i normally get food from this mcdonald's and for the most part it's a pretty good experience. there some workers there that have attitudes but the nice workers make up for it. if you order fries don't expect to get what you pay for. a lot of the time there's a bunch of extra room in the fry box and they just fill it with ketchup packets. it's a hit or miss with the fries having salt on them. but one thing i can guarantee you is that the fries will be hot and if there's a problem with your order, manager chris will be happy to help and is very patient and polite! read more

Ordered the cheeseburger meal plain and said SEVERAL times... After 4 Cheeseburgers... The heavy set male manager proceeds to be little me in front of my child; " can I get two hamburgers because folks don't know what they want." After I proceeded to tell him several times I said "meat and bread only," he proceeds to tell me "you said two cheeseburgers" over and over and that he could "do this all day. Worst service I've ever experienced. I will never ever go to this location ever again. And I'll tell everyone I can. And judging by the low rating on here, I'm guessing several people have experienced the same. At least he didn't curse. That would have made this worse. Well at 10:44pm August 19 I order 2 triple cheeseburger, after getting my food I saw it was 2 double. I drive back around again, was told am sorry about that here's your order. Checked it again, it was wrong. The manger Ryan comes to window and tell me sorry our grills are off so we can't correct your order and the registers are down for the day so you have to wait until in morning to get your money back. What the heck no food plus you keep my money Who does that ? That manager closed the window so hard it bounced back open, very hard. Am still looking like what did I do ? On 2/22/2019 at 6:46 pm I placed order #44 at McDonald's on Count Massie Rd. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and the double quarter pounder cheese meal along with a bacon Mc double . I received everything but the bacon mc double and he was very rude, over talking me and would not listen. I showed the young man in drive thru window the receipt and he did not even speak up. Then the manager called the police lied and said the bacon mc double was not on there and it was . the officer said he did not see the burger either unless the manager lied and said it was another burger. Never have I ever been in such an embarrassing situation. I must admit I became frustrated and reacted but he would not listen and kept being just mean. Ordered both McMuffins w/ out Canadian bacon, got two egg white delights, one with Canadian bacon, one without it. Could hardly find any egg in the McMuffin. During my last and final visit to this McDonalds I ordered a Big Breakfast. We waited and waited amidst several others waiting for their food. When the BB finally came there were no scrambled eggs in it. I took it up to the counter wading through the people still waiting for their food to tell the manager there were no eggs in this BB and then asked for my money back. Never ever again. The customer service here is utter crap. This visit, the I think manager was dancing and crap. The drive through took too long, and the first window women had a horrible attitude. Last time I was here, she let an employee lay on the counter where food is placed for customers. She had a bad attitude with me. I used the kiosk and wanted a slushie. They don't sell the slushie, okay, that's fine. She leaves me in silence, I mean, come on, I need a drink! I had to ask, hey, what are my options? She then offers a frap or smoothie, well, I ask for a mango smoothie. She says she'll go and make it okay. Well, I wait a while, and I still don't have my drink but we have our food. She says that they are making the smoothie later on, and then says they don't have mango. Omg, wtf, seriously?! They even starter closing the lobby, claiming they were understaffed, at EIGHT O-CLOCK! 8:00 PM!! CUSTOMERS COME TO THE DOOR, AND WE HAD TO POINT THEM OUT. THEY LOCKED THE DOORS. Never impressed. Do NOT go there for food after 10! Ordered a double QP meal w/only ketchup so it should be special order. Got it immediately. The burgers tasted as if they had been pre-cooked an hour prior and the bun was hard. Was barely even warm! No wonder McD's was rated as having the worst fast good burgers. If they want $15 an hour they need to work with some since of integrity for their job. They don't listen to orders well, when they do get the order, they SOMEHOW MESS UP THE FOOD. I used to work in fast food when I was younger, what people in the industry do is hard work, but their consistent performance with respect to service is deplorable. I just had an experience that needs to be shared with the local community. At the McDonalds, located at 7700 Counts Massie Rd. Maumelle, my family and I had stopped to pickup an evening meal. We placed our order. The young lady at the counter could not get the drink order correct. When she did, we proceeded to get our cups filled. We then witnessed the next three customers order and receive their orders before we did. The first was a black family, that appeared to know some of the staffers The second was a hispanic family, who also seemed to know a staffer and the third was a single black man. There were at least six black staffers and a white manager. We addressed the manager to find out why this has happened. He promptly apologized and offered a refund. The time span of this action was 20:34 (ordered) 20:49 (refunded). He still proceeded to apologize and provide our order. We finally received and left the premises at 20:57. We are a white family. This is the second instance this has happened at this particular store. The first time, I may have misinterpreted the situation. However, this instance leaves no room for misinterpretation. I believe it is necessary that folks know that there is much more discrimination/racism out there then what the media outlets choose to inform us of. It is not always the professional taking advantage of the poor criminals. The corporate management is making poor choices. Should be zero stars. read more

it's just gotten progressively worse over the past few months. I go daily for breakfast, exact same order every day and it's shocking to get it right three days out of 5. It's a simple order - Egg McMuffin, Large Coke. Nothing special, sandwich and a drink. Yet, the drinks are sloshed down the side of the cup, leaving it wet and sticky. Today's Egg McMuffin was a sausage biscuit! Served by a young man wearing a green Michigan State sweatshirt, dreads hanging in his eyes and his pants pulled down so low, I could see his rear end. Thankfully, he had on white underwear. The turnover is disheartening, there's no greeting, no "thank you" - just a snarly voiced young woman in the drive through who can barely string three words together and a rotating cast at the food delivery window. Construction was awful, the drive through window was down more than once and no one bothered standing outside in the nice weather to let you know you can't use the drive through! It's time to close this store, remodeled or not if the management can't fix it. Plenty of other places on the Blvd to get breakfast. Sorry - you lost another loyal customer. read more
