We go to this McDonald's maybe once a month. In general, the food is really good. I especially like doing the survey on the receipt and getting Bogo sandwiches. I recently got a large fries and it was barely half full. If I had looked at it in the restaurant, I would've asked for more fries for sure. I like their double filet o fish sandwich and the deluxe spicy McCrispy. We put extra spicy powder on them at home, since they're not that spicy. We generally go here at lunchtime and there is never a line. I always order ahead in the app. read more

I wanted to grab some quick bites before heading to my office and this McDonald's was near my parents house. I did the drive through a little before 7am. Since only breakfast options were available, I did the spicy sausage sandwich and crispy chicken as well. Both were a little 8 dollars total. I was in and out within 3 minutes, making it pretty nice and quick. I was quite surprised on how good the food is. The spicy sausage sandwich had a spicy sauce that added the kick I enjoy. The sausage patty was regular, and there was cheese as well. It was pretty enjoyable for a breakfast sandwich. While the crispy chicken sandwich was meant for breakfast as well, I enjoyed it for lunch instead. The chicken was crispy and even a bit juicy too. The bread was a bit crumbly like a muffin, but still tasty. I wish they had the spicy sauce added as well, but it still worked out. While the sandwiches were a bit small, they were filling enough for breakfast and lunch. Maybe I got real lucky to get quick and friendly service from this McDonald's, as well as the good food. For under 8 bucks to get 2 nice sandwiches, I would definitely order here again. I completely forgot that I had the application as well, so I will take advantage of that next time. Definitely not a great Mcdonald's location to go to if you're expecting good service or fast service, even through drive thru. Half of the time their double drive through isn't open. Sometimes you'll sit at the ordering screen for so long waiting for someone to acknowledge you. They take a while for food usually, and have you pull into a spot even for a simple small order. Sometimes if it is fast, the food isn't very good quality. They forget items in bags. They advertise online ordering which we have done a couple times with no issue aside from waiting very long for a pre-placed order. Once we ordered online and did the usual pulling into the spot and waited and watch several people go in and out of drive through.. we had to pull into drive thru and ask what's going on and all they could say was "Are you connected to our wifi?" like that'll fix anything, and "We don't have it" like okay I paid for it and here's the confirmation? We pulled up to the window and of course they didn't have our order. We had to place it again and wait in the lot. Thanks to my Yelp check-in I know that it took 11 minutes from the time I checked in (just after placing my order) until I got my food. WOW. I ordered a Big Mac meal (#1) and a chicken nugget happy meal. 11 minutes? There was no line inside when we arrived. There was nobody at the register but a young guy came over soon and took our order. My daughter asked for the My Little Pony toy that was on display. He apologized and said they didn't have those toys anymore and had switched to Spider-Man. He was very nice to her and brought out a couple of the girly Spider-Man options for her to chose from. He saved this from being a one-star review. I can't explain why we waited so long. There seemed to be plenty of employees working, there was a manager right there with them. At first I assumed they were prioritizing the drive-through customers, but when I left I saw there was only one car at the drive-through, so that probably wasn't the case. I had planned a quick sit-down lunch with my daughter, but as we had an appointment to get to we ended up eating in the car. I was very disappointed by the slow service. Upon arriving at the drive through, I ordered two quarter pounder large meals with coke. When we got to the window, they had us pull forward to wait for one of the cokes. When they came to the car, we told them we didn't get our fries, and the employee argued us that we didn't purchase a meal. Look, I know everyone complains about fast food places on Yelp but you're seriously a glutton for punishment if you visit this McDonald's. I placed an order online, waited for 40min in the curbside spot. Nobody came out so I called twice, and received no answer. I finally capitulated and got into the drive-thru line because their terrible app gives you no way to cancel an order. When I got to the drive thru window 20min later, I was met with "well someone tried to bring it out while you were in the drive thru line", as if us waiting 40min in the first place was totally fine. The employees have zero sense of urgency and waiting over an hour for "fast" food is ridiculous. Had it not been a $45 order, I'd have just left but given that I had no way to cancel the order, no recourse if I drove off, and nobody in the restaurant will answer the damn phone, I had no choice. Stay FAR FAR away. Frankly this location should be torn down and then the earth salted afterward so that nothing so grossly inept can ever grow back in it's place. read more

I only use the drive-thru for this location because I am usually on the way to my chiropractor or Winn Dixie. The people who work here are very nice and always positive and helpful. The food is standard McDonald's fare so if you are a fan of McDonald's then you'll love it! The last time I was here I got an iced coffee that was really overly sweet and I could not drink it. Typically they're pretty good here, but a couple times they have messed up my order. Last time I was here, a few months ago, I ordered two cheeseburgers with no meat (it's actually delicious; don't judge me). Seeing that it's been a while since they screwed up my order, I took the bag without checking and drove off. The experiences are getting worse each time I come here. Patrons are always waiting with 4-5 people working behind the counter but they all seem to be focused on the drive thru instead of the counter. I'm pretty sure we're just as important, we've placed or want to place orders too. We'd like to get them and some acknowledgement as well. I was led in an immediately placed an order via the Touchscreen ordering machine. Easy as pie I order a medium banana-mango smoothie. Afterwards I walked over to the counter to join the other 4 people waiting for their orders. I glacé up at the screen and my order is "in process" 1 minute later it's "being served" but I didn't have it, nor was my number called nor did anyone ask what I was waiting for.
