Dined in today and the cashier gave me a table number yet instead of walking my food to the table they called out the number and I had to get my food.. if that is how they want to do it then why had them a order locator??? This is just part of my campaign against ALL McDonald's. You can't find anything in there (with the exception of maybe coffee or diet soda) that doesn't contain corn products or was raised on corn. They do their best to hide that fact, but it's there if you know where to look. The buns all have HFCS. The beef, chicken, and fish are all raised on corn products. The coating they put on everything contains something that comes from corn. Diabetes and obesity are becoming a national epidemic thanks to all the corn. and especially HFCS, fed to us in hidden ways, and thank you McDonald's for your contribution to that. read more

Piss poor customer service. They want you to spend your money to collect points but then when it comes time to spend the points they don't want to let you use them. And one girl tell me I can order whatever I like with my points and then pull up to the window and another the girl tells me there I can order one item at a time. It's obvious I don't wanna know what they're doing there and they just assume throw the extra food away as to doing the right thing and letting people spend their points. read more

I don't know if its management or lack of employee's but it is the slowest fast food drive thru I have ever been through. I stayed in the drive through lane for 7 minutes without moving 1 inch. It took almost 17 minutes to get through the whole process. It doesn't seem like a long time but it was 2:00 pm and when you have a 30 minute lunch...every moment counts. I think they should go to class with the chick-fil-a staff and figure out how to do it right. The worst part is that they are right off the highway and have the potential to make a killing there. read more

Dont use the automated kiosk if you are hungry, thirsty or in a hurry. Very very slow and they forgot the drinks. You do get table service after ordering. However, those that ordered the traditional way wered served much faster. Its new, so it will get better or go away as no one uses it. I liked the touch screen ordering. read more

Lousy,Lousy service. Will never be back. Costed me more than what was charged due for inconsideration. When i was handed my loose change,along with bills and receipt she just dropped it in my hand and i ended up with .15 cents instead of .71 cents due because the rest ended up on the ground and she realized what she had done and looked down on the parking lot and seen a nickle laying there and handed me another nickle. Brand new building. Same bad service. Don't ever order fries or chicken you will have to pull forward to wait. Also, don't customize anything. It is never right. Two drive thru lanes and it's slower than ever. read more

This place has the slowest drive through since being rebuilt. Food quality and tastes are typical for McD's, but have had very long wait times in the drive through every time. Service inside does not seem to take near as long. read more

Fries was burnt, food was cold, wrong order twice! Only good thing was the play land for kids but even then it was around 60 degrees in there so kids had to stay bundled up... Defeats the purpose of a indoor park. read more

So I was recently employed by this so called "family oriented" McDonalds. They are FAR FAR FAR from being family oriented. I was hired by Daisha at the Piqua west store, I did not get proper training. especially in drive thru. They threw my in their back drive thru ALONE during lunch rush, knowing I'd been "trained" ONCE, and that was only being shown how to take money and repeat orders. I was "trained" I believe 11 or 12 days STRAIGHT!! She says they give people chances, 30 days and see how they're doing because they don't wanna "lose" People -eye roll-. And that was a huge LIE! I was told by another manager yesterday I was to come in at 6am this morning til 2pm. So got there at 5:45am, I go to clock in at 6am and it says I'm not authorized to be clocked in at this time. So the manager on shift authorizes it and so I go about my morning and start helping with orders and front counter. Only to have Miss Daisha call to tell said manager I'm not supposed to be there today. So manager tells me to wait for Daishas call, she NEVER calls. So I call, and she tells me "we are utilizing your 30 days, " She couldn't just come out and say what she really meant til I asked her 3 damn times what she's talking about and tells me she no longer needs my services. They do not give employees a chance. They are slower than dog crap and they ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS get orders wrong. She also supposedly ordered my shoes for crews shoes and if I'm charged for them she will compensate me herself or there'll be problems. She isn't a good manager, she can't get schedules up on time, she doesn't know who she has or hasn't scheduled. She forgets about her employees. The place is pathetic. read more

Today March 14 what seems to be our first day of winter and I wake up and really want an egg McMuffin. So I drive up to Covington Ave and order my egg mcmuffin sub muffin for white bun and add tomato and onion. $3.79 but I'm excited until I get home to have my tasty breakfast.
