Whatever happened to this place?? Used to be SOOO packed every time when we visited prior. Seem to be slipping quite a bit these days. Only 2 other tables with diners when we arrived (7:40PM - Busy hours). Iced teas were NOT available at all. No longer are the lemonades. Also, gone are the condiment pump stations. Only the packets avaliable, combined on the tray. Then, the burgers were beyond well done to the dried out, pressed meat patties. Good job, you pressed the flavors out of the burger patties Now, I can see why the place is emptied and ran down. Uh oh...... Word to the Management, "Inspect what your customers expect. Orlando has several locations. I recently visited the one in the northwest section of Windermere. It is in the corner unit of a group of stores surrounding a courtyard. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Ordering was very easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the burger and cajun fries and my partner ordered a salad with chicken. The burger and fries were excellent. The salad was not the best. I say this because my companion got the salad with grilled chicken and he hit several chewy pieces and left much of his dish untouched. Drinks are from the touchscreen coke machines. The condiment bar is between the two drink machines on one side of the entrance. The tables are a mix of small and large options. There is seating inside and out. Something has definitely changed about Burgerfi. I dined in around 5p and there were only a few other diners with me. Dining area and bathroom need some attention to cleanliness. It's been a while since we visited a BurgerFi since the one on Winter Garden Vineland closed. We had business in Windermere so we thought we'd visit this location. The food was adequate but the dining room was filthy. The fixture that the condiments were in had a very noticeable layer of dust and you could tell it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while as were the areas around it including under the soda machine. All the windows and doors were also in desperate need of a cleaning. There were only two other parties there so they weren't that busy. Tables were not bussed and the ketchup dispenser was empty. I informed an associate and instead of fixing the problem, she gave ketchup packets instead. Not really a problem but it was an example of the lack of dedication since there was plenty of time to spruce up the place. We were there for approximately 30-40 minutes and nothing was done in the dining room. read more

As we were going to get some dessert to go at Jeremiah's next door we decided to pop into Burger Fi. The restaurant was empty, clean and the staff was attentive. We ordered our food and sat outside on one of the many provided seating options(inside seating is available as well). The wait for the food was a little long, but they do make the burgers to order and it was fresh when we received it (except the fries which were a bit old). When the food arrived we dived right in and it was a flavor explosion with the BBQ Rodeo Burger! You got the tangy BBQ sauce, the fried onions, the delicious charred fresh jalapeno. This all together was one of my favorite burgers! But the true test is what a more plain burger tastes like so I tried my girlfriends Burger Fi Burger and it was still a delicious burger. The floors are bordering on "movie theater" floors - sticky and gross. One of the two soda machines is inoperable. The one that is working looks like it needs to be replaced. Not sure if it's rust or mold on the outside of the thing, but it looks awful. Also, the custard machine(s) haven't been working in weeks. Ownership needs to care a bit more. read more

Been here a few times and usually pretty satisfied with the food. Wait times aren't too long even if there is a line. All employees are very young, like high school students. Location seems consistently busy and dining room is packed and loud, not kept too clean. Condiment counters and drink machines aren't usually fully stocked. Atmosphere aside, the food is good. Fries are a good portion and are best fresh. Burgers are always a good size and taste great. Chicken tenders are awesome in flavor but are irregular in size. We really like their house sauce and BBQ sauce. Good place for a quick cheap meal. Sometimes parking in front is full, lots of parking in the back. Went here on 5/2 for dinner. Absolutely the worst experience we have had at this BurgerFi. We have been here many times over the years and this is the worst service we have had. Appears there is no supervision. After waiting 40 minutes for our order I asked at the counter what the status was. They said unfortunately it is a long wait. Lots of workers standing around in front. We finally got our food after 1 hour. The fries were hot. The burgers (meat and buns) were cold and dry. The strawberry shake with whip cream is so filling but some how I always manage to eat all my huge onion rings dipped in yummy Burger Fi sauce too! They have vegan and vegetarian burger options. I love to support establishments that offer those options. I get the vegetarian Beyond Burger - its amazing!! My Mr. gets the regular burger but gets it in lettuce instead of the bun - another awesome option. This review was on an Uber Eats delivery. Chili hot dog was slop - the bun had turned into mush so it had to be eaten with a knife and spoon. It was more like a chili dog soup. Double cheese burger, while tasty, was small in size for the price. The bun was too small for the rest of the sandwich and difficult to eat. For delivery cheese and chili should be packaged on the side for hot dog. If buns are steamed they should not for delivery items. Also foam boxes should be considered instead of foil wraps that trap in the moisture. read more

I love burger Fi, it's so tasty. However today I got the new BBQ rodeo burger. I assumed that it comes with BBQ sauce since it has BBQ in its name, there was not enough or any BBQ sauce in it which was disappointing. The employees were very nice and kind, they made my food to dine in but were very nice when I reminded them I wanted it to go. The restaurant has plenty of seating, and some seating outside which was very nice. I would definitely recommend this location, just make sure you bring sauces home with you! read more

So we were headed elsewhere and somehow got turned around. Husband and I were both so hungry, that we just gave in to BurgerFi. All of the amazing things: -Staff was all very attentive. We were greeted immediately and friendly, and were guided through the menu without rush -All of the staff was wearing masks, they seemed enthusiastic, and there was a great sense of teamwork -The tables were all immediately cleaned upon every guest leaving and condiments area was well organized and clean, something to be admired, as it includes a self pour of ketchup. An area, that elsewhere, often is messy, full of spills and left overs -Girls Scout were allowed to offer their cookies just outside, on their premises. Something we much applaud and admire. (Of course we bought lemonade cookies!) Had to! -Best onion rings in size and flavor. The breading is crunchy, yet not overly thick, and the flavor is balanced -and custard shakes - Amazing shakes! I had the banana churros, and the churros were fried fresh upon ordering. They were still hot when I got it!! Hubby had vanilla. Again both sooooo good! Why 3 stars: While we were there (just as we got our meal), a practice must have just let out at Olympia High School. A huge amount of students donning their Olympia jerseys flooded the restaurant almost wall to wall. While most came in with their masks on, at least 6-7 did not! No one said a thing, they were talking up a storm, laughing and having a good time - all as we squeezed further into our corner by the entry and were taking careful bites. We considered moving outside, but, it was freezing. None of them were minding any social distance at all. One after another just piled behind into the tight line. I was shocked that this seemed to be "normal" to the staff, so I wouldn't doubt this actually may happen every Friday after practices. Second, unfortunately did not enjoy my blue cheese burger at all. Blue cheese thicker than the burger patty itself was stacked, making for too salty, too rich, and unbalanced bites. I scraped as much as I could off, but ended up eliminating much of the yummy bun, as it was so stuck to it. Based on this experience, I would simply advise a thin spread of the blue cheese, as the patty was so good. I love blue cheese, but May never order this again. Every time I eat here there's a new surprise. It's expensive with a burger, fries and soda it's a whopping $21.00.Today's bill contained a Service Charge of .98 on top of the outrageous price.
