Certainly shouldn't be called a side item. Although it still tasted good there just wasn't enough of it. The crispy chicken sandwich was really pretty delicious and so were the fries! I told the middle-aged guy that was trying to hand me the bag that I didn't order fries. He looked my right in the eye and said, "Yeah, you did. It's right here on the receipt." I said, "No, I didn't order fries." He pushed the bag to me and said, "Well, this is your order." Oh well. I took the bag and drop the fries in the trash. What I really expected to hear was something like, "I'm sorry about that. The cashier must have misheard you. Let me refund that for you." Business will always make mistakes. It's how they correct the mistake that matters. I know they won't miss me and sad as it may be, I'll never go there again.
