Would give zero stars if possible. But I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle with a SIDE of bacon. The poor guy couldn't hear for the life of him and eventually just put it as extra bacon and said, "Wow, that's a lot of bacon." First of all, no need to fat shame me. Then we told the woman at the cash window what it was supposed to be, and she said that she could change it to a side, but it would be a dollar upcharge, and we said okay. Then at the second window, we told her as well because they didn't fix it. It was still on the sandwich when she handed it to us, and then she said, "I think they put it on the sandwich," and then shut the window and walked away. Every worker at this McDonald's clearly shares one singular brain cell and cannot hear for the life of them. read more

Unfriendly. Cannot get an order right to save their lives. The drive thru moves fast but you don't know what you are getting in the bag. They just throw the food at ya and shut the window. But at the same time they are better than Burger King haha read more

Yep McDonald's still sucks. This was the first time eating at one since watching Super Size Me in the theaters years ago. The only reason I was even there was my family who live in this small town go there every Sunday before church for breakfast. I had the full breakfast. I have never been to prison but this is what my guess that prison food would taste like. Stale, bland, over salted and high sugar content. The only good thing was the sweat tea. read more

Not a good choice for a quick place to eat while on a road trip, and I wished I would have waited for the next major exit instead. Stopped here on a road trip and it took 20 minutes to get our food, even though it wasn't particularly busy. Our orders were also messed up. Dirty tables, dirty bathrooms, tons of flies and the annoying beepers constantly going off behind the counter. While it may seem pointless to leave a negative review of a random McDonalds, I thought it might be useful for fellow travelers trying to decide where to stop while passing through. Wait for a better exit up ahead if you're in a hurry. read more

I ordered a hamburger with pickles only. They messed up my order and gave me a hamburger with everything but pickles. When complained, they fixed my order by scraping everything off. Didn't have honey for the nuggets. Didn't have go-gurt for the Happy Meal. Didn't have the right Happy Meal toy and so on. Manager didn't seem to care at all that we had ordered things and hadn't received them. Also different prices than every other McDonalds. Skip this location and go to the one 5 minutes further down the road. Waste of time here. read more

A very new MacDonald's. We walked in to order. We were waited on promptly and the order was filled in 1-2 minutes. The staff was very friendly and polite. We stopped when traveling from the DFW area and I would go to this McDonalds again when in New Boston. read more

Service is terrible. I had to wait 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. Seriously? Then instead of cream it had sugar. Was not happy at all!!

A shining example of what customer service, and a clean, friendly restaurant is all about. We stopped here after a long day of driving with still a couple of hours to go, and after having received some of the worst service ever at a restaurant in Missouri (you can read my review for Lambert's if you want to know more.) The staff at this McDonald's BLEW AWAY the restaurant that claims to be good at customer service! The late-night crew here should go around and teach others how to treat customers well, get their order correct, and give a great experience. Yep, you read that right - McDonalds blew away a big-time restaurant with the whole experience! It was a pleasure stopping here, and I suggest doing so! Stopped here for a quick breakfast this morning. In addition to the food I ordered my wife a special coffee, a peppermint mocha. I noticed that what I assume were two supervisors talking with the young lady preparing the special coffee and showing her a clipboard. So we finally got our order and back to highway going to DFW area we go. My wife was all prepared for her special drink only to find our it was only black coffee. No peppermint, no whole milk as ordered and no whipped cream. The young lady apparently became distracted and did not finish what the customer ordered. We have stopped here a few times and poor service and incorrect orders seem to be the norm. Will think twice about stopping here again. At the drive-thru I ordered; 2 Mcdoubles, NO PICKLES!!, extra ketchup, extra mustard, Large fry. I got 2 Mcdoubles pickles hardly any mustard or ketchup, and my large fry was only filled half way. I parked and entered the store explained the problem the person at the contour; they apologized and took the order back to the back to be fixed, returning with a new bag. I was happy with the service until I returned to my car to find I not only had pickles on the burger that it was over kill on pickles! 9 pickles on one burger. They had placed pickles on both sides of the patty. When I returned the burgers again for the third time the guys in the back where laughing at me!!! The manger saw me and walked to the back of the store and did not return. They replaced the order again with out pickles but the burgers were squished and tasted soggy. I was very unhappy with the service. I called the store three times before anyone answered the phone asked for the manager woman on the phone replied she was the manger. I explain what happen and she acted as if they had just misunderstood what I wanted. Example: I ordered no pickles and they thought extra pickles. I explain that there is a different between extra pickles and over kill! You do not make a Mcdoubles with extra pickles on both sides of the patties, they only come on top side. I asked for her name (Joy Smith) and the name of the person in charge of her (Casandra Lowmax). I asked for the number of corp. got (903)667-7701 (a disconnected number)... I have had problems here several times before with them getting my order wrong, but never this bad. They need a good look at their costumer service. read more
