Me and a friend came here Wednesday evening. There was nobody at the register when we came in. My friend eventually ordered on the touch screen but I had to wait for one of the employees to actually notice me to come take my order. You could also hear the employees talking about how they couldn't wait to leave. We had ordered two strawberry banana smoothies and fries. The smoothies were set out without any notice. We didn't notice they were there until minutes later. Nobody knew whose food was who's because they weren't calling out numbers or anything. Very rude staff and could care less about the quality of food they serve to customers this has happened 3 times now. Wanted to give chance and I think 3 chances are plenty and now will not be returning. Probably the worst McDonald's around this area! I even gave them a chance to remake my order and the second remake was worse than the first. Im almost positive that the sandwich maker themselves would of been upset too had they payed over $3 for a sandwich that looked as squished,old and sloppy as mine did. Not to mention the big mac we also ordered was hanging halfway out of the box and the patty was actually cut in half from the box being closed on it that it was in the bottom of the bag!! It is almost guaranteed that each order and meal will be incorrect. Either they will add an ingredient or forget to take one off. Each time the family has gone the McNugget quantity has also been incorrect as well. The McDonald's app with all the good discounts is the best thing going for this establishment. read more

Terrible food, slow service. Bad Manager. Waited in a stall for 15 minutes for quarter pounder and nuggets that were cold. Manager argues that the food was fresh and then hung up. Had to call back to get the Managers name, which is supposed to be Trinity. Calling corporate tomorrow. This place is way below standard. read more

We arrived at around 1:00 the drive thru line was moving well. The individual who took our money handle themselves well but the individual at the next window was rude and disorganized. We ordered the 2 cheeseburger value meal with a large half cut tea and a large diet soda. The employee pushed one drink out the window at us and dismissed us. My husband asked her for the rest of our order and she became agitated and rudely asked for our receipt which we gave her. She then handed us our sandwiches and dismissed us. My husband got her attention and asked for our second drink and she became flustered and rude and told us to pull up and wait until she brought us our drink. So we did. When we got our drink she failed to give us a straw and we had to ask for it and she "huffed and puffed" about giving us the straw. She was very rude! Our fries were supposed to be a large but she gave us a half filled medium fry that was over cooked and cold. Shame on the attitudes of the employees at McDonalds in Paris. What a bad experience. Management needs to work with staff to improve performance and moral. I know working fast food can be hard (I've done it) but an employee being rude and unprofessional should never be acceptable to management or to paying g customers. read more

VERY DIRTY... Complained to the business office located behind the local McDonalds and they didn't offer any remedy or concern about the bugs or quality. Over a year later and I decided to give them another chance, but my 9 year old VETOed my choice and said, "No, they have bugs" So I guess we can't ever go back and the lack of the concern management shows doesn't help much. read more

I went to this McDonalds when visiting my mother who lives in Paris. what surprised me was the fact that they had biscuits and gravy. Drive thru is much faster than it used to be and the food is fresher than before the 2for$5 and 2for $4 are both great sales and now they offer any hour happy hour on any small mccafe beverage like shakes frappes mocas lates and smoothies the staff is much friendlier and the place is always clean read more

so i go to mcdonalds to take my children again as we pull up my 13 yr old yells fire and jumps from my van as i am slowing down ,runs to the fire and starts stomping ,it was flamed knee high already and i was very worried he would get burned but as luck would have it he did not . the mulch was still smoldering so i tell him to run in and ask for water so it would not restart they give him the mop bucket and he goes and puts it out and when he comes to the drive thur where i am ordering he says mom they did not even say thank you what the heck !!!!!!! then when i get 3 miles down the road i discover they cheated him out of his cheeseburgers. The first thing that happened was I couldn't get to the speaker because the car in front of me was stuck in the middle lane.They recently divided the drive through into two separate lanes and it is doesn't work very well. Once I finally got to the speaker, the lady was rude, nearly yelling out "HELLLOOOOO." I was then stuck in the middle lane just like the person before me until someone finally let me out.
