absolutely horrible . it's mcdonald's cmon. yes it is fast food, but every time i go to this specific location they mess something up. any other mcdonald's are good, not that hard for a simple order. and even better, the young guy taking our order seemed high as a kite and seemed to not comprehend what was being ordered. read more

The staff at night is kinda nice but not the manager idk ur name since u don't wear ur name tag , but giving us almost 2hr expired pies then being extremely rude about giving us new pies really . If zero was a rating I would most lovely leave the star blank.Beside over charging me $28 for 1 mean & 3 sandwhich even a pancake platter they got 2 sandwhich wrong and the receipt you can barely even see it so theres no way in hell you can read it.The fact that I live in sandusky and had to go to this mcdanold before dropping someone off to their high school is a FAIL make sure YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE DRIVING OFF THE LOT. I also called & been on hold for 10 minutes, then I tried calling again all of a sudden "line is busy". Also they are ALWAYS talking in the front,theres noone at the first window so if you drive to the second to pick up your food & pay because someone isn't there at the first, make sure you record or time how much time you waited at the pay window.PLUS their attitude needs to be checked! Some of them have very bad manners. read more

I didn't want to cook dinner, so McDonald's was my treat. We were bums at 2100, so we went through the drive through. The drive through order took a while to get to us. After my companion ordered, the individual immediately left, so we had to wait for them to get back on for the second part (why there's two receipts). Seemed pretty expensive, 3.99 for some lettuce vs mozzarella stick, hamburger, and a mc flurry was 4.79- but those are the prices... Both the cashier and attendant were doing the bare minimum to keep a job. I asked the last person for some nuts for my salad, since no chicken, and they brought me one packet of their smallest nuts...I want to give them 1 star, but honestly I've had MUCH worse McDonald's experiences. read more

Stopped and ordered breakfast, 2 biscuit sandwiches and a McMuffin. I asked for a ham McMuffin, I saw on screen it was incorrect so I repeated my order twice, they said the got it. Paid and got food home, turns out they're fact gave me an egg and cheese McMuffin, no ham. Called and it took 3 times before they answered, they said come back through and they'd replace it. Got food back, got correct sandwich as originally ordered but then they took out one of the biscuits that was originally ordered and put back in the egg and cheese McMuffin. So we called again and while trying to explain the situation, we kept getting cut off by store manager. They said to come back again, 3rd trip in an hour period and we said we'd not leave the window till all food was correct. Definitely never going back to this location. read more

The place is a total train wreck. The signs on the table say that the tables are clean but when you look at them they're covered in old food french fries apples just really gross. The floors are not very clean you get stuck to the floor is when you try to walk. Servers don't really know what they're doing and when you ask questions that is really rude. If I could leave a million stars, I WOULD! This McDonald's provided the most lovely drive thru experience I have evvvvvvvvvvver had. The staff was friendly and the food was hot. Absolute horrible experience. New girl taking orders on a busy Sunday at lunch (first problem) doesn't listen and gets the order wrong. Then attitude from manager on duty and another teenager working inside. I will say that it's not just this McDonalds that is screwed up but everyone of them. Managers and trainers, emphasize listening to the customers and getting the orders right. This could solve 75% of your problems and keep customers like me from getting mad when your employees screw up. Also when an employee mouths off to a customer deal with it immediately. The one who mouthed off to me should have been fired on the spot but the manager who was standing next to her says he didn't hear her. I would recommend not visiting this location. Too many bad experiences and attitudes displayed here. Stay away for your own sake. read more

Slow service. We waited about 10 minutes in the drive thru. My pregnant wife just wanted some McDonald's fries. What she got was 10 minutes of waiting in silence and some cold over salted potato sticks. Worst service for a fast food chain ever!! Fast does not compute here in Norwalk , 2 ice creams and an iced tea took 20 minutes and the only woman before us, who had to wait over 25 minutes was waiting for 2 drinks and 2 cookies. There were 6 cars in the lot, 2 in the drive through; not even a late night crowd in the slow lane at most McDonald's!! I believe this is common as the woman before us says she comes every Sunday and it's the same wait. Don't waste your time unless your committed. read more

What a bunch of wasted headcount. I've never seen so many folks produce such little output. Ten minutes to get a simple, non-special order with only a few people in line. Food was hot and consistent to expectations but I credit that to Ray Kroc and not the "team" here. How do you run out of biscuits? Procedures should never allow that to occur. read more

Just spent 35 minutes in the drive through waiting for a double cheeseburger and happy meal with nuggets. They brought 4 different orders to my vehicle that were wrong orders. I asked for a refund and it was refused! A Male worker finally brought out an order and threw a mcflurry in my vehicle! Manager was of no help. Who can I call to get my vehicle cleaned?? FOOD WAS AMAZING AND FRESH. Now with my experience. I had been sitting in the play area with my kids and all there is are kids that are about middle school age making out. Like this place is filled with older middle school, high school kids talking about rape (full details) and other things. I'm waiting on my ride and a manager comes in and asks my son to put his socks on and she's aggressive with how she's talking to him and pointing to the rules. Me, I start talking to her saying how I didn't realize that his socks were off and he put them on of course. Mind you I know, I start telling her that I'm watching these kids make out and talk about things that are derogatory and she, I quote said, "this is how it is every Friday, if you want to come here I suggest you don't come on a Friday". Now I start getting irate but I hold back. I explained how I never come here anymore unless I'm in Norwalk for important reasons one being today and taking my son to our doctor's office two buildings away. I told her that I'll just not come back and how ridiculous all of this was. I understand there are rules. Yes my son didn't have his socks on okay cool but her attitude was terrible and she didn't address those older "kids" about their actions either. So my excitement for the day and it wasn't pretty. These kids were out of line with how they were acting in a public place. I don't want to leave a review because I have been going to this Mcdonalds since childhood.
