ordered online, a bigmac just with no cheese. when i got it, there was not two, but four patties on it. 3 on the middle bun and 1 on the bottom bun. not complaining too much about that part. there were no pickles, only 3 strands of lettuce, and the minced onions were not on the sandwich, but they were piled up next to it. no bigmac sauce, it was mayo. only part they got right was the it not having cheese on it. i either got someone elses order or someone wasnt sober when making it read more

Worse drive through attitude ever. Went through got a cheeseburger and a drink gave her a roll of quarters she counts out 4.00 then gives back the rest of the quarters and the little bit of change and 1/2 of if falls on the ground and she mumbles sorry and slams the window shut . Every time I go to McDonald's, I asked for unsweetened tea pretty simple I get to work and it's so sweet tea. I can't drink sweet tea. Makes me nauseous so get the order right next time I give you one. read more

I'd love to update my review. The person at the window or taking my order was rude af. Obviously the long ass lines behind me were just too much stress for her. Oh there wasn't anyone else there. She was rude and nasty, rushing the order. For 10 bucks you would think 2 sausage and egg muffins and 2 hash browns and a drink. Their app used to have some items to help curb the cost a little but not in this case. After a shitty rushed visit at 10 bucks I'll start making breakfast again. Service was awful. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes to ask for water cups and did not get served. There was only one trash can available for the whole restaurant. It looked like a cluster and looked like none of the employees knew what they were doing. Food was expected for McDonald's. One good thing, the play area was clean for the kids. read more

I ordered food in the drive thru on 1-27-2024. The person in the drive-thru was playing on his phone. He also has ear buds in. Not sure if he was listening to music or it is work related. He got my order wrong. When I did receive my order after pulling forward to wait, it was wrong. The person that brought out my food had to go back in to get more food. The food was cold, the hamburger patties were overdone, the buns hard, dry, and old. It wasn't edible. I was also in the drive thru for around 20 plus minutes. I called and spoke to the manager on Monday, 1-29-2024. She didn't care and could not get off the phone quick enough. She said someone will call. No one has called. Was given a mc chicken with tartar sauce, given a mocha frap with whip cream and chocolate dripping every where and wasn't given a straw. a worker yelled they sell expired food. was told by the manager herself (heather) that they have been giving customers extra change, which will mess with their til big time since they constantly do that. always having to pull up and wait for food. poor service i'd rather drive across town instead of across the street. read more

I'm not big on McDonald's as my local one (Galion, OH) and others I've visited over the last year have been slow and food is hardly ever fresh. That being said, I was quite impressed with this McDonald's. We went through the drive thru and ordered a large drink, large fries, McChicken, and cheeseburger. Our wait time was minimal. The food was hot and fresh! This is how I remember McDonald's being. I would definitely visit this McDonald's if I'm in the area again. read more

This is the dirtiest Mcdonalds I've ever been in. The floors are dirty, the drink station was covered with Soda, the kids place floor was covered in crumbs and nuggets. I tried to get water but it was red because it shares a line with fruit punch. Then I attempted the fruit punch and it was colored water. Gross! The food was mediocre. The fries were barely warm, but they gave me a real plate to eat my salad! read more

Very nice associates problem with this McDonald's is the locals, seems like they don't understand ; they can't wait in Line at the drive thru window. Seems to be a common occurrence when I drive-through town. All in all not very long in wait time, very nice associates. Was on vacation and an emergency came up where I needed an internet connection at night and this part of Ohio does not present very many options. Luckily, McDonald's was only a mile away We did not go in, just sat in the parking lot and used the WiFi. Connection was fantastic. Not all heroes wear capes! read more

Was in the bathroom an employee came out of the stall didn't wash his hands and went straight back to work. Told the manager and she said she would deal with it. Mt. Vernon McDonald's on Coshocton road has went down hill so bad lately. I am from Coshocton county and have always loved taking my kids to this playplace, but the last few times its been a dump. No condiments and the orders are always wrong. We went yesterday and there were 3 people in line. ALL 3 ORDERS WERE WRONG AND 1 WAS JUST A SUNDAY NOTHING MORE. COME ON. And it takes 3 people to slowly wash the windows during this time (only from the bottom half way up not even all the way up) but not 1 of then can get a hand full of napkins or ketchup. Common corporate needs to take over or they are going to shut down this wonderful playplace down. There are not enough indoor playplace for kids party and such left. Please fix it. read more

I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered a DrPepper had to come back because the dr. pepper with a diet came back for the second dr. pepper ordered a steak egg and bagel I return for the third time because the seconddr. pepper still tasted bad got home to find it I had a bacon I would definitely not recommend this McDonald's read more

As every body knows McDonald's is fast food which it is exactly that as long as you order your food exactly the way it's suppose to be per menu. And you have to pull up if your order has a lot of modifications. So please keep in mind workers are people too they don't mess up orders intentionally they are rushed by corporate guidelines exactly 180 seconds from once you pull to the drive thru or start to place your order at the register/kiosk so if you order $20-$45 worth of food you might wait longer so be patient they are going as fast as they can. Also they are only allowed to have so many workers on the clock at 1 time so if they get $1000 in sales in 1 hour and only have 1 person on counter/lobby/drive thru runner/counter runner and 2 people in drive thru 4 people in the grill area and they all make minimum wage at $8.30 an hour their labor would be around 13-15% for that hour when it's suppose to be 18-20% per hour so there actually doing the work of 2 people each. All McDonald's have projection guidelines for amount of crew allowed to work each hour and each day so trying to call someone in is extremely hard to do or even scheduling extra that manager would get a stern talking to fix the schedule. So please be patient and accurate with the order you place and confirm it with your order taker you'll more than likely have a great visit here. I've been to fast food restraunts all over the U.S. and the McDonald's on coshocton rd in mount vernon ohio is far the cleanest and most customer welcoming I've ever been to. read more
