I suggested that a manager had the ability to remove the extra charges because again, the only options they had were up charges. This is the McDonald's that is close to me, and where a bunch of my friends got their first job. I never went through the ringer myself, but it's always been the local spot. The service is like a roller coaster. Sometimes it is awesome, sometimes it's like no service at all. The employees aren't known for being the friendliest, but it's a fast food job. The food is much like a roller coaster. Every McDonald's I go to I get a McDouble, add mayonnaise and extra onions. Sometimes they make it perfect, and it is an awesome burger. I've went one time and it was like a mayonnaise sandwich. Sometime they will actually put the extra onions on there, sometimes they won't. Overall, it's not the worst McDonald's I've been to (Starkville highway 12 McDonald's wins that), but it leave a lot to be desired for me to be "loving it" read more

Great for a McDonalds. Our service was very fast and the food was impressively prepared. The sandwiches all, for once, actually looked like they do on the commercials. Taveling between Naples, Florida to NOLA. Simply put: I place my order at the first lane of the drive through. The girl taking the order did not/could not get my order correct (no.3 reg quarter pounder, med sized, with diet coke w/ lt ice). For some reason, she added a 10pc McNuggets meal. I tried to let her correct the order as I waited. Seeing that she wasn't succeeding, reminded her. I could see she was doing everything else but changing the meal on the board. So, I reminded her again. The response I got on the speaker was "GIVE. ME. A. SECOND!" - not once, but twice. I've never had someone talk to me that way. She had a total attitude. I gave her 30 seconds which felt like 30 minutes. She obviously wasn't paying attention. When I arrived to the window I noticed SHE HAD AIR PODS IN HER EARS!!!!! Now I ask you, WHAT SUPERVISOR, WHAT MANAGER, WHAT CORPORATE MANAGER ALLOWS THIS!!!! NONE!!!! But someone in that store did!! And, she was obviously being distracted by another employee standing against the adjacent wall. She asked, do you have the quarter pounder meal? THERE WAS NOBODY ELSE BEHIND ME!!!! So, I repeated my meal - AGAIN! Very incompetent person. By the way, the entire duration from the time I arrived to when I received my meal was 15 minutes; and I counted approximately three cars before me. The person at the pickup window was "Ms. I Hate Me Job" with an "I don't are" attitude. Then I find I didn't receive napkins, the fries were minimal and cold. You would typically expect an under average experience with customer service at McDonald's. This McDonald's changed my mind!! Each employee at the two windows were super helpful and kind. They addressed an issue with not being able to hear them at the speaker due to the volume being a little low. I was quite surprised that they recognized the problem and apologized! I am a big Mickey D's fan. Have been all my life. Back in Kansas we had the nicest people working at our McDonalds. I just called this location and they had the NERVE to HANG UP ON ME when I asked if they deliver. I will no longer be giving them my service. That disrepected my family name and my honor. Don't bother after hours. Like many in the McDonald's franchise they are not really big on the late night service. It's more to beat the local convenience stores few dollars.
