This place is okay. I ordered a customized breakfast Lox Bagel. I added sprouts, avocado, cucumber, wasabi CC instead of plain and removed the onions. The last time I ordered the breakfast Lox Bagel with no customizations it was absolutely foul!!! The moment I opened the container at work there was a horrid stench of old onions, so much so that everyone that sat in a 20 ft radius of me was complaining of a nasty onion smell. I was so embarrassed!! On top of it the avocado was very brown. Needless to say I called and got a free bagel. This time was MUCH better!! The only issues was that they were out of cucumbers but didn't bother telling me until I went back in to tell them about my messed up order. Also I ordered wasabi CC instead of plain and that was the other reason I went back in. The lady that made my sandwich adamantly insisted she made the wasabi CC that day and since she got so many complaints about it being too spicy, she put less wasabi in it but there WAS wasabi in it. I told her I have a VERY good sense of taste and I picked up ZERO hint of wasabi flavor. Let's be real, ANYONE who is complaining about the heat of wasabi has no business ordering wasabi CC in the first place, PERIOD! Im glad theres a bagel shop around the mustang yukon area. I really like Einstein Bagels but since there isnt one much around here Old School can help. The bagels are pretty good. Soft and chewy inside and if requested toasted to perfection. My only criticism is that wish the specialty bagels will have more toppings. Example, jalapeño cheddar bagel please make it chessy and add slices on top like what Einstein bagel does. Same with the Asiago bagel, add more cheese on top. Einstein also has green hatch chile piled high and its amazing. Wish this place had it. I really do love the wasabi cream cheese. Never seen a place had this and its awesome. Overall like this place allot if I have a bagel craving. Lots of options to choose from. read more

I love to stop in for a good warm breakfast bagel. They have many options, including my favorite, the jalapeño cheddar. You get a nice jalapeño flavor, not too spicy, with a crusty cheese outside. So good! You can different options: egg, bacon, sausage. You can get breakfast or lunch bagel anytime! For a sweet bagel, I love the French toast...so good toasted with butter! Yummy! A nice crunch on the outside with a soft inside. Multiple cream cheese options to choose from if that's what you like. My favorite part of this location??? A drive thru! Yep, wonderful! I have to give it a 4... I love the coffee's and they generally made correctly, however on occasion they are not correct but drinkable. I have enjoyed the various bagels I have tried. My biggest complaint is the tipping aspect. They deliberately make you sign your credit card slip in hopes of getting a tip. This is insane! You make a coffee drink and deliver food as does every other drive thru or fast food style restaurant. I have asked for my receipt on multiple occasions and they say it is emailed... clearly they are capable of printing one as they make you sign one. If I want to tip I will but I definitely will not when you make me sign a receipt with the tip line on it... not to mention it is awkward and extremely obvious they look at the top line when you hand the receipt to them. This is truly enough to make me want to change my coffee destination. read more

I tried this place after doing some searching for solid location for a good coffee and breakfast sandwich near my new house. I don't like that the method they use for heating the bagels is in the microwave, but the fact they my sandwich was made to order and was overall very good made up for that. (Must try the Cuban!) Service was fast, and the place was very clean and relaxing. There's a cute little reading nook in the corner with a tv and fireplace to chill out and enjoy a coffee. Bagels are good. However, I've been going there for months ordering decaf lattes. I always ask if they have decaf and they say yes. Was just informed by the manager who placed orders that they don't even order decaf. I'm glad I'm not extremely sensitive to caffeine, only a little bit. Not sure what they've been giving me but it's not decaf. I assume full caffeinated espresso. It would make sense since I always feel more jittery than normal after their lattes. read more

All three of our breakfast sandwiches were cold & not toast. They used the wrong cream cheese on two of them. Which you pay $2+ extra per sandwich. First time at this new location after frequenting another favorite location several times, and it's HORRIBLE. I should've followed my gut when I read and saw the Google reviews with literally no meat on the sandwiches and nothing like what the pictures look like both in the store and online. Leafy lettuce is actually iceberg lettuce, and they give you one shard for a seven dollar sandwich. This is ridiculous! My husband did not receive half the condiments that were supposed to be on his sandwich, and when he went and asked for them, they gave him two pieces of iceberg lettuce that were almost all white, which is pretty much not edible, and the tomatoes were the size of quarters. If you were expecting your bagel sandwich to look like it does on the website, keep driving. It will not be piled high with meat, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. You will literally receive one slice of turkey, one slice of ham, etc., and you will be charged more than seven dollars for each item. Your chips will also be stale, and very close to date or expiration. Oh, and did I mention that my order was also wrong? I was so frustrated and starving that I didn't even ask for it to be made right because I didn't have any faith in the people running this location. We will never be back! To pay $30 for lunch and get not one part of our order right is the worst customer service I have ever received. Go elsewhere. read more
