Wow, first local coffee/ chocolate and gelato shop I found in town. Owners are super nice!! I am sooo amazed how they crafted their gelato! You may sample them too. I was traveling through and searched on Yelp for top coffee places in Texarkana. This was rated #1, so I decided to stop by. I'm so glad I did! I was greeted so warmly upon walking in! The owner suggested trying their Gelato Latte (their specialty). A regular latte but you can choose any flavor of gelato to add in....and they have several amazing flavors to choose from! I got Salted Caramel and it was so good! If I lived in the area, I'd be here all the time! Beautiful, clean shop and friendly service. This is such a cute business for Texarkana. They have so many flavors of homemade gelato, and they are really branching out to try new flavors all the time. Plus it's a great shop to get some espresso beverages... a gelato latte? You bet! I have to try it next time. On top of that, service is friendly. You can buy all kinds of goodies in their shop. They've managed to chocolate and candy coat everything imaginable, including bacon. I had to have some slices, of course. They also had chocolate covered Oreos topped with Reese's peanut butter cups. They were almost $4 a piece so I didn't try it.. but I was tempted. For gelato flavors, I went with espresso (perfection) and cake batter. Everyone loved it and we will be back. read more

Gelato was okay but I loved their turtles both the salted Carmel and the dark chocolate. I was somewhat concerned though about one woman who appeared to be either be the owner or the store manger. She was taking and making orders and stopped to ask me if I needed help. I know this should something harmless but I didn't need her help and was in view of the candy but back far enough to not be in anyone's way. I felt somewhat targeted as I was close to a rack of bagged candies and perhaps got the feeling that she thought I was attempting to steal something. I told her that I was waiting for my husband and some took a few steps back towards the counter but she kept looking at me.
