It is like that beat up car that always runs no matter what - an old reliable place to eat when you are on the go or when the kids are hungry. The food is consistent and the same no matter where you travel. It is comfort food. It is familiar food. Micky D's is a place that I will come back to time and time again even though the food is not the best. I want to preface this by stating that, the issue I experienced was due really to only one individual, maybe two. I had ordered an iced latte, which is only milk and ice, but requested some extra cream added. I order this because I can't have all of that sugar. What I received had sugar in it. That's ok, it happens a lot actually, I just request a new one without the sugar when that happens. I was on limited time to get to work, but I was patient. What I received was simply a cup full of creamer and ice. The lady who made it was clearly being passive aggressive and the woman who was tending to customers gave a nervous look at me which indicated that she was aware of what her coworker had done. I just walked to the trash and threw both away and walked out. The situation started with a mistake that I was understanding of but ended with hostility toward me for politely attempting to get my drink corrected. I assure you, my demeanor was calm and my attitude civil. Despite being conveniently located near where I work, I will likely not return. read more

I rarely eat fast food but maybe once every couple months I'll grab a breakfast sammich. This place has successfully gotten worse over the years. NO idea what it is with this location. It's the closest one to my house so it's convenient to stop on my way to work but the service is TRASH! I was literally the ONLY car there other than the employees vehicles. In order a steak egg & cheese McMuffin on the app well over 5 minutes before arriving. I check in at drive thru and pull around. I'm literally sitting at the drive-thru window for a good 3 minutes before I see anyone. Then the window comes open and I'm asked to pull ahead to wait for my food! SERIOUSLY!?! I'm literally the ONLY car / customer here and you KNEW I was coming and still couldn't have stuff ready for when I got there!? PLUS... I never knew it was possible to get an untoasted and burnt English muffin but they somehow figured out how to do it. The sandwich looked like a child made it. Corporate needs to get in there and fix this disaster of a location before they go under. read more

my mom came though DT they gave her the wrong burger so when she went to go inside to get her burger fixed a manger was yelling at grill about where is the burger my mom was giving my mom told her it right her and the manger then started a fight with my mother about she doesn't need to come back over a burger (mother was upset because every time we come to this store we don't get the right food or its just plain out cold and nasty. anyways get it together. ps. ive worked at this store and watched two mangers fight with someone in the window and they still have a job. smhh read more

This location is notorious for taking its sweet time. They put a woman in the drive-thru who can not multi-task at all. Last night, a family member went through and ordered a cheeseburger plain, when she got up to the pick up window, they asked her to pull ahead with no one behind her. Not to they parked the 3 cars in front of her as well. She said she wouldn't pull forward, was told she HAD to, asked to speak with a manager. Said manager proceeded to open the window and throw the cheeseburger at her, while telling her she was ruining her damn drive thru time. Horrible customer service! I'd rather drive to the other side of town then give this place my business ever again! read more

At 3:40ish during a rush my husband and I ordered a mcnugget kids meal and while we were telling that we would like extra fries with no sauce we heard a very obvious "sigh" she in a very condescending attitude style voice" DO YOU WANT FOUR OR SIX" we answered she said "IS THAT ALL" my husbamd did say yes but retracked and said "oh sorry i need to put something else on there" she then sighed again and said "YOUR GONNA HAVE TO PULL FORWARD AND ORDER AT THE WINDOW AND HAVE THEM ADD IT ON" Strangely enough the ppl at the 2 windows was not the lady who we spoke to over the window we asked another lady at the second window if we could get a reciept and I that same condescending voice her name is LORI and she says "WOULD OF GOT YOUR RECIEPT BACK AT THE FIRSTWINDOW" I told her forget it. Avoid the drive thru, they are natorious or for leaving out parts of your order. Go inside to get your food, or at least double check your bag before pulling away. read more

I've continued to come here because of it's location, but I continue to have issue after issue. The order is never correct, and they continue to do this. The time before this visit, I took my food back in and asked for the correct food. They corrected it, and put me down for two free burgers. Well, I came in for the two burgers, ordered two more, and a meal for my companion. It was wrong, again. Free food doesn't make up for constant issues, and I will go somewhere that will give me my food the correct way the first time, rather than trying to fix continued mistakes. This trend has been going on for years, and I'm starting to think the extra fuel and time to go past and to another McDonalds or Burger King is the right choice to save on the frustration, and time spent going in to have it done as I ordered originally. read more

This McDonalds was small but very clean. The staff were warm and friendly--not common in a fast food place. Even the customers were friendly --opening doors, helping us find the trash containers. I'm from Noblesville, IN; but, I think I'll come HERE for breakfast and lunch from now on!! LOL read more

Just went through drive thru. Worked in the rain all day. To get a very cold cheeseburger and cold apple pie.

Had my usual quarter pounder meal with the coke and small black coffee. Coffee very bad. Asked for a fresh one and it was as bad. While at counter a lady brought two coffees back said they're bad. Now the French fries had a taste of bad oil. Sandwich was ok I have had better there. It's just about every time I eat there something isn't right. When you get the counter person's attention they do ok. Let's improve guys it's not rocket science. You have an image to uphold you are a huge global company! read more
